The fumbling and confusion in the line of command and control of the National Guard during the invasion of Capitol Hill start to flow and becoming clearer as to why it was so ridiculous and dangerous and a level of incompetence unimaginable in the world's most powerful military country. How so?
Two points stood out glaringly that were just unbelieveable even to a novice or layman on the deployment of the National Guards in an emergency situation or national crisis. The first point was that when Capitol Hill called for military assistance, when violence broke out, shots were fired, rioters inside the Capitol Building and the lives and safety of the senators and representatives were on the chopping block, the commander of the National Guards would not move, because he needed an order from the Pentagon or the White House.
Can you believe that, a clear and present danger of lives at stake, not ordinary lives but the leaders of the country, no military commander would step out and take action. They sat on their asses, refused to move, would only move if ordered to? Anyone that is familiar with the myths of Hollywood and how it glorified the dare daring and gungho military commanders to rise above the call of duty during an imminent crisis, risking personal safety and acting without orders when the ground situations demanded, to just do it, would have their mouths gaping wide in shock. Huh, the lives of senators and house representatives on the line and they would not do anything? Is this America, are these American soldiers, the National Guards?
Secondly, another general tried to explain the inaction away, saying that it was super fast, the fastest they could ever do, to get to Capitol Hill in 8 hours. Could not do it earlier. Credit must go to the Guards for acting so fast?
His justification, when an order was received to move the troops, they must assess the threats, the type of threats, then to decide what kinds of arms to bring along, then to draw arms from the armoury, get all the logistical support, get them men dressed before moving. All these took times, no matter how urgent, how serious, the soldiers must go through their routines before they could march to Capitol Hill?
Can you believe this crap? Were they preparing to attack Iraq or Syria? The Capitol Hill was attacked and breached by a mob. What special considerations and special equipment and arms do they need, they need to assess the threats and equip themselves? What were soldiers on stand by for if they were not prepared and fully equipped for such an emergency? Even one hour was too long. The soldiers, the Guards on standby were expected to move almost immediately when the alarm was raised to move out.

to bluff? Why was he lying about the readiness to answer an emergency
situation, and claiming that 8 hours was reasonable and creditable? The
Capitol would be taken in 2 hours in a real situation. The senators and
representatives would have been lynched by the mobs.
It takes many white lies to cover a white lie. And this certainly was what happened on 6 Jan 21. If the National Guards needed 8 hours to activate, the war is over. The USA would be been bombed to the ground. And to think that the generals refused to move the National Guards when their assistance was called for by Capitol Hill.
How many more lies would the Americans want to tell the world, oh, in this case, to their daft Americans? Of course those in the know would not be conned by such cheap excuses. Lives were at stake!
PS. Lt Gen Charles Flint, brother of 'pardoned' Lt Gen Mike Flint, Trump special confidante, was there when the order to move the Guards was received, but the Guards were not ordered to move until several hours later.

As with 911, the USA Military can always cook up a cock and bull story to cover their arse hole. If they could blame China, they will do just that!
Now is the time for all the blame to fall on Trump, the fallen horse. Not that he is innocent. If army commanders in the field faces imminent danger, I wonder whether they wait for orders from the President or use their initiative to act under extreme threat.
The real reason, I suspect, is that the National Guards and the Army have divided loyalties, and this has been clearly played out for all to see. It is bad enough for a country to be so divided on racial issues, but it is ridiculous for the Military to be in the same state.
The USA has lots of problems - race, economy, military and the COVID19. Maybe issuing more executive orders will solve all the problems. Trump thought he could do that, so why not Biden?

In order to win his second term and sensing that he could lose to Joe Biden, the moment there was an inkling that Biden would likely contest in the 2020 Presidential Election, Trump wasted no time to come out with a complex and elaborate scam to poison the minds of his daft and dumb supporters, instigating and encouraging them towards violent and criminal behaviour, culminating in the deaths of five plus two Americans as a direct result of the attacks on the US Congress at the Capitol Hill.
Trump should be charged for high treason instead of just for instigating an insurrection.
Those senators who went along or were involved with Trump's plot and actions must also be charged with treason.
Until and unless Trump and his gangs of deadly criminals are put behind bars, there will be no peace in the US and the World.
The situation is like Hitler Germany prior to World War I.
Perhaps, besides choosing what arms to take along, the soldiers must take a bath, have time to shit and pee, wear fresh uniforms, comb their hair before putting on their helmets, and above all they must be allowed some time to be trained how to act and behave before marching to Capitol Hill.

Sometimes the spinning becomes hilarious.
There was one saying half a dose seems to work better than the whole doze.
Then there was the argument about how many doses the vaccine bottle holds - some say five and some say six.
Then there was the argument of how long should one wait after taking the first dose to go for the second dose, with some saying three weeks and some saying five weeks. The latter argument obviously because of the shortage of vaccines.
Actually all conjecture, all smoke and mirrors that even the efficacy is hogwash. Who and how many volunteered is up to them to pick from the air. Who can vouch for that? And even the age of participants made a world of difference to the efficacy test result.
The true test, the real trial, is for an independent party to do the testing. In the Pfizer and Moderna and the new Novovax, they tested themselves and cooked their own data.
Chinese vaccines were tested independently in Brazil, Indonesia, and another few countries in the Middle East. Some of these countries have anti China elements in them and are hostile to Chinese vaccines. They would go through crooked means, even sabotage, to smear and discredit Chinese vaccines during the trials.
But the Chinese vaccines still came out good enough for general application and many leaders preferred to use the Chinese vaccines than the western vaccines, knowing that the Chinese vaccines are safe.
The proof is in the pudding. Everyday more news and information will come out to prove the efficacy and adverse reactions of these vaccines.

If the US and UK interfered, then it means war with the US and UK also. China must prepare for an eventual war with the US and UK in order to settle old scores.

In the 1996 Taiwan Strait Crisis, the Americans sent in two Carrier Battle Groups, with two aircraft carriers sailing through the Strait in a show of force. China was hapless, could not do anything as it was militarily unable to take on the two carrier groups.

This time China's response was two aircraft carriers, surface ships and submarines to encircle the American carrier and warships. In the air China sent in 6 H-6 nuclear armed bombers ready to strike at the aircraft carrier with Mach 10 anti ship missiles.
The American battle group left the region on 28 Jan without any incident. China is now ready and able to take out the aircraft carriers if needed to. American aircraft carriers are no longer a threat to China. They are sitting ducks waiting to be sunk.
And during this time, a has been Empire, the UK, sent in its leaking aircraft carrier to support the American's act of intimidation not knowing that it would be like the sinking of the Prince of Wales and the Repulse during WW2. This time they would not know who hit them. China only needs to press the button and HMS Elizabeth II would be no more.
