 The world knows how the mighty American invincible aircraft carrier strike groups, the most fear war machine once, have been put out of actions in this Operation to Kill Iranians. They have to be parked so far away for safety reason that they no longer can deployed the aircraft in them to attack Iran. The commanders of the aircraft carriers are so frightened of being bit and sunk that it is better to play it safe, they cannot afford to risk 5,000 American boys and girls under their command. One of the aircraft carriers, the most powerful and modern, the Gerald Ford, had given up, sailed home. It is very costly to part the aircraft carriers and its support warships under the hot tropical sun doing nothing. Very demoralising for the American boys and girls that need to amuse themselves everyday but being deprived and being cooked under the hot sun. The remaining two aircraft carriers would have to return home soon. Wasteful expensive war machine that is no longer relevant in modern warfare.

Lunatic Trump rushed 50,000 American boys and girls into the region, fantasising of an invasion of Iran like in Iraq. Now he is looking at his folly every day. There is no way to deploy the American boys and girls near Iran without being killed. American war doctrine is based on air power to protect troops in the frontline or deployed into enemy territory. And they need all the aircraft to provide the cover to make the boys and girls safe. If the aircraft carriers cannot be deployed near Iran, the aircraft cannot do their job. The American boys and girls will be lying on the desert sand, naked, and waiting to be blasted off by Iranian drones and missiles. No American commanders would dare to push these boys and girls to within the range of Iranian drones and missiles, let alone invading Iran. They will be cooked and fried, not only by the hot desert sun, but by Iranian fire power.

The 50,000 American boys and girls are a liability instead of an asset, cannot be deployed for their own safety. And they are very costly to feed to upkeep. Trump is now stuck with these boys and girls. What to do with them? They cannot be left sitting on the desert sand and being fed and supported logistically from a distance.

The aircraft carriers, warships, warplanes, the boys and girls, all costs money to maintain for just being there, bleeding the treasury dry, straining the supply chain. America is losing without fighting, unable to fight. They can put up an image of firing the Tomahawks and the MQ9s. The main battle force with a few hundred aircraft and 50,000 soldiers just sit there doing nothing. Well done, clown Trump, Hegseth and company.

When Xi meets Putin, Kim or other friendly world leaders, the greeting is frontal warmth and cordiality, facing each other. When Xi meets Trump, apart from the usual handshake, he faces away towards the camera. The message that Xi is sending seems to be - why am I meeting you at all if not for diplomatic reasons. I think most people will do the same, including me.

There is already a hint of the Western media trying to paint the visit to North Korea by Xi as trying to get North Korea back into its orbit knowing that Kim is getting closer to Putin. In other words, trying to split the close relationship between the three - Russia, China and North Korea by throwing doubts. They are trying to bring up the issue that North Korea had sent troops to fight for Russia and therefore making China less important for North Korea.

What do we think will be the consequence if China were also to send troops to fight for Russia? The sky will fall and the dogs will be barking day and night. China is already helping Russia economically, buying the bulk of its energy and opening up trade, which the USA and the West are already unable to swallow.

AI and data centre are to suck up all the liquidity in the market that have no where to park

The AI and data center shit is about to hit the fan and SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic are rushing out their IPOs to cash in before the unravelling.

The big buyers, by default, would be the employer sponsored 401k retirement savings plan and retirement funds, where trillions of US$ are sitting around and available for scalping. This has been a warning by many about how the USA Government and the elites can get their hands on those funds for bailing out too big to fail entities. It is happening.

The IPO frenzy, coming one after another cannot be co-incidental. It is coordinated to get their hands on the savings of USA citizens to bail out the billionaires. Common sense will tell us that money suck up by SpaceX IPO will leave less public money for OpenAI and Anthropic to scalp. But the situation of the AI and data centers are dire with money available for circular investing among the top tech giants exhausted. This is the reason for the desperation to have IPOs. Moreover, the USA Government has changed the rules of the IPO game for the big, too big to fail, tech giants. Any crash of their AI and data center investing is going to bring down the whole house of cards.

When Singapore refuses to see the elephants in the room...dire consequences will surface

 Superficially Singapore appears to have very few problems, very few serious problems. Our main media pages are sprawled with very mundane life issues, about petty irritations and quarrels, about hawker food, about pets and dogs. Our problems will be seen as luxury to countries facing serious existential problems of survival, poor or no housing, joblessness, high temperature threatening life, foreign invasion, being bombed, being killed, being threatened to be taken over, leaders being kidnapped or blackmailed to do the bidding of foreign powers etc etc.

Is it true that Singapore has no serious problems? Or is it a case of not seeing the elephants in the room? What are our security people doing to protect Singapore's safety and security? Are they scratching the wrong head, whacking the wrong trees? They appear to be working very hard, clamping down on every little noise that appeared, rightfully or wrongfully, over zealous, or barking up the wrong tree?

The most common issues raised are about race, language and religion. And it seems that the security people are closely monitoring them and all seems to be well controlled. No chance to break out. They have even forgot about the Little India Incident, thinking that it was a fluke, will not happen again, like a once a hundred year ponding.

Our problems are not just race, religion and language. Our economy, good jobs, good housing, space, social equality, the tussle between Singaporeans and foreigners. The latter is being blurred with some choosing to sweep this under the carpet. Trust the foreigners, let them take over everything as long as they are good. Or give them a pink IC and they will become one of us. The foreigners will become like us, love us, not we become like them,...or the foreigners will always be foreigners with different affiliation and loyalties and have different dreams.

The line drawn about citizenship is now so loose, to some, not important. We are so international, so cosmopolitan, no need to be bothered about citizenship, about us and them. We can give pink IC to everyone, the more the merrier. It is good for us. 

The conventional wisdom of Singapore is actually quite frightening. The foreigners, the peoples of the world, do not think like Singaporeans, do not share our values or what is important or not important to Singaporeans.  It is not just a self radicalised youth or a few postings in social media. It is deep and systemic across industries and societies.  Terrorism is an American red herring. It is their ploy to attack Arabs and Muslims and to divert the attention away from American state terrorism all over the world. Stop being so gullible to fall for this silly ploy. We have let our guards down and focusing on the wrong issues, the wrong threats to our safety and existence. Not to belabour the points, there are many elephants in the room that have been ignored, pretend that they are not there, will not be problems, just wish them away and hope for the best.

The signs of Singapore charting its own destruction are all there. The seeds have been planted and growing. Do not ignore the elephants in the room. Singapore cannot afford a single mistake. It will be all over, no second chance. Singapore cannot be deluded to think that all is fine, all is well under control.
