China cannot give subsidies, only USA can ... twisted logic of American gangsters

Now Janet Yellen is accusing China of giving 'subsidies' to its industries to compete unfairly with the USA. The USA is in fact doing exactly the same thing for decades, if not more drastically and longer than what she is accusing China of doing.

Calling subsidies by another name, like the 'Inflation Reductions Act' is not going to make it more palatable to the ears of those who can see the hocus pocus adopted by the USA. The same as calling 'decoupling' as 'derisking' to fool the walking dead. Kamala Harris probably can do it better with her reputation as someone who became increasingly famous in popularizing the phrase 'Word Salad', on top of her 'Dracula' laughter.

China may be doing its part in high end chips to catch up with the USA, Japan and South Korea. But China's industrial base termed 'factory of the world' does not as yet need such high-end chips, except AI and expensive top-end mobile phones. Other than that, dependence on matured chips, those 14 to 28 nanometer chips for her production of EVs, washing machines, TVs, solar panels, cranes, wind turbines and other consumer products can more or less be sourced from its domestic manufacturers.

The USA and the West may be thinking they have the upper hand in sanctioning China from acquiring high-end chips, but on the flipside, they have to understand that such endeavors still require rare earth elements that China is still the dominant player in the world.

So, who is killing who? And who is winning the Chips War is still not certain.

Time for China to weaponise rare earths

The USA and the West are now realizing that rare earth control by China, just one raw material of many that China dominates in and used to retaliate against USA sanctions, is not only doing real damage to USA's chip monopoly dream but is also hitting their war machine as well in terms of producing new weapons. Weapons need plenty of rare earth elements. Their missiles, submarines and warships need hundreds of tons of rare earth elements each in order to function.

The situation is more dire now, after practically scrapping the bottom of the barrel to provide, albeit obsolete weapons to Ukraine, and now even restocking the USA's stockpile of weapons is facing problems. Ukraine and Israel are urgently in need of more ammunition to continue their wars. Both Zelensky and Netanyahu are desperate, and both are holding Biden hostage as to who Biden is going to save. Russia is also preparing for a big offensive, while Iran is ready to go to war with Israel and the USA and the West are desperate too.

Looking at the perspective of the situation regarding rare earth, it does not escape the eyes of those who are following the developments, there is this realization hitting them that China is, what shall I say, 'weaponizing' rare earth the same way the USA is weaponizing the US$. Besides rare earth elements, China has total control of Lithium and Bauxite, two raw materials for EVs and battery production which China can use as well.

The USA and the West will need at least 10 to 15 years to set up the logistics to refine rare earth and time is not on their side. Moreover, there is always the fear that even if they were to successfully set up those logistics at huge cost, China can still offload cheaper stuff to kill them off. This is the one great advantage of China continuing to have industrial overcapacity to be used in times like this. Rare earth elements are abundant around the world, but the difficulty is getting them out of the ground and refining them, all of which China holds the upper hand.

So, the USA and the West better look further than their noses in trying to bring China down to its knees with new sanctions. It is they themselves that will go down in shame when the shit hits the fan.

By the way, has Janet Yellen threatened China with more sanctions yet? Bring it on, says Xi.

China’s ‘incredible’ growth threatens American and EU economies

Katherine Tai told a briefing in Brussels on Thursday that Beijing’s “non-market” policies will cause severe economic and political damage, unless they are tackled through appropriate “countermeasures.” Tai’s remarks came as the EU-US Trade and Technology Council (TTC) kicked off in Leuven, Belgium.

I think what we see in terms of the challenge that we have from China is… the ability for our firms to be able to survive in competition with a very effective economic system,” Tai said in response to a question from Euractiv.  RT

Thank you Katherine Tai, for telling the truth finally. Oops, or was she lying? All the American politicians, analysts, scholars and main media are saying China's economy is collapsing. The world is crumbling down on China. Now which is the truth? Forked tongue Americans!

Both versions came from the Americans. One version must be lying. But this is expected from the Empire of lies and a circus full of clowns in Washington. And they called China's trade policies 'non market'. And they are going to introduce counter offensive measures like what, higher tariffs, protectionist policies, trade wars, sanctions, mafia tactics and gangsterism to bring down the Chinese economy, to stop China's growth.

Janet Yellen went to China to demand that China stop over producing goods that the world needs and brought down prices but the Americans cannot compete. China must cut down on its production so that the Americans can compete and sell at higher prices. These are free market policies? China producing more for the world market is 'non market policies'?

Who are the Americans bluffing?

What is America's real intent in Ukraine and the bombing of Iranian Embassy? Americans are angels?

The fact that the USA and UK sabotaged, not one, but several peace deals between Russia and Ukraine ought to be taken as a blessing in disguise for China. Even without those sabotage, I think a peace deal is already beyond attainment, since Ukraine demands Russia to give back territories e.g. Crimea, which is unthinkable. Russia will never agree to that. After all the sacrifices, Russia is not going to give back an inch of Eastern Ukraine, not to speak of Crimea, which it took over in 2014.

I think, as in the Vietnam War, USA citizens are getting tired and weary of Zelensky asking for more and more aid, without being able to take back an inch of territory lost to Russia. Further aid to Ukraine is just throwing money into a bottomless pit, and for the USA to extract itself from the mess now is as good as admitting defeat. Afghanistan already was a blotch on USA's reputation as a superpower. Suffice to say, all efforts to provide so-called 'game changers' to Ukraine achieved nothing so far and is an exercise in futility and too little too late.

The USA is also perceptively beginning to turn its back in the Middle East. The Israeli strike that killed so many aid workers is probably the straw that is going to break the camel's back. Netanyahu is still as arrogant as ever, demanding more weapons from USA knowing that Iran is now preparing to join the fray. When that happens, the Middle East will really go up in flames, possibly the start of WW3.

Right now, the situation is not good for the USA and the West. China is controlling rare earth supplies for the manufacturing of weapons and further production of weapons has been curtailed and depends on procurement of rare earth elements from elsewhere which is a big problem.

PS. What is the real intent of bombing Iranian Embassy in Syria? Were the Americans behind it, though they claimed to be innocent, that they were not involved? The superficial position, Israel's is doing everything in defiance of the Americans? Is this true? The real stuff, Israelis and Americans are working together to do all the killings and bombings. Americans are lying that they an innocent party. Who knows, the pilot bombing the Iranian Embassy could be Americans, flying American plane and using American bombs, guided by American intelligence and GPS.

China's industrial overcapacity is a blessing welcome by the world, ....definitely not a threat

Janet Yellen is trying to drag the rest of the world into her agenda on behalf of the USA by repeating the narrative that China's industrial overcapacity is a threat to the rest of the world. How is that a threat to the rest of the world when the world can have access to cheaper goods that the USA and the West can never provide? If the USA does not want cheaper goods, that is their freedom to choose. Why drag the rest of the world into their rhetoric and fear mongering?

That China's overcapacity is now proving to be a threat to the USA and its allies is the reality, and certainly nothing of a threat to the rest of the world. She has to drag the rest of the world into her narrative to add support to her nefarious, illogical and fallacious accusation against China.

The USA cannot fight a war or battle alone with Russia, China or even Iraq without dragging its allies into the fray. They claimed that those who followed them during the Iraq War were a 'Coalition of the Willing', undeniably to justify their evil designs to steal the oil in Iraq after starting a war fraught with lies and fake evidence. Now it is using the same modus operandi of using the Europeans against Russia in Ukraine. And it is intending to do the same by using its East Asian allies like Japan, South Korea and Philippines to do their dirty work against China.

What is the industrial overcapacity threat posed by China actually? With Industrial overcapacity, China is in a position to dominate and flood the market with cheaper identical products that can kill off any competition that the USA and the West are trying to build up. The USA and the West can boast of re-industrialization and building up, for example, of its rare earth refining abilities, which China does not fear as China's overcapacity can always kill them off at leisure. Who wants to invest in such ventures when China is posing such a threat to their existence? That is the USA's biggest fear, not the cheaper goods that China is churning out.

Therefore, China must never fall for Yellen's fallacious and misguided narrative and continue on its industrial push together with its military buildup. It will never be proven wrong.
