American rogues will weaponise anything

Anything in the minds of rogues becomes some weapons to be used against others.

Religion was the first to be used as a weapon to steal the lands of Native American Indians, Australian Aborigines and New Zealand indigenous Maoris, not to speak of countless Pacific Islanders also falling into the same trap. Opium was used to drug the Chinese to make them weak, hoping to take over China like North America. Even money, the root of all evil, becomes a weapon for sanctioning. Holy shit, even tariffs is now being used as an economic weapon to target everyone to make them succumb to USA Rules Based Order.

But that is backfiring. Why is everyone still asking about ships carrying goods bypassing USA ports? Just for fun or laughter? No, the world is finding new channels for trade, as there is a bigger world besides the USA to trade with.

As an example, Trump's 50% tariffs on Brazilian coffee does not kill Brazil's coffee industry. China is the biggest beneficiary of Trump's move, with almost immediate move into the Brazilian coffee export industry with deals made fast and furious. These are deals for the long term and Brazilian coffee beans are not going to the USA any time soon. Who suffers from the tariffs? USA roasters are being crippled as Brazilian coffee is the mainstay of USA coffee chains.

Trump's tariff war is just like a blind man throwing darts not knowing where it will land. So many of Trump's tariffs are hitting at USA businesses like bolts of lightning, with no avenues to avoid disaster. What businesses that goes to China is not ever going to go back to the USA. That is a fact, and Trump is making it happen faster than ever. Scott Bessant and Howard Lutnick can carry on their spin, but the reality is there for all to see.

Trump is destroying America and Europe at the same time

It always worked so well when the USA administration sets its target for its attack dogs to move in. Not just attack dogs reared domestically, but attack dogs spread out all over the world. So far, the European attack dogs have not joined the chorus into attacking India, or have I missed that one.

Oh, about Scott Bessant's new-found angle of attack on India, I forgot that the Europeans were the ones buying cheap Russian oil under the table from India and China. Attacking India using Scott Bessant's argument would be cutting their noses to spite their faces, right? I believe the USA has been ripping off the Europeans with high price oil, which is causing much pain to the EUs economy. Why would the EU not keep buying cheaper Russian oil sold by India and China, right? Germany is already hard hit and struggling. But keep that under wraps, or the Russians will be laughing their heads off.

So, India appears to be next in line as the USA build up its imaginary enemy mantra for the cronies and sycophants to aim at, and we may be seeing more demonization of India as time goes by. India invited trouble by all the time gloating about its superpower ambitions and another rising 'factory of the world' effectively going against the USA's agenda to lure all manufacturing back to the USA, to be the de facto 'factory of the world' itself. You do not try to anger the bull with a red cloth right in front of you or risked being gored to death. Even with one snake trying to anger another bigger snake, expect no mercy from the bigger snake.

Snakes are snakes...China must not trust snakes

Snakes are snakes. Would anyone trust a snake even after helping it? China helped the USA during the 2008 financial crisis, but now the snake is biting China from all angles. The lesson has been learned, and China should not be dealing with snakes.

What is even more telling is the other bigger snake probably playing Modi around, now that that bigger snake has no other cards to deal against China. Yes, there is the possibility of Modi running back to the kiss Trump's ass, especially if Trump lowers the 50% tariffs to say 25% or less. Modi will bend over backwards to take the deal. Trump will gloat about the big, beautiful and productive deal with India.

The trap is probably to loosen the leash to allow India to close ranks temporarily with China, to get some Chinese investments to flow into India again to mitigate India's economic problems resulting from an expanding population and its missteps in hijacking or chasing out Chinese investments in the past.

India also needs rare earth supplies from China to resume for its EV, iPhones and manufacturing facilities, which has now been curtailed after the discovery that India had been selling Chinese rare earths under the table to USA military contractors.

India has rare earth ores in abundance (ores are not actually rare, the processed elements are rare) but lacks the mining facilities and the refining logistics to tackle its rare earth shortage. It will take decades and huge investments to build up those facilities, which India is attempting to solve.

Foreign investors are wary of India's bad habit of using retrospective investment and tax laws once such investments start to reap benefits and are not rushing into India to be screwed. Samsung found that out too late and had been slammed with a US$600 fine by the Indians.

Sun Tzu's new Art of War Strategy

If Sun Tzu is still available today, he would likely to come up with this new strategy, if it is not already one in his book. Never negotiate with a scoundrel, untrustworthy and unethical leader. This should be extended to ... never waste time talking to such a scoundrel at all. For such a twit never honour his words or any agreement signed. He would tear it up the moment he steps out of the room. If he cannot do that, he would fabricate more terms and conditions to invalidate the agreements signed.

This is what a scoundrel like Donald Trump would do. This is what most American and western leaders would do. Never believe in what they said, never trust them, no need to waste time talking to them and thinking that you can come to an agreement with them. There are so many incidents of such violations by Trump and western leaders. Diplomacy and negotiations are for decent and honourable people, for people or leaders that would honour their words and commitments.

Xi is now practising this new Art of War in dealings with Trump the rascal that practises the Art of the Deal like a mafia chief. After all the bad experiences with negotiations and agreements, the Chinese have finally concluded that enough is enough. They have been very patient and generous in tolerating the double speak of the American cheats, in their so called strategic ambiguity, in their interpretation of One China Policy etc etc. The Americans are lying all the way and taking the Chinese as kindergarten kids, to be coaxed and to be conned whenever they meet.

The right strategy against the American rogues is to stay away from them, be reticent. To the American rogues, all agreements are good only at the point of signing, but to be dismissed or reinterpreted to their likings and benefits. Any agreement with the Americans is as good as no agreement. They will twist and turn their words to make a mockery out of the agreements and make a fool of those who negotiated with them and trusted them.

Trump is still desperately sending out signals to want to meet Xi, telling lies about relations is good and great relations with China after the meeting, but includes a threat to destroy China if no meeting. Only fools would believe in this scoundrel. The China bashing is happening every day, non stop. And the American terrorists are preparing to go to war with China any moment. China does not need America and does not need good relations with American terrorists. A complete decoupling is in process.

CIA Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking: PART 2

Instead of trying to invade Venezuella on the pretext of going after the Drug Cartels there the United States should first cleanse itself of the evil drug cartels in U.S. operated by the drug barons in Wall Street, Washington, Los Angeles, Texas and The Pentagon.

PART     TWO      CIA  Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade  And Trafficking

In the Middle East and Asia CIA drug and narcotic trade and trafficking is mainly opium and heroin. In the Americas it is largely cocaine, heroin and ice.The city of Mena in the state of Arkansas in US is an important city for CIA drug trafficking activities. In the 1980s CIA trafficked in cocaine involved senior government officers of the Bill Clinton administration who covered up investigations. CIA used the Mena Inter Mountain Municipal airport as a drop point in Mena , Arkansas. It used notorious pilots and  Medellin Cartel drug smuggler Adler Berrimen Seal as its partners in operation.

In Mexico CIA collaborated with drug lords and traffickers and used its share of profits to finance the Nicaraguan Contra rebels to overthrow the leftist socialist Nicaragua's Sandinista Government. CIA sold drugs in USA mainly to African and Mexican Americans. In Honduras USA government protected Honduras drug lord lord Juan Matta Ballesteros , the owner of an airline SETCO in which Nicaraguan Contra rebels used to covertly transport military supplies and personnels in early 1980s. In Nicaragua too, CIA provided support for the Contras involving in drug trafficking . It channeled profits from drug trade to the Contra rebels.

In the 1970s to 1980s Panama was ruled by a Panama military strongman President General  Manuel Noriega. Noriega was a highly CIA paid man and collaborator in drug trafficking , money laundering and arms for drugs dealings. CIA provides flights for the contras , protection for the contras and the pilots  as well as safe havens for drug cartel officers and discreet banking facilities . US officials in the drug cartel Medellin Cartel include director William Webster and DEA officers. When Noriega arrested drug traffickers of other groups competing against CIA supported Medellin Cartel he was highly praised by Webster and DEA officers for thwarting drug trafficking. Noriega  was asked by CIA to provide military assistance to contra rebels in Nicaragua in exchange for him to continue in drug trafficking activities which he had been doing since 1960s. When the DEA ( Department Enforcement Authority of US ) tried to indict Noriega in 1971 , the CIA prevented them from doing so. The director of CIA at that time was George H. W, Bush  ( later president of  USA ). who provided Noriega with hundreds of thousands of dollars per year for his drug trafficking and cooperation in Latin America. However, when a CIA pilot Eugene Hasenfus was shot down over Nicaragua by the Sandinistas, documents aboard the plane revealed many of CIA's activities in Latin America and the CIA's connection with Noriega became a public relations liability for the USA government, which allowed the DEA to indict him for drug trafficking after decades of conniving with him in his drug operations to proceed unchecked . Also in December 1989 CIA found Noriega was secretly providing intelligence and services to the Cubans and Sandinistas , US turned against Noriega and invaded  Panama.  Noriega was captured and taken to Miami where a Miami court sentenced him to 45 years in prison. However, his collaborators , CIA officers and personnel, chiefly George H. W. Bush were not indicted . In the meantime when Panama was under US occupation CIA had a field day in trafficking drugs which increased tremendously. Also in the 1980s President Ronald Reagan tolerated CIA involvement  in drug trafficking in Central America because CIA and its drug partners were supporting the Contras to overthrow the leftist Sandinista government in Nicaragua. This is American justice and exceptionalism. Third world countries must beware, America via CIA will befriend you, make good use of you and dunk you when it no more serves their interest.

In Costa Rica and Honduras there were many CIA supported Contra networks involved in drug trafficking. CIA operative John Hull had cocaine farms in Costa Rica. When John Hull was indicted by the Costa Rica government he was secretly flown out by CIA to Miami  via Haiti with a DEA hired plane.

CIA also operated drug trafficking in Guatemala and worked closely with the drug cartels there. CIA backed transport companies provided planes to the Contras for carrying cocaine to Florida, Texas, Louisiana and other locations including several US military bases designated as "Contra Craft" in which shipments were not to be inspected. These traffickers were protected by CIA and DEA and other authorities officers.

In 1993 it was disclosed that CIA working with a Colombia drug cartel smuggled tons of cocaine into USA and sold in the streets  Hundreds of pounds of cocaine from Venezuela were also smuggled into USA under the watchful eyes of CIA.    When the cartel's smuggling ring was broken, some traffickers were arrested but the CIA officer in charge of the smuggling and his supervisor were not indicted whereas the Venezuela collaborator General Ramon Guillen was indicted together with his civillian counterpart.

CIA and US top banking giants Wachovia a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank are the top players in global drug trade worth hundreds of billions of dollars a year. The head of DEA in 2004 , Judge Robert Bonner accused the CIA of being drug smugglers. CIA worked hand in hand with Venezuelan National Guard to smuggle cocaine into USA. A ton of cocaine at that time was worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
