Good news - more foreign talent judges to be like Hong Kong

 It is good for Singapore to learn from Hong Kong's colonial practice and mentality to hire more AngloSaxon or foreign judges to make the High Court whiter. In Hong Kong, just before the cleaning of the swamp, the judges in the High Court were mostly foreigners, meddling with Hong Kong's independence and supporting the AngloSaxon forces against China. This was how sad a state could become when foreigners called the shot, and deciding on justice and on what is lawful and not lawful in Hong Kong. The silly colonial mentality in Hong Kong was so treasonous to its integration with the Motherland that China finally put an end to it.

Singapore is quite different, no Motherland. So it could replace the whole lot with foreign talents with no such problems on loyalty to the Motherland. And to make it more palatable for Singaporeans to accept them, just issue them with the pink ICs and call them locals or residents. Oops, I mean Singaporeans. Then we can have a pure white ex colonial judges panel to make our judiciary system more like England, more authentic. Maybe can re introduce the Jury system, and can appeal to higher Appeal Courts in England. Our judiciary system would not only be more England, but can chant that it is more impartial, fair and neutral with non Singaporean judges. Oops, my mistake, resident judges. Oh, can re introduce the wigs as well, more stylo milo, like the King's Bench.

The appointments of three foreigners as high court judges by Tharman is a new milestone in independent Singapore's judiciary system. After trying so hard to break away from the British rule, to be independent, it may be time to return to the fold, to the Commonwealth. Would God Save the King be sang again in our courts? And the judiciary system, like the banking and finance system, did not have good local talents after 59 years of independence and need more foreigners to make it look good. See how good DBS has become with foreigners turned residents in charge!

Soon we will have more Ingrish judges and lawyers practising in Singapore to boost up the standard of litigation as well. NUS no need to create more spaces for law students. Local and resident judges and lawyers need a spur on their hide to raise the standard of the practice. Is this what is needed in no talent Singapore?

Anyway, nice move. All those ex colonial judges that fled Hong Kong can also come and apply. The door is now wide open. Their experiences would be much welcome.

Desperate Yoon taking desperate measures

 Yoon was licking Biden's fingers in the past. Yoon loved 'American Pie' dished out by Biden with his fingers, LOL. Just like feeding his dog.

Toady Yoon is in deep trouble now. The South Korean opposition party wants to impeach him over fears that he may yet stage another coup in desperation if he remains in power. The have to be quick to the gun, as a desperate man will resort to desperate measures to stay in power.

Yoon is rightly concern about his position, knowing that Trump and Kim Jong Un may probably meet again for old times' sake, according to some comments, which is not good for South Korea and the war hawks in Washington if real peace were to ensue. After all, Kim is waiting for another all expenses paid holiday that he may never enjoy. This is rather unlikely though, as Biden probably wants to keep the status quo of a Korean War that is still in progress. What better way than supporting Yoon as a perpetual dictator under martial law. Setting time bombs are the forte of the Anglo-Saxon Whites.

The other scenario is just like the Middle East war, where Netanyahu has to keep the conflict and genocide from dying out, as his survivor is at stake with corruption charges looming if he leaves office. Forget about his care for the hostages. Some have been killed by the IDF itself already. Yoon will face similar charges if he steps down. After all, corruption scandals have plagued so many other South Korean leaders in the past. It is, should I say, in their DNA.

PS. Yoon is a good doggie to the Americans and they are protecting him. Do not be surprised if the South Koreans failed to get rid of him past, with the support and connivance of the Americans, he might launch another coup and this time he will succeed...when the Americans said so.

China and Russia set a trap...and Trump crawls into it

 Some social media sites are saying that China and Russia set a trap that the USA and West have now fallen into. What is the trap they are talking about?

The trap is the setting up of BRICS, whose existence is forcing the USA and the West to target even neutral countries like Brazil and Mexico that formerly were close to the West. Now Trump is picking up a trade war against Mexico and facing retaliation.

With Trump threatening to raise tariffs against countries that are following the de-dollarization move, which means following the BRICS footstep, it is going to make those countries isolate themselves from the USA if tariffs were to be implemented by Trump. More countries will fall out of the USA influence under Trump's tariff plan. The more Trump tries to strangle countries, the more benefit will be reaped by BRICS and the faster will de-dollarization move forward. Trump is in fact helping China and Russia to fulfil their de-dollarization agenda.

Common beans are realizing the consequence of Trump's tariff moves, while seasoned analysts and advisors to the Western Governments are not taking up the cue. Of course, when they elect a clown to run the country, they can only get a circus, nothing more.

China bans all American chips. More bankruptcies and retrenchment in the US

 China is now telling its manufacturing entities that USA made chips are to be avoided and not safe. This is telling, and a game changing move by China that is going to affect USA chipmakers and those foreign semiconductor entities like TSMC, Samsung and others having manufacturing facilities in the USA.

China is a big market for chip makers. The loss of this market is detrimental for foreign chipmakers doing business with China. High-end chips are only a fraction of their business with China, that the USA is banning. For other legacy chips, this sounds like the death knell for them. China is now confidently able to provide the alternative supply chain. Otherwise, China will not be so decisive in making this decision and warning domestic manufacturing to avoid USA chips altogether.

For EVs, solar panels, wind turbines and consumer products, legacy chips are sufficient to power them. No big deal which China is not able to overcome.

I was astonished to read that there are more than a hundred EV makers in China today. That is truly madness and unbelievable if true. Making a car is no small effort, which we have seen in Malaysia. It is not as simple as issuing a COE that costs as much as a car, that the Government is able to collect with just a piece of paper and some ink.

American terrorists will never stop toppling govts and interference

 There is a regime change ongoing in Georgia against the Russian supported Government. We know very well who is behind it. The smell of Sulphur is present in every country that is in chaos, and we know Satan is doing his dirty work.

Who is supporting the 'Rebels' now fighting against the Government in Syria? Terrorists fighting against Governments that the USA and West do not like have been given a new name to be acceptable and noble, and they now called 'Rebels'. If what is happening in Syria were to happen in any other Anglo-Saxon country, these 'Rebels' will instead be called 'Terrorists'. On other occasion, such terrorists fighting against regimes that the USA and the West do not like will be called 'Freedom Fighters', a Western glorified title. See the different branding of the same toxin?

The USA and the West are particularly good in twisting everything from black into white, or white into black. And they are never ashamed of the lies that they proliferate. Take Biden's pardoning of his son, which the MSM is now trying desperately to whitewash the whole fiasco. Biden's words spoken earlier did not matter, when he promised never to pardon his son. Now, going out of office soon, he turned around and desperately carried out the unthinkable. Biden is another example of someone who is willing to lie, cheat and steal without batting an eyelid. What he has done is no more than a miscarriage of justice.

What about Trump? I believe he is going to do one better by pardoning himself, which is going from bad to worse. Trump's hush money conviction has not been pardoned yet, only placed on hold, until he leaves office. Trump now also wants a complete pardon for his hush money case. In any event, it does not matter now, as Trump will undoubtedly pardon himself as some predicted. Such a circus could only be allowed to be performed in the USA.
