China Number One in renewable energy

 Countries have to hold US$ in reserve in order to be able to conduct trade. That is another constraint and a rope around their necks. They have to keep buying and holding US$ in reserve for oil, which is one of the most essential commodities that runs every country's economic activity. Without oil, vehicles cannot move, planes cannot fly, trains cannot run, lifts cannot work, air conditioners become white elephants, offices cannot function, household equipment like fridges cannot do its work of keeping food fresh. That is how important oil is and how the US$ exerts its hegemony on the rest of the world.

China is moving fast and furious into renewables. China is now the world's biggest hydro-electric generating country, the biggest solar energy electricity generator, the biggest wind energy electricity generator, the country with the most EVs that are relying less and less directly on fossil fuel.

If we think rationally, China is using the sun's energy directly to generate electricity in all its three alternative sources of electricity generation, rather than relying mainly on coal or fossil fuel derived from decomposing trees and other organic substances, taking hundreds of years to grow using energy from the sun and needing thousands of years to turn those decomposing trunks and organisms into coal or fossil fuel. Those are exhaustible commodities; abundant they may be today.

Dams hold back water for electricity generation, the direct result of the sun causing evaporation that turn into rain or accumulated as glaciers on mountains, whose melting under higher summer temperatures provide the water for those dams to generate electricity. Solar panels need no explanation, using direct energy from the sun and converting it in electricity immediately. Wind turbines also need little elaboration, using winds generated by the sun's energy moving air between hot and cold regions to create wind energy. And these are inexhaustible and freely available everywhere in the world, save for the poles.

There are now experiments using ocean waves for electricity generation, another renewable energy worth exploiting. And China is experimenting with small nuclear energy generating equipment that may one day surprise everyone over its availability and affordability.

On the other hand, the USA and the EU are stifling the use of renewable energy by curbing EV growth. Trump is a big fan of fossil fuel and a big hurdle against renewables. He already said that climate change is a hoax. Another lie to be exposed?

BRICS' dedollarisation is good for the rest of the world and is unstoppable

 What all this means is all tied to de-dollarization moves. Simple logic it may seem for a country to diversify its food and other imports to more countries, which no one can accuse China of doing. But underneath the surface, the objective is about using less of the US$ and making use of local currencies between trading partners and even exchanging oil for consumer products, without having to use the US$ in cross border trade.

That is making everything cheaper and settlement faster. Rather than having to convert local currencies into US$ to settle trade and having to pay a fee for currency conversion to and from the US$. Those who use credit cards will know, but how many ever consider how much exchange losses they are incurring? How stupid the world had been led to follow a system that had screwed them for decades, benefiting big USA banks.

What is even more satisfying is that such trade under BRICS setting up its own commodity exchange is beyond the scrutiny of the USA, as no US$ is being used enabling the USA's ability to monitor who is trading with whom. And what this will do to the USA and the West is the inability to cater to demands which they are unable to monitor and influence the market.

The formation of BRICS initially was just brushed aside as inconsequential and unable to do anything to the entrenched US$ hegemony and settlement system. The development of a BRICS system is now posing a threat to the US$. They have taken their eyes off BRICS, like taking eyes off China for three decades, and are now trying to correct a massive mistake that is now impossible to contain.

Trump said in no uncertain terms that the USA had ignored the de-dollarization move for years and he is now going to punish countries that are dumping the US$ with tariffs. Desperation? It is not going to work. Tariffs work against the implementer or its own citizens. Nothing more.

CIA - America's terrorist organisation

 The CIA not only assassinated foreigners, but it was also involved in many assassinations inside the USA itself. John F. Kennedy's assassination was one of the highest profile assassinations carried out by the CIA, with the cover up equally widespread and meticulous. In between, for example, they also assassinated scientist involved in their biological warfare experiments, that had tried to distance themselves or resign. That is not impossible, just like the Mafia. They do not allow loose ends to come back to incriminate them. Dead men do not tell tales is their mantra. As a result, you can just imagine how many were assassinated, unknowns disappearing without anyone the wiser. How many people were made to disappear by the Clintons.

The USA claimed those biological experiments and set ups have been disbanded, but we know better to believe in them. Those labs were probably shifted elsewhere to cover the trail. We know how many USA's funded biological labs were discovered in Ukraine. The USA tried to claim otherwise that they were not biological weapons labs. What about those in South American countries like Colombia and in the jungles of Brazil?

This clip is an eye opener to people of the rest of the world to see what the American terrorists are planning and doing in the Middle East and the neighbouring states of Russia, with Georgia as the next war zone after Ukraine...and also why the American terrorists are in the Gulf States to bring down the govts, steal their oil and planning for a complete take over of all the Gulf States under the control of Israel. Not a single Gulf State would be free by the end of their conquest. Iran and Turkey would also fall.

The Arabs and Muslims do not need to view this clip. It is meaningless to them. They have accepted their fate to be ruled by the Americans and the Israelis, and would rather fight among themselves than fighting the Americans and the Israelis, their real enemies. Maybe they rather be ruled by the Americans and the Israelis. Caveat, they better declare their intention to be colonies of the American and Israeli rule before being genocided to extinction like the native Americans.

The intention of the Americans and the Israelis are very clear and well known to the Arabs and Muslims and does not need this clip to say so. 

Good luck to the Arabs and Muslims. May they live happily ever after under the rule of the American/Israeli Empire. No need to sweat the small stuff about the Genocide of the Palestinians anymore. Just keep killing each other in the new Syrian War. The Americans and Israelis would love that and no need to do the killings themselves. This is the perfect set up by the Americans and Israelis, to let the Arabs and Muslims to do what is necessary to wipe themselves out from the land of the Middle East.

Can the Arabs and Muslims live in peace under the rule of the Americans and Israelis?  Think the Americans and Israelis would continue with their successful formula to forment hate and suspicions among them and encourage them to fight and kill each other forever. The lesser of them around the safe for the Jews.

POSB to return to be the people's bank

 POSB was the people's bank. In the beginning, the bank even supported and promoted school children to save a few dollars by helping them to open savings account in the bank. There was nothing too small to save. A few cents, a few dollars were also money for the bank. The POSB grew and grew with the masses banking and supporting the bank. It was the bank for the people, that stood by the people and for the people.

Then it was absorbed into DBS by a govt decree. It became part of DBS and all the customers and their savings became DBS properties. These helped to propel DBS to what it is today, with the money from the little boys and girls, the Ah Pehs and Ah Mahs, the workers, the cleaners etc etc. 

Then things started to change in the late 1970s or early 80s. Some smart alecs did not think the bank should be serving the small savers, the school children and the low down workers with only a few dollars in the bank. It was a chore, a financial burden on the bank to have their accounts. The administrative cost was too high. So, it introduced a $2 monthly fee for accounts with less than $3,000, if I remember correctly. Any account with less than this sum must pay a fee of $2 to the bank or close the account. Ignorant small savers who did not know about this soon had their accounts closed as whatever little money left was used to pay the $2 monthly fees. Many accepted the money 'eaten' by the bank quietly. What to do? This was something new then, when people only thought of getting interests from the bank, not paying the bank to keep money in the bank.

The ungrateful bank was as good as saying no time for you poor boys and girls and the Ah Pehs and Ah Mahs with only a few dollars. That is now history.

Perhaps DBS may want to return POSB back to serve the poor people and return to the days when POSB would not charge a fee on any account holder with less than $3,000 in their bank accounts. Let POSB be the people's bank, to serve the not rich people and let DBS serve the rich people, the millionaires and billionaires.

There is another practical reason for this. There are some retirees, seniors that have no income and barely anything in their bank accounts. But they need a bank account to receive govt handouts like the $600 cost of living Assurance Package. If they leave this sum or the balance in the banks, they would have to pay the monthly $2 fee or $24 annually....

PS. I was one of those who had forgotten about an account with a few hundred dollars (in UOB) that were 'eaten' and only knew about it when I received a letter to inform me that the account was closed.
