More confirmation that university education is not necessary

* Do not be arrogant that you have a better degree than the “fake degree” of the foreigner.

* The “good degree” is of no use, if it cannot be reflected in job performance. Many graduates could not apply what they learn in the university in the real work environment. The “good degree” is no better than the “fake degree”.

* Good performance in a job depends on attitude, communication, common sense and other non-academic skills. The foreigner with a “fake degree” may have these skills that make them more suitable for the job than a local with a “good degree”.

“Just curious since I am friends this person (26M) who, since graduating from university with a double degree in finance and accounting, has yet to find a full time job. Is it normal for a university graduate to be jobless for 2 years and going? What’s the rate of employment for local graduates?”'

What more do Singaporeans need to know about the value of their degrees? It is worthless, no need to spend so much money and time sweating in top universities like NUS and NTU to get a good degree. Go to the university of hard knocks to learn how to survive, how to act in a way that the bosses want and appreciate, how to look good in the way you work. This is the way to get a good job and the way to success. But if a degree is a must, go and get a degree from India. Indian degrees are in demand in Singapore. Look at the foreign talents, many of them have Indian degrees. Many CEOs and top management staff got their degrees from India. It is proven, Indian degrees are the best.

Ministers have said so and now Tan Kin Lian also said so. This is the new wisdom in Singapore, the first world city state heading to third world when the thinking of third world fakes and conmen has taken over as the wisdom of the day.  And if this is true, then many of the foreigners working in good jobs in Singapore are really fakes, with no degrees but know how to look good and can work without the professional training that a degree comes with. This is likely not true. They must have good degrees or know how to do the jobs well.

It is time to close down our top universities. No need expensive universities and high quality education. Just teach the students to be street smart will do the trick, convince the bosses that they can do the job will do. If foreigners, the task is simpler. Just convince the 'foreigner' interviewers that they are as good as them, also foreign talents.

Is Singapore progressing and moving quickly to join the ranks of the third world with third world wisdom and mentality?

$G has NO checks against fake degrees or skills. NONE. Employers are now FT so they will try to beat the system. Just ask Ramesh of JP Morgan and his crony employers.

These employers will win because MOM helps them by having no checks on their side. Checking takes time and money. In Australia it takes months to vet such documents. In $G it is a matter of days.

Even after that, their so-called degrees are as good as fake. They cut, paste, copy and bluff to get the job done and then run off to better jobs or get rid of any local with their own people.

TKL is mesmerized by the Hunan girl at the bakery, smiling and making him happy… so he thinks every FT is better at work than local.

I had worked with a MNC which employs more than 50% FTs from:

1. India
2. China
3. Philippines
4. Rest of the world

I did one month stint there, this was what I found out:

1. Management all FTs, they hired their friends into the company.
2. One PRC Senior Manager paid $7000 a month came into office at 11am and leaves by 3pm (secretly as no one really checked)
3. Pinoys always chatting and chatting like birds in the office
4. Indians are lazy, hiding and hiding from work.

Yes, I found a few FTs really hardworking, one from PRC and one Indian, they worked very hard. But the 98% are all mediocre and lazy.

The FT Indian colleague told me the earlier one whom I replaced was from Singapore, very prompt and fast – professional, soon he was tired of the bs from third world…. found better job and left. This Indian colleague was honest, although he was FT, he knew how Singaporeans work and he thinks most of us are more efficient but just that Singaporeans are too workaholic and seldom chit chat to make friends in office.

Uncle Tan, your stupidity has no cure, you really think Singaporeans inferior to these third world FTs? Why not you conduct surveys? Why not you look at your own sons and daughters? Are they as inferior as you imagine?

I worked there just one month, I saw the dismay and lousy productivity of these so called third world talent….. They were so impressed with my work performance that my boss actually asked to increase my pay by 50% if I chose not to resign….. I still insisted to leave because I know the department is going to get shut down…. No one is working there except me….. Even I stay and get 50% pay rise, the department will still sink!!! I was right, few weeks after I left, the department was shut down. My boss already knew it was coming, he got a job before the hammer came down.

This is the same story my dad worked for fortune 50 company, same thing… all these FTs from third world, particularly India and PRC are less skilled and more political and lazy…. all the productivity dropped. Thee best record was held by Singaporean and with 90% Singapore core, which was my dad. They kept asking my dad to go back to lead the team, my dad is more than 70, Singaporean and hold the best record for that fortune 50 from 1980s till now, no FT in Singapore or the world beat him.

TKL – Singaporeans are harder striving and hardworking than these inferior FTs imported by PAP. Just that we are too honest and straight and timid to be bullied. We are not as bold and cunning like these inferior imports.

There are some black sheep amongst locals but majority are hardworking and efficient. If you want to complain about Singaporeans lazy, I suggest you survey your sons and daughters and go interview those working in MNCs etc and hear them yourself.

US ‘plans to attack seven Muslim states’

Presidential hopeful General Wesley Clark says the White House devised a five-year plan after the 9/11 strikes to attack seven majority-Muslim countries.

A former commander of NATO’s forces in Europe, Clark claims he met a senior military officer in Washington in November 2001 who told him the Bush administration was planning to attack Iraq first before taking action against Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Iran, Somalia and Sudan....

Clark says after the 11 September 2001 attacks, many Bush administration officials seemed determined to move against Iraq, invoking the idea of state sponsorship of terrorism, “even though there was no evidence of Iraqi sponsorship of 9/11 whatsoever”....

Clark criticises the plan to attack the seven states, saying it targeted the wrong countries, ignored the “real sources of terrorists”, and failed to achieve “the greater force of international law” that would bring wider global support.

He also condemns George Bush’s notorious Axis of Evil speech made during his 2002 State of the Union address. “There were no obvious connections between Iraq, Iran, and North Korea,” says Clark.  Al Jazeera

Above is from an Al Jazeera article titled 'US ‘plans to attack seven Muslim states’.  Some countries were so impressed by the Americans crocodile tears for the Muslim terrorists in Xinjiang that they believed the Americans loved the Arabs and Muslims. The above quotes should dispel whatever faeces that are still stuck in their little brains about what the Americans really felt for the Arabs and Muslims.

After 911, the Americans just decided to attack and destroy 7 Arab/Muslim countries on the pretext of terrorism. And as events have unfolded and proven itself, none of these countries were involved in the 911 attack. It was just an excuse to destroy the Arab and Muslim states to keep them poor and dysfunctional. And all the seven states were attacked, some invaded and came under the control of the Americans as colonised states or protectorates, another pretentious word for being conquered and ruled by the Americans.

And there was no condemnation from the world, none from the western media, of American aggression, expansionism and massacres, and nothing about war crimes. And many silly political leaders and scholars continue to live with the myth that the Americans are peaceful people, and China is the aggressive and expansionist state, the former invading and destroying countries, but China did none of that.

Enough said, how many still want to live under the delusion of American lies? How many Arab and Muslim countries still believe the Americans love them? How many silly American stooge countries still adore and worship the Americans as the peace loving policemen of the world? No need to ask the AngloSaxon countries or the European countries. They are all in it together, to rule the rest of the world.

Why are some Arab and Muslim countries still taking orders from the Americans and do whatever the Americans said when the Americans treat them as their number one enemy? Do these countries have thinking leaders and people? Do they know who are their real enemies?

 A 10 minutes clip by Andy Boreham, a New Zealander reporting on China. In this clip Andy exposed the buffonery and clownish behaviour of anti China internet brigade and how silly they looked when reporting black is white and then white is black about China's zero covid policy and the recent opening up.

They way that these clowns switched their positions from condemning China for zero covid measures to condemning China for opening up is just sneaky and distasteful and totally lacked of substance and credence.

The Japanese with a Chinese American name, Gordon Chang, was also featured with his silly prediction and again proven silly. The face you in behind the Chinese flag here is that Japanese faking to be a Chinese and spending his whole life attacking and smearing China, but has discredited himself as a charlatan.

The American Empire is the authoritarian state of the world

 Dictatorship and authoritarian states are bad. The only political system that is good is the liberal democratic (or fake democratic) state of the USA and western democracy (or fake democracy). This is the only model acceptable to the Americans who believe in freedom and democracy caveat American style. Or rules based order, not international law of the UN. The American freedom, democracy, rules based orders are as good as fiction.

Monarchy, kingdom are also authoritarian states and must be bad, caveat, except those approved by the American Empire. So all authoritarian states must be bad and condemned, and must be forced to become democracies, American style, like the Americans. Authoritarian states do not respect freedom of choice. only American democracy is for freedom of choice. And the freedom of choice is to adopt American democracy. This is the only choice or face sanction, regime change or containment, or worse, invasion and war.

American's form of freedom is to have only one choice, American democracy. Americans support freedom of choice. But countries choosing to be communist or authoritarian must be forced to become democracies. That this their freedom to choose or be destroyed. Any contradictions?

American freedom and democracy also must lead to a unipolar world, with only the American Empire as the dominant and controlling super power. Contrary, communist states and states that have different political systems other than democracy are in favour of a multipolar world. What is the difference between a unipolar world and a multipolar world?

Answer, a multipolar world is one where there are many states sharing power, respecting every state as equals and freedom to choose their political system.

A unipolar world under the American Empire is anything but freedom and democracy. The American Empire is the authority, the power to rule the world. It is the one and only super power that sits on top of the all the countries of the world, dictating the rules and orders for the rest of the world to obey and live by. All states would be ordered and must accept the American political system and change their political system to the American system. Only when they become like the Americans, would they be free, have freedom of choice as decided by the American Empire, freedom within the boundaries drawn by the Americans. In other words, become the colonies of the American Empire. However, this may not be true. The Americans need an enemy. They will create one to justify the existence of their huge military power. Without an enemy, the military forces and weapons would be redundant.

The American Empire, American hegemony, is an authoritarian system ruled by the Americans, with American rules and orders. This is American's democracy and freedom, under an American authoritarian order, American dictatorship of the world. Democracy and freedom are only possible if the Americans say so, permit it. Any country opposing American hegemony and dictatorship would be quashed.
