US Federal Court Rejected FDA and Pfizer Unreasonable And Absurd Demand To Delay Release Of Crucial Documents For 75 Years

PHMPT, a group of more than 30 medical and public health professionals and scientists from institutions such as Harvard, Yale, and UCLA, in September 2021 filed a lawsuit against the FDA of the USA, after the FDA repeatedly denied its original Freedom of Information Act request.

In that request, PHMPT asked the FDA to release “all data and information for the Pfizer vaccine,” including safety and effectiveness data, adverse reaction reports, and a list of active and inactive ingredients.

The FDA (infiltrated by and filled with Pfizer’s past and present staff, consultants and directors in key decision-making positions up to 80%) argued it didn’t have enough staff to process the redaction and release of hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, claiming it could process only 500 pages per month.

This meant that the cache of documents would take approximately 75 years for them to be fully released. By then, all those responsible would have already died. And the public would have been short-changed if serious crimes were committed.

In his January 6 order, Judge Pittmann rejected the FDA’s claim and instead required the agency to release 12,000 pages of documents by Jan 31 and an additional 55,000 pages per month thereafter.

Pfizer responded, to the Jan 6 order by filing a memorandum with the court on Jan 21, requesting to intervene in the case for the “limited purpose of ensuring that information exempt from disclosure under FOIA is adequately protected as FDA complies with this Court’s order.”

Pfizer claimed to support the disclosure of the documents, but asked to intervene in the case to ensure that information legally exempt from disclosure will not be “disclosed inappropriately.”

This Pfizer request, if granted, would have also meant further delay for the release of the next tranche of documents, until May 1.

Lawyers for PHMPT, in a brief submitted Jan 25, asked Judge Pittman to reject Pfizer’s motion, resulting in Judge Pittman’s Feb 2 order of a scheduled monthly release as follows:


10,000 pages apiece, due on or before March 1 and April 1, 2022.

80,000 pages apiece, to be produced on or before May 2, June 1 and July 1, 2022.

70,000 pages to be produced on or before Aug. 1, 2022.

55,000 pages per month, on or before the first business day of each month thereafter, until the release of the documents has been completed.


The first batch of documents produced in Nov 2021, which totaled a mere 500 pages, revealed there were more than 1,200 vaccine-related deaths within the first 90 days following the release of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine.

Now WHO has officially declared that PCR testing is inaccurate and, coming up with many positive results that were mistakes.

The New York Times of the United States shocked the comparison between China and the United States, and caused a sensation among the top officials of the White House!

The famous New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman wrote an article entitled "Seven Years between China and the United States", which was published in the New York Times and shocked the White House!
He wrote: "As I sit in my seat at a Chinese venue and enjoy the magical performance of thousands of Chinese dancers, drummers, singers and acrobats on stilts, I can't help but think back to the past seven years. Different experiences in the US: China has been busy with all kinds of infrastructure work, and we have been busy with al Qaeda (terrorists); they have been building better stadiums, subways, airports, roads, and parks, and we have been In building better metal detectors, Humvees, and unmanned reconnaissance aircraft...

Some of us are more envious of the life of a small country with few people. In fact, a small country has the difficulties of a small country. Small countries cannot withstand storms, but big countries have much more room for maneuver when they encounter storms.

In China's long history, if a government cannot develop the economy, improve people's livelihood, and handle catastrophes well, it will lose the support of the people, lose the "mandate of heaven", and eventually be overthrown by the people.
Today's political parties in China are a continuation of the historically unified Confucian ruling bloc tradition, not Western political parties that compete with each other on behalf of different interest groups. Many people in the West only agree with the legitimacy of the regime arising from multi-party competition, which is a very shallow political concept.
I once met an American scholar who questioned the legitimacy of the Chinese regime, and I asked him why he didn't question the legitimacy of his own country first: you took other people's land, colonized, immigrated, and exterminated Indians to form today's America . But they also discovered today that today's Chinese middle class seems to value China's political stability more than any other class. While the Indian IT sector has successfully created impressive tech clusters and thousands of jobs, growth has mainly come from providing cheaper manpower, says Professor Amit Joshi of IMD Business School....

According to the Economic Times, by mid-2020, India had 21 start-ups that had achieved the “unicorn” status of valuation over US$1 billion, with a cumulative valuation of US$73 billion. 

In contrast, China had over 10 times as many unicorns at 227 . Indeed, 11, or over half, of the Indian unicorns have Chinese investors.

While the Indian IT sector has successfully created impressive tech clusters and thousands of jobs, growth has stemmed primarily from trading off salary arbitrage – providing work more cheaply that could have been done in a customer’s home country.'  CNA

India should not be too worried about this development. India does not need to have too many of its own unicorns or big IT companies.  All it needs to do is to take over all the American unicorns and big IT companies. Most of these companies would eventually be owned by India or at least headed by Indians. Added together, India would have many times more unicorns and big IT companies than China. India and Indians are in the process of taking over the USA and Europe. Singapore is already almost taken over by India.

India and Indians are on the march to become the number one superpower in the world without having to do it the hard way. They only need to 'colonise' the big companies in US and Europe by having Indians to take over and populate these companies. Once the Indians are in control of these companies, they would become India's. No need to sweat the small stuff.

And American and European companies are all ripe to be taken over as there is a lack of white talents in America and Europe, so too in Singapore. Indians are the best and most talented people to take over and run these big companies as their own, even running Singapore. Just fire the original employees and replace them with Indians. A simple and very effective formula when such companies have lost control, when the owners did not know what is happening or did not bother...and want the easy way out, collect money and not wanting to do the work, let the Indians do it for them.

Mischievous white lies from the Americans/West

 The Americans and the West have been attacking and smearing China with all kinds of vicious white lies as if the Chinese people are devils that should not be allowed to exist or live in this world. The pretentious attack aiming at the CCP is just a red herring when the true target is the Chinese Civilisation. Here are some of the white lies that are really stupid compare to what the Americans and whites have/had done to their victims and enemies.

1. China's treatment of the minorities ie Uyghirs is unacceptable. Please go to Xinjiang to see for yourself the lives of the Uyghirs compare to other Muslims in other countries. By the way, China has more than 50 minorities, why only single out the Uyghirs?

Look at the minorities in the USA, the blacks and the native Indians. Are they better treated than the Uyghirs in China?

2. China is an aggressive and expansionist power. Look at the history of the Americans and Chinese in the last 70 years or so. China has not been engaged in any major wars other than a couple of border conflicts that lasted about a month. During these 70 years or so, the Americans have been fighting wars, starting wars none stop. The Americans spent trillions of dollars in wars. China spent trillions of dollars in building infrastructures not only in China but all over the world.

Who is the aggressive warmonger? Look at the countries in the Middle East, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan etc etc, who destroyed their economies and countries?

3. Human rights, suppression of freedom of expression and street domonstrations. Before the Americans and the whites could finish their lies about Hong Kong, they did everything against their blacks and coloured people for the world to see, many times worse than in Hong Kong. Their police killed their blacks like animals at every little opportunity they could find...and still bullying and killing them daily.

4. Debt traps. China has been spending billions and trillions building infrastructure and helping the ex colonies of the West, exploited and looted into poverty, to rebuild their countries and economies. Any debt that these countries, actually a couple of countries had to face such a problem, was due to mismatching of their desire to build their countries and changes in the world that affect their computation to repay the loans.

Compare this to the plundering and lootings of the whites when they colonised these countries. Compare to the loans and eventually debt these countries had to bear from white controlled organisations like the World Bank, IMF, ADB etc etc.

China is now the biggest lender to the world, to the poorer countries that the West refused to lend and to help after plundering their countries.

5. China is a bully? Who has been theatening to invade smaller countries? Who have been imposing sanctions to cripple the economies of small countries? China bullies Australia or Australia bullied China? I am writing an article on this, on the sins of Australia and the just punishment it is getting from China.

6. China not observing the rule of law? What shit! Since China opened up to the world, joined the WTO, China has been playing by the rule of law of the white men. It is the white men, especially the Americans that were breaking all the rules of law, walking away from the rule of law, like  Tokyo and Paris Accords on climate change, WHO, disarmament agreement, free trade, abusing the rule of law, attacking and invading countries, committing war crimes etc etc Not true, ask the Australians. They were stupid enough to be caught with their pants down.  What the Australian soldiers did were child play compare to what the evil Americans had done. Remember Guantanamo Bay, Al Ghraib, poison gas and chemicals in Syria, the killing of the innocents, especially against the Arabs, Muslims and Iranians and Afghans. 

7. China is not a rule of law country, ie China is lawless. How stupid can such a comment be believeable. There is no law in China? Look at the streets of America, look at the Americans breaking every rule of law during Covid19? The lawlessness in the streets of Hong Kong during the western incited demonstration was a good example. The Hongkongers were also behaving like lawless Americans.  They are free to move to the West to live among their white brethens, where they are comfortable, not in Hong Kong, China. There were riots, anarchy on the streets. Look at the video at the bottom of Shanghai at night. This is a civilised rule of law city, country, where the people are happy and enjoying life.

8. Xi Jinping and his colleagues are evil and bad people, wanting to invade and dominate the world? 

Compare them with the dictators in the White House and all the gangsters and liars around him,  everyday attacking other countries, wanting to start a war, creating enemies here and there. Did any Chinese leader go around attacking any country, wanting to start a war with any country, demonising and smearing any country? Who is the real devil? Who were the ones lying and deceiving the people about Covid19? What are the four gangsters doing now in Australia, scheming to stop China's growth or planning to attack China?

9. How can a country that has not been in a war for the last 70 years be called an aggressive and belligerent country and a country spending everyday of the last 70 years in wars, exploitation of wars, inciting and starting wars, threatening countries with wars, be called a peaceful country?

How stupid can the people of the world be to be taken in by these white lies? Or how stupid the Americans can be to think the rest of the world are stupid and cannot see what the Americans are doing, who is the real devil, who is a threat to their safety and well being? No amount of white lies can cover the truths that are appearing daily all over the world about a warmongering America threatening this country and that country, calling this country and that country enemy and wanting to attack them with the might of American war machine.

Did China do any of these things the evil Americans are doing? When Covid19 broke out in China and then to the rest of the world, China was fighting for its life and quickly shared the information with the world. What did the evil Americans and whites do? They gloated, they chuckled and they attacked China with all kinds of lies about being not transparent and not telling the truth. With the benefit of hindsight we now know who is spreading disinformation to lie to their own people and to lie to the world. It is not China for sure. Who is putting the world at risk of Covid19? Who is lying about the efficacy of their vaccines and not disclosing the dangerous findings of their vaccines?

One thing good came out of this. While they spent their time laughing and attacking China, they were lulled into not doing anything to fight this virus and now the virus is teaching them a painful and deadly lesson they will not forget. Maybe even bringing down the western civilisation and population like the Black Death for good.

America is a peace loving country? America is not a bully? America did not abuse human rights, did not abuse and ill treat their minorities? The real devil is strutting around in sheepskin and preaching peace but starting wars everywhere, everyday.
