CIA Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking Exposed. PART 7

CIA manages drug trade and trafficking claimed a Mexican official, Guillermo Terrazas Villaneuva of Chihuahua province. He said," CIA and other US outfits like FBI and DEA don't fight drug traffickers but instead try to control and manage the illegal drug market for their own benefit."
In 1990 the anti-drug unit sent tons of cocaine to US. The agency inspector General Frederick Hitrz admitted CIA worked with drug traffickers and had obtained waiver from the Department of Justice in the 1980s allowing it to conceal its contractors illicit dealings.
A reporter Gary Webb conducted an indepth investigation called, "The Dark Alliance" uncovered a vast CIA machine to ship illegal drugs into USA to fund clandestine and unconstitutional activities abroad, including the financing of armed groups . Gary Webb was eventually assassinated by CIA secret hitman.
After Dark Alliance series USA law makers spokesman Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts confirmed CIA was involved in drug trafficking through parties allied to it and through partners on its payroll.
Mexican officials especially Mexican president Felipe Calderon in an interview with BBC in 2009 claimed complicity by USA officials and authorities that enabled tons of drugs and cocaine to be shipped or sent to USA with immunity.
Many drug bosses and American officials claimed that Obama administration was selling weapons to drug cartels through a front company in Mexico and Obama was using tax money to arm Mexican cartels. The president and his Department of Justice have been engaged in a cover up since they were exposed by whistle blowers that leading congress held disgraced Attorney General Eric Holden in contempt.
Now do we see why USA is dead against Philippines president Duterte wars against drug traffickers. It is because it is against CIA interest in the very lucrative drug and narcotic trade and trafficking in which USA use the profits to finance wars of aggression overseas.

CIA Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking In Thailand. PART 6

CIA Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking In Thailand.     PART   6

In the 1950s to 1970s CIA threw its full support behind the Thai General Phoa making him the strongest man in Thailand. In return General Phoa allowed CIA two Thai paramilitary organisations , The Police Aerial Reconnaisance Unit and the Border Patrol Police. The training and equipment of the two units were under the control of CIA specialists who organised front companies and laundering funds for black operations operating out of Miami.
General Phoa protected KMT supply equipments market their opium and helped to garner support for KMT among Thailand's overseas Chinese.
USA ambassador to Thailand William Donovan founder of the OSS was a senior adviser to CIA. He hailed Phoa's state as the free world's strongest bastion against the communist in South East Asia. In 1955 Phoa's National Police Department had become the largest opium trafficking syndicate in Thailand and was deeply involved with every aspect of the narcotic trade.
Phua police guards would escort the KMT opium caravans from the Thai-Burma border to police warehouses in Chiengmai. From there police guards brought it to Bangkok by train or by police aircraft. Then it was loaded into civilian coastal vessels to a mid ocean rendezvous with freighters bound for Hongkong, Singapore or Sydney.
CIA ripped in billions of dollars from the Thai narcotic operations and the Thai military elite that ruled the country became very rich from their drug monopoly and from ties with CIA. Much of this smuggling network remains very active today and maintains close ties to Thailand's military and paramilitary circles.
CIA airlines, Civil Air Transport or Air America and Air Asia together with CIA holding company , The Pacific Corporation provided air transport for many of the drug operations in the Far East.
In the 1970s and 1980s CIA hope to defeat the left wing Pathet Lao and North Vietnamese. It supplied guns, money and training to the Hmong tribes who were anti-communist monarchists. The Hmong's primary cash crop was opium and CIA provided helicopters to collect opium for the Hmong commander General Van Pao from his scattered highland villages and transport it to distribution centres at Longtieng and Vientiane. The processed heroin was ultimately bound for American GI addicts in Vietnam and other South East Asian countries.

Abe gave 2 decommissioned Japanese naval vessels to Malaysia

What is bribery, I dunno. During Najib’s visit to Japan, Abe gave him 2 decommissioned naval vessels and told Najib he expected Malaysia to offer Japan to build and operate the Shinkansen train for the KL to Singapore route. This is what Abe said, “I expressed (to Najib) my strong expectation that Japan’s shinkansen technology will be adopted. The process of decision will be done in an open, transparent and objective manner, and that the project is uppermost in the minds of the government of Japan.”  Including open bribery? I quoted this from the Statestimesreview.

How could Malaysia refused even if the naval vessels were rejected or destined for the museum, like what the Americans gave to the Philippines. Maybe these are charitable gifts, so museum pieces, as long as they float, will be good enough for poor developing countries.

The acceptance of such gifts on a silver platter is similar to what Nizam Idris said about the reserved Elected President for the Malays in the ST on 17 Nov 16. When given, how to say no? But he also expressed the negative connotations of accepting the reserved EP scheme.  Najib in a way also knows that accepting the 2 decommissioned naval vessels would compromise his position in the award of the contract for the KL-Singapore route.  But why not, take first then think how to deal with it.

If Abe wants to offer it as a bribe for the contract, he should show more sincerity by presenting Malaysia with 2 new ships than those due for the scrap yard. Would Najib and Malaysia be slighted by such junks, crumbs left on the table?

The Japanese have lost their class. Want to give, give something good. If not don’t give. Malaysia has its pride, so don’t expect 2 pieces of junks will change Najib’s mind and award the multi billion contracts to Japan. Abe is lucky if Najib is not offended by the rejects passover as ‘gifts’. The audacity to offer a bribe and expecting a contract is an insult to Najib personally and Malaysia as a nation.

CIA Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking in Burma PART 5

CIA Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking In Burma. PART 5

CIA ran covert operations in the Golden Triangle heroin complex since the early 1950s.  CIA had close relationship with the drug lords and was enmeshed with the region's opium-heroin trade CIA and the US agency for International Development  ( USAID ) supplied the region's opium and heroin dealers with arms, ammunition and transportation of food supplies in exchange for mercenary forces or political leverage. CIA support included in the collection, manuafacture and transport of opium and heroin.
CIA activities in Burma transformed the Shan states into the largest opium growing region in the world.
As part of its growing operations against communist China in the 1950s and 1960s CIA established a large narcotic cover organisation  in Taiwan known as Western Enterprises. CIA agency airlines provided cover for the CIA to drop teams of Chinese Nationalist soldiers on mainland China to contact dissidents and build a viable resistance to Mao Tsetung's government .
CIA also sent commandos from the offshore island of Quemoy as it planned a covert invasion of China. Its covert airline ferried tens of thousands of KMT troops into Shan States to inflitrate into Yunnan. Kweichow and Kwangsi. It also recruited thousands of indigenuous hill tribes to help KMT soldiers to fight against Mao in China.
In August 1952 CIA secretly despatched KMT soldiers to invade Yunnan and dropped rebellious pamphlets to instigate the peasants to rise up against Mao's government. The CIA's hope for a peasant uprising failed and the KMT soldiers were driven out of Yunnan into the Shan states of Burma.
The CIA alliance with the opium lords lasted almost two decades. CIA delivered arms to KMT forces in Burma and then loaded opium aboard its civil air transport planes for the return flight to Bangkok. CIA commandos also used its infiltration routes into southern China as drug smuggling routes for traffickers in Burma and Thailand. CIA set up five secret training camps and two illicit radio stations in the Shan states protected by KMT troops and local tribesmen who were on CIA payroll . All the money spent by CIA on the clandestine activities was derived from trafficking in opium and heroin..

The orgy of globalization

After the Americans voted Trump to be the next President of the USA, the truth sinks in. What Trump had been saying during the run up to the Presidential Election were music to the Americans, that globalization is dangerous, bad to the Americans and needs to be canned. Obama too has come around to acknowledge that the madness of unrestrained globalization by insensitive govts must be stopped.

There is an article in the Today paper on 17 Nov by Agencies with the title ‘Globalisation must correct its course to address inequality: Obama’ and its content said it all in Obama’s polite way of saying it. Trump would just show his middle finger to globalization and he is going to hack it to pieces. These were said by Obama, ‘The global path of globalization demands a course correction…When we see people, global elites, wealthy corporations seemingly living by a different set of rules, avoiding taxes, manipulating loopholes… this feeds a profound sense of injustice.’  If Obama knew about these transgressions, what is he going to do about it, or what has he done about it other than talking cock?

Such injustice, global elites and local elites living a different lifestyle of abundance would be quite well accepted by Singaporeans. Singaporeans could not see any injustice and would accept the calls by the elites to tighten their belts, to take cheap jobs, while local and global elites party everyday without a worry about the high cost of living, about high property prices or high prices of everything, about Singaporeans struggling to find a decent job with a decent income in the most expensive city in the world.

In the case of the Americans the orgy of globalization is coming to an end. Trump, the white angel from heaven has descended on them to lift the gloom from their miserable lives, from losing their jobs to foreigners. Even Obama is afraid when Trump appointed a hard line rightist extremist in Stephen Bannon to a top post. Obama warned of the “rise of nationalistic tribalism…to guard against a crude sort of nationalism or ethnic identity or tribalism that is built around an ‘us’ and a ‘them’” thing.

There will be divisions in the US. Obama said, “In the United States, we know what happens when we start dividing ourselves along lines of race or religion or ethnicity. It’s dangerous…Not just for the minority groups that are subjected to that kind of discrimination or, in some cases in the past violence, but because we don’t then realize our potential as a country when we’re preventing blacks or Latinos or Asians or gays or women from fully participating in the project of building American life.”

Being a black himself, Obama must be feeling the chill in his spine harking back to the days of the Ku Klux Klan. There are similarities and also differences in the way Trump is going to approach globalization and making America great from that of Obama. One is sustaining the American Empire by foreign intervention and military bases and starting and fighting wars everywhere. Trump’s form of American greatness is inward looking, a great country for Americans, and maybe to hell with the world. It is America and Americans first.  It is about charity begins at home, build a good life for the Americans, foreigners not welcomed until home America is in order and the Americans get their jobs and their good life.

The orgy of globalization promoted and praised by the elites is history at least in America and the UK.

H.B.Harris of US Pacific Command Harbours An attack On China.

Harry B. Harris son of a gun harbours an attack on China.

There is more or less peace and tranquility in the South China Sea now. But this Japanese son of a gun thinks he can get his way to influence President Trump to confront China in the South China Sea again. What is actually behind his hidden agenda? He wants US and China to fight and destroy themselves in a nuclear exchange thus achieving he and his Japanese dream of revenge or vendetta for their defeat by the Chinese and Americans in the Second World War.
Addressing a US Defense One Summit as  commander of the US Pacific Command, he claimed US has never had a "lame duck commander in chief and that no one should doubt the US resolve to defend national security and interest." He vowed the US army will take military actions and win the war if necessary as he uttered his concern over China's assertiveness in the South China Sea.
This is the most hawkish talk with regard to the Asia-Pacific situation since Donald Trump was elected president. He has been one of the core figures in the US Asia-Pacific balancing strategy. He claims China poses a threat to peace in the Asia-Pacific region and that his Pacific command will play a decisive role in containing China's ambition.
Harris the commander of US Pacific command is now showing a tough stance on the Asia-Pacific situation. He intends to preemptively guide Trump's Asia-Pacific policy and pressure him to accede to the military's will and attitude in  the Asia-Pacific policymaking. He intends to pressure Trump to follow Hillary Clinton's rebalancing strategy.
His strong advocacy on Asia-Pacific policy looks like a warning signal to Trump that the Pacific Command he leads has the final say on the US Asia-Pacific policy and he the military strongman rather than Trump and his civilian officials will determine major-power relations.
He harped on that there is no change in US-Philippine alliance though Duterte had already made it clear to the world that the Philippines will not confront China over the South China Sea issue, but will talk and hold peaceful negotiation with China. Harris thinks he can misguide Trump with distorted information for his bellicose policy against China. He thinks he can pick his timing to launch a military action against China. How can he be so sure that he and the warships he command will not be sunk by the precise Chinese missiles. Hope he is not dreaming too much.
President Trump must fire him and take away his command because this son of a gun is reckless and has no good intentions. He is planning for US and China to fight and destroy each other as a sort of proxy revenge for Japanese defeat in the Second World War.

Racism or freedom of expression?

A quote from Agencies France Presse in the ST today.

'Clay Country Development Corp director Pamela Ramsey had reportedly posted after Mr Donald Trump's election win: "It will be refreshing to have a classy, beautiful, dignified First Lady in the White House. I'm tired of seeing a Ape in heels."

Mayor Whaling responded: "Just made my day Pam."'

The Ape was referring to Michelle Obama, implying that she is not classy, not beautiful and not dignified. The mayor has quitted over this racist post.

Is this racist or freedom of expression?

Elected Presidency – Eurasians, Others and Indians

It is now official that the Eurasians and Others are in the same category for qualification to be a deserving minority EP candidate.  Reading from this, as long as there is an EP be he be Indian, Eurasian or Others, this group would not be given another reserved election as there is an EP shared among them. If every other election or every 3 or 4 EP election there is an Indian EP, then for the next 100 years or more, if there is no Eurasian EP, they cannot demand for a reserved election for the Eurasians. Likewise it applies to the Indians and Others if there is one of the kind in this group been elected as an EP.

Theoretically this is so and can be so. But the Eurasians need not worry as the PAP would know when to put up an Eurasian EP like they are putting up a Malay EP for the next EP election. It is within the party’s control to put up whoever they so desired, from Yusof Ishak to Tony Tan and the next EP.  So this is a moot point. The exigency and necessity of political pressure would make sure that the Eurasian community would not be left out in the cold.

Maybe this is understood and the Eurasian MPs in the PAP did not make a strong case to have a separate category for the Eurasians. Joan Peirera did said something about recognizing the contributions of the Eurasians and that’s it, case closed. The Eurasian community’s representative has said their piece and has more or less agreed with this new arrangement, this new category.

The CMIO formula would be changed to CM and I++ or CM(I++). So far so good. The Eurasian community has taken this change in their stride and all is quiet on the western front.  No violent street protest is expected, not even a walkabout in Hong Lim Park. When a good idea is proposed, it is quite easy to get it passed without any strong objections. That is why these new changes to the Constitution are better than the proposal by the WP. The latter has no chance to stand scrutiny and dumped into the waste bin in one sitting in Parliament, by Shanmugam as badly conceived, full of flaws.

Maybe the Eurasians and all are saying, since there is no other better alternatives, not considering the current model, or the appointed Presidency in the past, this is the best model and so let’s live with it. If one cannot have the best of the best, then have the best of the ‘not the best’ will do. Is this a compromise or a new reality in decision making in Parliament? Can a ‘the best of not the best’ be set aside until the best is found, or this is the right approach to solve an important national issue like this? Urgency, no choice lah. So long never appoint a Malay President, so now must do it at all cost, in double speed, no time to wait, cannot wait. It is all about minority interest and representation or else there will be trouble in the future. Now our system will be so solid, so sound, unshakable, and no racial problems could be expected as the minority has been given the right to be represented in the Presidency. For those who think otherwise, that this is tokenism, please rethink. This is very serious stuff, and very real.

CIA Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking PART 4

CIA Drug and Narcotic Trade and Trafficking in Europe      PART     4

CIA  ran active drug rings in Europe immediately after the Second World War and had covert operations  in France, Sicily , Italy and Greece from late 1940s to 1950s.  CIA arms, money and disinformation helped organised Corsican criminal syndicates in Marseilles to control labour unions in France. The Corsican criminals in partnership with CIA gained political influence and controlled the docks through which the mafia trafficked in drugs like heroin. CIA and the mafia jointly opened heroin laboratories in Marseilles in 951.

From 1980s to 1990s CIA actively supported Moujahedeen rebels fighting the Soviet supported government in Afghanistan in drug trafficking . It helped Gulbuddin Hetmayar one of the leading drug lords and heroin refiner in transporting the drugs. CIA planes carried his heroin to USA and Western Europe.

CIA and its partners the crime syndicates maintain large organisations capable of carrying out covert operations without fear of detection. The two had developed very close natural bond. In 1950 CIA used a legion of thugs to break a communist dock strike in Marseilles. When CIA attempted to assassinate Fidel Castro in the 1960s he employed American mafia syndicates

CIA operatives directly assissted underworld  narcotic traffickers in its fight against communism and the left. CIA had allied itself with heroin merchants in Laos, opium dealers in Burma, military drug lords in Thailand, Afghhanistan,  and Panama, Columbia cocaine cartels in Nicaragua and Costa Rica and guerilla opium armies in Afghanistan.

In the mid 1940s to prevent left wing influence in Western Europe CIA intervened covertly in the internal politics of Italy, France, Greece and Sicily. After taking control of Sicily CIA appointed a Sicilian mafia leader, Don Cologero Vizzini as mayor of Villalba and Genco Russo as mayor of Mussumel as well as other leaders as mayors of other Sicilian towns and cities. Eventuallly Sicilian mafia had full control of politics in Sicily as well as the narcotic trade.

In 1946 an Italian mafia boss Salvatore Lucky Luciano  was deported from New York to Italy. Luciano in partnership with CIA built the most powerful criminal syndicate in USA to deal with heroin trafficking. He was able to build an international narcotics syndicate . He was able to move morphine from Middle East to Europe where it was transformed into heroin and exported in large quantities to US without suffering any arrest or seizure. The number of drug addicts in US increased tremendously in the 1960s. Luciano and his friends became multi millionaires .

CIA drug partners in France the Corsican mafia allied strongly with the French Socialist Party and in return enjoyed political protection from France intelligence service and was allowed to operate its heroin laboratories for   decades without being disturbed.

Donald Trump is a mismatch

How could Donald Trump be the President of the USA, the most powerful office in the world when he does not have the training, qualifications and experience to be one?  I am saying this by using Singapore’s perspective of what is right or good, of what would make a person qualified for a job.  This may be the reason why the US is failing, with poorly trained presidents elected one after another while Singapore is a glowing example of a successful state. The trick, our PMs are well trained. Chok Tong was trained by LKY for at least 10 years. Hsien was trained by LKY and Chok Tong for more than 10 years.  Obama, Bush and now Trump have had zero training to be the President.

Trump may be over qualified if we apply the Singapore’s EP criteria on him. He is rich, super rich, definitely has experience running a more than S$500m company. But if we apply the job market criteria on him like we applied the same criteria on our jobless PMETs, Trump just did not have the experience or right fit to do the job. A mismatch, no training and experience to do the job of a president.

Oops, our EP criteria assumed that one that has run a S$500m company is good enough to run a little island like Singapore. If the criteria are extrapolated to a huge country like the US, maybe it would demand a US$5b company. But of course Trump would still qualify. Let me clarify a bit of confusion here.

There is a difference in looking at the criteria and qualifications for a candidate’s suitability for a job in the market and that for the office of the Presidency. The criteria for the EP may be stringent, but its main factor is about managing money. The criteria for a job could be more complicated though not about money. That is the reason why so many of our PMETs are mismatched in the job market. Trump too may be a mismatch in the job market if he applies for jobs that are lower than his current job as CEO or Chairman of his business empire. He would definitely be a mismatch for a smaller managerial job and would need retraining to fit him into the job. Definitely needs training if he wants to be a taxi driver or security guard.

What about job training to fit a person into a job? Many fresh graduates would not fit into any jobs offered as they don’t have any working experience to fall back on. All will be mismatched as the universities did not train them for any specific jobs unless they took professional courses. The organization must be prepared to train them on the job, and that was what they were doing before, like the civil services and also the private companies.  The more I try to reason this mismatch thing, the more confused I become.  Come to think of it, many people are mismatched in their jobs but are doing quite well. Some exceedingly well and earning millions in their jobs, even becoming CEOs and Chairmans.

Maybe this mismatched Trump would do a good job or a better job than Obama.

CIA Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking PART 3

CIA Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking   PART   3

From 1950s to 1970s during USA involvement in Indochina, CIA controlled drug trafficking in the region and flew opium and heroin throughout Indochina. A heroin laboratory was built by CIA in northern Loas. From Loas CIA control 70% of the world's illicit opium and heroin trade . CIA was also the major supplier of raw materials to America's booming heroin market.

CIA also ran drug rings in Australia. From 1973 to 1980s CIA used its own bank the Nugan Hand Bank to finance its drug trafficking , money laundering and international arms dealings. The officers of the bank include a network of US generals, admirals,CIA men and CIA director, William Colby. The bank had branches in Saudi Arabia, Europe, South East Asia , South America and US.

In 1980s in Central America , CIA alliied with drug mafias and the Contras in running covert operations in trafficking cocaine. The then US president ,Ronald Reagan tolerated CIA involvement in drug trafficking because CIA and its drug partners were supporting the Contras to overthrow the leftist Sardinista government in Nicaragua.

In Costa Rica and Honduras there were many CIA supported networks involved in drug trafficking. A CIA operative John Hull had cocaine farms in Costa Rica, When John Hull was indicted by the Costa Rica government he was secretly flown out by CIA to Miami via Haiti with a DEA hired plane.

CIA also operated drug trafficking in Guatemala and worked closely with the drug cartels there . CIA backed transport companies provided planes to the contras for carrying cocaine to Florida, Texas, Louisiana and other locations including several US military bases. The planes were designated as "Contra Craft" in which shipments were not to be inspected . These traffickers were protected by CIA and DEA and other authorities officers.

In Haiti from the mid 1980s to 1990s CIA worked hand in glove with key Haiti military and political leaders in power to traffic drugs. In 1986 they organised a new Haitian organisation , the National Intelligence Service purportedly to fight the cocaine trade but actually having its officers engaged in the trafficking .

CIA had created America's biggest heroin and cocaine problem. The problem is deeply entrenched  and the heroin plague is of America's own making.

Under the guise of national security, patriotism and protecting democracy normal boundaries of ethics and morality have been consistently transcended by CIA in its ideological war of defeating communism and it has always resorted to any means it considered necessary and allied itself with any person or group to achieve its ends.

The USA government has willingly made drug networks an essential ally in the covert expansion of American influence abroad. US diplomats and CIA agents have actively engaged in the production and transport of narcotics worldwide . The CIA's enormous role in the global drugs trade provides one of the murkier narratives of the Agency's dark history. The trail of corruption often leads to the highest levels of successive Washington administration right up to the front doors of many US presidents viz Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Obama.

CIA covert narcotic operations result in the heroin and cocaine supply to America's addict population increase by leaps and bounds especially from late 1940s to late 1970s.The trafficking in heroin and cocaine hit hard the inner city ghettos in US victimizing American citizens as badly as foreigners.

The isolation of the Americans is the new trend

The American obsession to contain the rise of China in order to maintain world hegemony and domination culminated in the pivot to Asia policy shift of Obama. The key to this move was the decision to move a large portion of American forces and weapons spread across the world to Asia with troops and weapons moving into Australia and THAAD going into South Korea. America also went on to bolster defence agreements and alliance with its long time allies announcing to the world that relations with these allies have been elevated to strategic level, whatever that means. It continues to raise tensions in the South China Sea by mounting provocative 'freedom of navigation' infringement into Chinese islands, violating the 12nm territorial limits. The show of might and threatening the use of force by the Americans became the norm with Commander In Chief of Asia Pacific Region telling the soldiers to prepare for war, that war can be a reality at any moment.

On the economic front, the Americans floated the idea of a Transpacific Trade Pact to raise trade and economic cooperation in the Asia Pacific Region but ominously left out China, the largest economy in Asia and the world, from the Pact. And speaking in fork tongue, the Americans arrogantly declared that all these had nothing to do with the containment of China, still harbouring the colonial thinking that Asians are plain stupid and did not know what is the American agenda and intent.

Ash Carter arrogantly announced at the Shangri La Summit that China stood to be isolated by the Americans and its allies. Such bravado and confidence were soon, within a couple of months, to be turned around and to wipe the smugness and belligerent sly smile off his face when Asean countries started to change sides. The peak of American dominance and control of Asean countries was at the Shangri La Summit when the Americans could count on at least 5 Asean countries to carry its agenda to isolate China. The battle was aggressively fought in the Asean Summit in Laos when Asean countries broke ranks and Asean unity was in disarray.

Laos was the turning point of the American fortune. Not only China's closest allies in Laos and Cambodia defended China and held their grounds, the Philippines knocked the Americans off the table by making a volte face and refused to be the point man of the American attack against China. The Americans lost the biggest pawn in its anti China coalition and the attack fizzled out for lack of a front attacking guard.

Immediately following on the heels of the Philippines, Malaysia has now announced that it would seek closer relations with China and signing a long list of economic, military and trade agreement. Quietly Thailand, another arch ally of the Americans, has cosied up to China with many joint economic agreements as well.

Overnight, the three king pins of the American strategy to attack and contain China broke ranks leaving the Americans with only two staunch and hard core allies. Instead of isolating China in Asean, there are now more China friendly nations in Asean than pro American nations. The isolation of China in Asean has failed and turning into an isolation of the Americans within Asean.

This isolation of the Americans started much earlier in the wider context of Asia. China's two major economic initiatives, the Asian Infrastructure and Investment Bank(AIIB) and One Belt One Road Project have left the Americans high and dry. The Americans would arm bending all their allies to stay away from the AIIB but failed miserably. Nearly every one of the American allies have broke ranks with the Americans and are members or founding members of the AIIB. The Americans found themselves left out in the cold with only Japan sticking in close comfort. The Americans have isolated themselves from Asia in the AIIB.

The same story was repeated in the OBOR Projects when the word ''American'' is unheard off, not in their vocabulary. The Chinese initiative involved hundreds of Asian and European countries except for the Americans and Japan, two countries that intentionally or otherwise, have been isolated from this Project.

Not only were the Americans being isolated in Asia, the Americans have been counted out in Latin American, banned from being a member of any Latin American association and membership. Likewise in Africa, other than the war torn countries in the Middle East and Northern Africa where the Americans muscled in with their military might and presence, the rest of Africa is keeping the Americans at arms length. Stay out Americans, you are not welcomed in Latin America and Africa.

Whether the Americans understood this dynamic shift in the balance of power and influence, whether they want to admit it or in a state of denial, Americans are no longer welcome in all the peaceful regions of the world and would not be allowed to create mischief and incite wars.

The isolation of the Americans is trending and gaining momentum. The days of the Empire are numbered and its light is waning.

CIA Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking PART 3

PART     TWO      CIA  Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade  And Trafficking

In the Middle East and Asia CIA drug and narcotic trade and trafficking is mainly opium and heroin. In the Americas it is largely cocaine, heroin and ice.The city of Mena in the state of Arkansas in US is an important city for CIA drug trafficking activities. In the 1980s CIA trafficked in cocaine involved senior government officers of the Bill Clinton administration who covered up investigations. CIA used the Mena Inter Mountain Municipal airport as a drop point in Mena , Arkansas. It used notorious pilots and  Medellin Cartel drug smuggler Adler Berrimen Seal as its partners in operation.

In Mexico CIA collaborated with drug lords and traffickers and used its share of profits to finance the Nicaraguan Contra rebels to overthrow the leftist socialist Nicaragua's Sandinista Government. CIA sold drugs in USA mainly to African and Mexican Americans. In Honduras USA government protected Honduras drug lord lord Juan Matta Ballesteros , the owner of an airline SETCO in which Nicaraguan Contra rebels used to covertly transport military supplies and personnels in early 1980s. In Nicaragua too, CIA provided support for the Contras involving in drug trafficking . It channeled profits from drug trade to the Contra rebels.

In the 1970s to 1980s Panama was ruled by a Panama military strongman President General  Manuel Noriega. Noriega was a highly CIA paid man and collaborator in drug trafficking , money laundering and arms for drugs dealings. CIA provides flights for the contras , protection for the contras and the pilots  as well as safe havens for drug cartel officers and discreet banking facilities . US officials in the drug cartel Medellin Cartel include director William Webster and DEA officers. When Noriega arrested drug traffickers of other groups competing against CIA supported Medellin Cartel he was highly praised by Webster and DEA officers for thwarting drug trafficking. Noriega  was asked by CIA to provide military assistance to contra rebels in Nicaragua in exchange for him to continue in drug trafficking activities which he had been doing since 1960s. When the DEA ( Department Enforcement Authority of US ) tried to indict Noriega in 1971 , the CIA prevented them from doing so. The director of CIA at that time was George H. W, Bush  ( later president of  USA ). who provided Noriega with hundreds of thousands of dollars per year for his drug trafficking and cooperation in Latin America. However, when a CIA pilot Eugene Hasenfus was shot down over Nicaragua by the Sandinistas, documents aboard the plane revealed many of CIA's activities in Latin America and the CIA's connection with Noriega became a public relations liability for the USA government, which allowed the DEA to indict him for drug trafficking after decades of conniving with him in his drug operations to proceed unchecked . Also in December 1989 CIA found Noriega was secretly providing intelligence and services to the Cubans and Sandinistas , US turned against Noriega and invaded  Panama.  Noriega was captured and taken to Miami where a Miami court sentenced him to 45 years in prison. However, his collaborators , CIA officers and personnel, chiefly George H. W. Bush were not indicted . In the meantime when Panama was under US occupation CIA had a field day in trafficking drugs which increased tremendously. Also in the 1980s President Ronald Reagan tolerated CIA involvement  in drug trafficking in Central America because CIA and its drug partners were supporting the Contras to overthrow the leftist Sandinista government in Nicaragua. This is American justice and exceptionalism. Third world countries must beware, America via CIA will befriend you, make good use of you and dunk you when it no more serves their interest.

In Costa Rica and Honduras there were many CIA supported Contra networks involved in drug trafficking. CIA operative John Hull had cocaine farms in Costa Rica. When John Hull was indicted by the Costa Rica government he was secretly flown out by CIA to Miami  via Haiti with a DEA hired plane.

CIA also operated drug trafficking in Guatemala and worked closely with the drug cartels there. CIA backed transport companies provided planes to the Contras for carrying cocaine to Florida, Texas, Louisiana and other locations including several US military bases designated as "Contra Craft" in which shipments were not to be inspected. These traffickers were protected by CIA and DEA and other authorities officers.

In 1993 it was disclosed that CIA working with a Colombia drug cartel smuggled tons of cocaine into USA and sold in the streets  Hundreds of pounds of cocaine from Venezuela were also smuggled into USA under the watchful eyes of CIA.    When the cartel's smuggling ring was broken, some traffickers were arrested but the CIA officer in charge of the smuggling and his supervisor were not indicted whereas the Venezuela collaborator General Ramon Guillen was indicted together with his civillian counterpart.

CIA and US top banking giants Wachovia a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank are the top players in global drug trade worth hundreds of billions of dollars a year. The head of DEA in 2004 , Judge Robert Bonner accused the CIA of being drug smugglers. CIA worked hand in hand with Venezuelan National Guard to smuggle cocaine into USA. A ton of cocaine at that time was worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

CIA Drug And Narcotic Trade and Trafficking

CIA Runs The World's Largest Drug And Narcotic Trade And Trafficking.          PART   1

Opium, heroin and cocaine smuggling and  trafficking is big business. Every year CIA and its closely connected drug mafias throughout the world ripped in tens of billions of dollars in profit. CIA runs its drug and narcotic trafficking unhindered and with impunity  because it is protected by powerful people in Washington, the Judiciary, customs, police and the Pentagon. The chains of connection in the narcotic trafficking can usually be traced from the mafias to judges and high ranking officers in the customs, transport, police, Pentagon  and ultimately ends at the doorsteps of USA presidents.
CIA has been steeply involved in drug and heroin business for decades in the Philippines. This is the reason why America opposed strongly President Duterte's war on drugs.

CIA has been indulging in drug trafficking and manuafacturing since the end of the Second World War.
CIA drug rings cover the whole world from Latin America to Europe, Middle East, Afghanistan, South East Asia and Australia. CIA drug peddling in Afghanistan, Golden Triangle - in Burma, Thailand and Laos, USA, Mexico, Honduras,Nicaragua, Panama, Venezuela and Colombia are all connected to Wall Street barons, the Rothschilds, Illuminati and Free Masons.
We can learn much of CIA's drug and narcotic trade from the books and reports written by historian Alfred McCoy, English professor and poet Peter Dale Scott and Journalists Gary Webb, Alexander Couckburn, and Mexican journalist Anabel Hernandez. Their works result in USA government investigations. But these investigations were always tempered due to the influence and infiltration by CIA protectors in USA government. Thus they were all sham investigations.
From 1961 to 1975 CIA sponsored a secret war in Laos in support of the pro American Laotian government against the Pathet Lao Rebels. Throughout these years CIA was involved in trafficking Opium in the area known as the Golden Triangle. CIA recruited the Hmong or Meo tribes to fight the Pathet Lao rebels which occupied the Plain of Jars. CIA used its own planes to smuggle opium and heroin in and out of the Golden Triangle. This CIA illicit activity in trafficking in opium and heroin was revealed by former CIA pilots and personnels involved in the war and who were disillusioned with CIA for bringing death and suffering to millions of innocent poor people in the third world.
During the 1980s, CIA helped the Talibans in their  wars against Soviet Russia .  At the same time it was running a drug ring with the Afghan elites who were indulged in opium trafficking in the Middle East. CIA worked closely with Ahmed Wali Kazai the brother of then President Hamid Kazai in running the opium and heroin trafficking.

Elected Presidency – Next election reserved for Malays

The next EP in 2017 is reserved for Malays. Cheng Bock is out in the cold. Period. Nothing can change the fate of Cheng Bock on his chance of becoming the next EP.

So Singaporeans can now prepare for this big day when a Malay would be voted to be the next EP. Actually to be more accurate and correct, it should be the next EP election is reserved for a Malay candidate. By saying that it is a reserved EP election reserves for Malays may give a different as if it is only for the Malay community to vote their candidates to be the next EP.

Let me try to crystal ball the scenario on this election. Just hope that it would not be on a long weekend when the non Malays would find a good excuse to go for a holiday or a long weekend up north. Being a reserved election for Malay candidates may put the other races to think that this election has nothing to do with them since the candidates are from a particular race and they may not bother to go vote. Some may say it has nothing to do with them. If many non Malay voters adopt this attitude then the turnout may be quite low.

Another possibility, assuming that the govt’s assumption that the Chinese voters are racist, and they ‘tulan’, don’t want to vote, but since voting is compulsory, they cast blank votes or spoilt votes. What then?

In a worst case scenario, if the non Malay voters did not want to vote or cast blank or spoilt votes and the number of valid votes ended up with only 20%, don’t say not possible, the number of votes in favour of the candidate may be less than what Tony Tan got in the last EP election. This could be embarrassing especially after listening to what a minister said about a successful candidate not gaining an absolute majority votes. If the total vote cast is low, if the actual votes that went to the successful candidate is less than 30%, there would be many red faces.

This is an eventuality that could turn out to be real. Then what or what can the govt do now to fix this undesirable outcome when the non Malays felt that the election has nothing to do with them and everyone start to ‘chut pattern’ to stay away from voting? Would the election result become a mockery of the system?

An inappropriate and very offensive clip on air

I think some of you might have seen this promotion clip on TV about the employment of senior PMETs. Though the intent was all for the benefits of PMETs and how valuable seniors can be in an organization, I think the story line has some very serious and undesirable messages that the producer has missed or overlooked. If I am not mistaken, it was produced by Tafep.

The clip was about how a young Indian PME sneaked into a senior Chinese PME's computer in the night, read and stole his idea and made a presentation to the management.  The staff was highly praised by the Chinese CEO for his great presentation and the CEO made the right decision to hire him. Though the young PME confessed that the idea was stolen from the senior PME and acknowledged the latter’s effort, what was the message or moral of the story?

It is ok to steal another person’s idea? It is ok to sneak or break into another person’s computer? It is ok to make a presentation using other people’s idea without his knowledge and permission? And this is clever, worthy of being praised!

And the CEO came out looking like a fool. And the staff whose idea was stolen did not mind and sheepishly accepted the after thought, that someone was honourable enough to admit that it was his idea after all.

There is another more dangerous message in the whole clip that would incur the wrath of some people when looked from the racial angle.

I am wondering how such a story could pass muster and be allowed to be aired. I am equally surprised that the racists did not cry father and cry mother.  I saw the clip twice at prime time TV and I am sure many people must have seen it too. Maybe the racists have not. I am not sure if it is still being aired or withdrawn.

Singapore’s perilous dance with the USA

Singapore’s diplomacy and dance in the world stage suffered a double whammy with the election of Duterte and Donald Trump as presidents. Duterte’s refusal to play the role of American barking dog scuttled a well choreographed conspiracy led by the Americans and the Japanese and supported by the Little USAs against China. The game was to badmouth China, strangle its activities in the South China Sea and the containment of China in the international arena.

And then came Donald Trump who has pledged to drop the TPP, a pet peeve of Singapore as if its whole economy and future depended on it. If this is so, this would really be troubling time for Singapore as the last hope for economic recovery in a sagging economy would see its last flicker of light snuffed out by Trump.

What should Singapore do, send its two most vocal and powerful diplomats to Washington, to tell Trump how good the TPP is to the Americans? And add to that, to tell the Americans how good and useful Singapore has been to the USA and its pivot to Asia, and how important a role Singapore has or had played in support of American political and military actions everywhere, in particular the wars in the Middle East?

The raising of Singapore’s relationship with the US to a strategic partnership level, wonder what that means, culminating in a White House dinner in honour of the PM by Obama, reached an euphoric state with Singaporeans feeling so proud of the achievement and honour bestowed to their PM.  Unlike in Malaysia, there is no charge or allegation of Singapore being ‘sold off’ to the Americans. In Malaysia, the opposition accused the govt of a ‘sell off’ to Chinese interests with the pivot or tilt towards China. The Channel 8 Singaporeans are not feeling uneasy and did not think that their interests have been sold out by the Channel 5 Singaporeans to the USA.

To be sure, it would be a mistake to cast Singapore’s cosy relations with the US as a zero sum game in the game of big power politics as doing so would ignore the deep fundamental relationship between Singapore and Beijing. There are strong historical people to people relationship as well as newly built economic partnership and Singapore’s support of the AIIB and OBOR.

While the US believed in a strong and constructive relationship with China, the same logic should apply to Singapore having a strong relationship with China and the USA.

The implications of Hsien Loong’s visit to the US, to Japan, India and Australia and how would these impact on the viability of the TPP and the American pivot to Asia would only come to light after Trump took office in a few months down the line. Would it bear fruits or would the fruit be still born is yet to tell. With no due disrespect, the trips by Hsien Loong would not have the same impact as that of LKY in his time but more a continuation of what LKY had paved in the past, a continuation of LKY’s legacy.

The elevation of Singapore US relations to a new high is not without challenges and risks for the two countries. Did the Americans learn anything from their fiasco with the Philippines, with poking in the domestic affairs of Thailand and Malaysia that have backfired? The increasing profile and meddling of the Americans in the SCS would not only come under scrutiny but would only raise tension that sensible Asean states would not want as it would destabilize the region. Many Asean countries have seen what and how the Americans were doing behind closed doors to agitate the Asean countries to go against China in the SCS. This kind of offensive meddling of Asean and regional affairs must have raised eyebrows and caution among the Asean states as to what the Evil Empire is capable of doing and has been doing all these years.

The Americans are jumping into the region to exploit the overlapping island claims by China and some Asean states, to stoke the fire to benefit from the tension and counter claims. Their attempt to front up for the Philippines had hit a blank wall and similarly facing the same fate with the other Asean claimant states.

In this context, the close relations between Singapore and the USA could backfire and become a liability when the Americans failed in what they wanted to do, and with Trump coming into the picture, the adventure of American intervention in the SCS as well as the TPP to contain China would simply fall flat. It would be an ironic twist if Singapore has to turn towards China to rebuild ties when the USA under Trump turns isolationist.

While the English educated Straits born are still thinking that they are in charge and could ignore the Chinese educated and those that still have favourable views of China, they really did not have a clue how these groups, the so called Channel 8 Singaporeans really think with the leaning towards the US and less friendly towards China. This could be a potential crisis awaiting to happen with the Americans pushing too hard in the SCS leading to open hostility and forcing the Channel 8 Singaporeans to take sides. Would the ruling govt still be able to count on the support of the Channel 8 people that form the bulk of its political base?

While the ascendency of Trump as the next American President takes centre stage and his isolationist policies take shape, how would these affect the military alliances with the Asean states and the relations with the Little USAs? Would Trump start to reverse the Asia pivot, reduce American military presence in the region? Or would there be a turnaround and Trump turns aggressive and pushing a fight with China in the SCS? How would the close military relationship between Singapore and the US play out in the big power rivalry? Would there be arm twisting by the Americans for Singapore to send military forces to patrol in the SCS or to support American provocations against China?

For sure, Hsien Loong has brought Singapore much closer to the USA than LKY whose legacy was to balance the interests of superpowers without having to take sides. The new Singapore US relationship is not necessary a bad thing as it is also Singapore’s policy to be friendly to all powers, except this time a bit more explicit in being more pro Americans.  However, with the pushy Americans, at least under the Obama regime in his pivot to Asia, Singapore’s less than neutral position between China and the USA would become a distinct disadvantage when it comes to dealings with the Chinese and to clinch more economic deals especially in the OBOR Project. There would definitely be some expectations from the Americans as well as the Chinese for Singapore to toe the line with the sensitivity of the SCS situation and the competition for influence.

Singapore must be careful as the Americans could withhold the privileges for training grounds and military aids while Singapore still needs to secure China’s economic lifeline to solve the problems facing a slowing economy. Singapore is in a conundrum. How would Singapore maintain its political and strategic neutrality as it grows more dependent on American military support while becoming more dependent on China economically and for trade?

Elected President– Another thought

I have been thinking a lot about this EP thing and looking at as many angles as I could to look at the issues and potential problems that may pop up later. This is national service in a way, or being kaypoh. I just though of another point that I think, just a thought, that this may have slipped the minds of the super talents in their haste to get this EP changes passed for the next election. I am not trying to be intellectually arrogant as comparing to the super talents, I am just a minnow. Maybe they have thought of it, thought about it but did not think it important enough at this point in time to raise it.

Let me just share this little nitty problem that could cause some head scratching later.  Singapore was lucky that all the past presidents survived their terms in office. With the stringent criteria to be eligible as an EP, the $500m company or as very senior politicians or civil servants, the potential candidates for EP are likely to be quite advance in age. And many would have lived the good life and full of good life sicknesses from too rich food and lack of physical activities. Now you get what I am driving at?

There is always a possibility that a sitting President could mati prematurely from sickness or whatever reasons. Assuming that the next EP passed away after 3 months, 6 months or one year or a couple of years, would that mean that the Malay minority President had used up its quota of one term and so the next EP would be open to all? Or would there be a make up reserved EP election for the remaining years or months? No one can rule out this possibility.

Here is the worm. If the tenure of a minority President is prematurely terminated, would the minority feel cheated and would demand for another by election to serve out the full term of 6 years? Where to draw the line, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years?  Or would it be the same practice as in the case of a mati MP, wait out the full term with the seat empty or someone else covering it? When the Constitution provides for such minority rights, you can expect the rights to be demanded to the fullest, no half past six or partial satisfaction would be enough.

What do you think? Would this be another problem for minority grievances and unhappiness? Would this be the seed for future racial tension?

PS. I am thinking of the implications of the Eurasians and Others being lumped together with the Indian category. This one is another can of worms and deserves another post on it.

Trump triump revealed the stupidity of Sillyporeans

I read this in Yahoo News.

'A majority of Singapore residents — 84 per cent to be precise — would have voted for Hillary Clinton in the US election over Donald Trump, according to a survey commissioned by South China Morning Post and done by Blackbox Research last month.

The same survey revealed that “arrogant”, “unpredictable” and “morally unfit” were the top three character traits used by the Singapore respondents to describe Trump, who has just won the US presidential election.

Not surprisingly, many Singaporeans, including those in the US, were disappointed that the Republican defeated the Democrat nominee.’

And many daft sinkies are shocked that Hillary lost when the main media were rubbishing Trump and rooting for her. How could one see clearly when one is blind? The blinds that have eye defects are really not that blind as they have other organs to keep them informed. There are those that have eyes but chose to ask the blind to show them the way. These are the real blinds. Another more serious type of blinds are those that have eyes but refused to see, afraid to see, have no confidence in what they are seeing, and asked others to see for them and would believe when told that white is black and black is white.

How could the daft sinkies believe the media wholesale without questioning? The Brexit experience, the silly UN backed Hague Tribunal, and now, the US President Election, the media have been pushing their own agenda, telling half truths and lies. And many Sillyporeans just believed everything they read, even believing the evil woman is God sent, a lovely lady fit to be the President of the USA. I heard in a Channel News Asia programme on the Silk Road and the producer wrote the script that in the 1962 Sino India border war it was ‘China that invaded an unprepared India’ when declassified secret documents floating around confirmed that it was India that started the war and was well prepared with a special Army Corp formed for the war.

How could the Sillyporeans understand the plight of the working class Americans losing their jobs to foreigners and are getting poorer by the day, losing jobs and their pride? How could they understand the red neck Americans, the majority of the masses, and how they think and their perspective of the world? What Trump said, about immigration, struck a common cord in them. If they could understand they would not be conned by the lies and politically correct deceptions of Hillary.

It is actually asking too much of Sillyporeans to understand the USA and the plight of the common Americans when they could not see the rot in their own country and the plight of their fellow citizens. That is how daft Sillyporeans have become. They did not know what is happening except what they read in the main media, the bigger echo chamber of lies and half truths.

LKY – No crutch mentality

The history of Singapore has always been ‘no crutch mentality’ since the colonial days through to the days of LKY.  The British brought in the migrants and left them to their own doings. They worked themselves out to eke a living. Some made it good, some made it less good. The only leg up given by the British was to the Eurasians and those English educated.

During the earlier years of the PAP rule, there were pressures and great temptations to offer the crutch to the minorities but were stoically and firmly opposed by the no nonsense LKY govt. Crutch mentality is not only dangerous and a burden to the system, it was also rightly resisted by the LKY govt for undermining the pride and drive of the favoured group.

The minorities have survived the last 50 years without a crutch and did well though could have been better. Some may complained but there is pride in their achievements against the odds for being minorities.

Are the minorities asking for the crutch or should the crutch be offered to them and compromise their efforts and achievement all these years that they could only do so with the help of a crutch?

The changes to the Constitution in favour of the minorities because they are the minorities and must be favoured,  would it all end up with giving the minorities a crutch that the past govt had resisted to do so? Is this progress or regress? Minority EP lifted by a crutch! Is this something good, something to be proud of? No compromise on meritocracy, the best of the best? Would the minority EP be saying I am the President on my own right, merit man, or because of a crutch? Without the crutch they would not be good enough, would not make it?

Some have quoted that it was the desire of the Malays to want a Malay President. That is fair, every minority or majority would want that. But would be like the Chinese saying, ‘xin xiang shi cheng’ or 心想事成, just wish and your wish will be granted? What would be the next wish, a Malay PM?

What do you think?
