The Arab Force would realistically have to be made up of mercenaries from other countries and being paid to fight for them. The French and Algerians have armies of mercenaries making a living in the past fighting for others. The rich Arabs could engage them to do their job if still available.
In the Middle East, those that are doing the resistance against the 'Axis of Evil', the USA, UK and Israel, are basically non-Arabs but Islamic Muslim groups like Houthis, Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran. Very few Arab countries are Muslim states with just a sprinkling of Muslims among its citizens. The Houthis are an 'Islamist political and military organization', Hamas is an 'Islamic Resistance Movement', while Hezbollah is a 'Shia Muslim Political and military group'. Iran known as 'Islamic Republic of Iran' is self-explanatory.
Palestinians are considered poor Arabs, and you can see their weaknesses, needing Hamas, the 'Islamic Resistance Movement' to carry the fighting on their behalf against the Israelis. See the irony?
Without all the Islamic groups carrying out the resisting, Israel would probably now be lording over the whole Middle East, if it is not already so.

I think we have all along tarnished the image of the Muslims in the Middle East as highly divided and lame in their agenda, just because they existed alongside the Arabs facing the Israeli domination. As the Chinese saying goes - 'Using one bamboo pole to knock around the whole ship' is not the way to see a true picture of what the problem on the ship is.
Isn't it not true that the burden of fighting the Axis of Evil, the USA, UK and Israel, in the Middle East had all along been in the hands of Iran, the Houthis, Hamas and Hezbollah? Further away we have Afghanistan, also an Islamic State fighting the USA. That says a lot about the USA's hypocritical love for the Muslim Uyghurs in Xinjiang which everyone knows is totally exposed and non-existent.
Ironically, India is helping with the anti-Muslim agenda of the USA and with the USA's blessing undoubtedly. In India, the anti-Muslim persecution by the Hindus is an internal matter, while in Xinjiang it is an external matter that the USA and the West must have a right to intervene. Even the Sikhs in India are facing the Hindu fanatics and being assassinated outside India.
As Muslim dominated states, Indonesia and Malaysia are targets for USA and the West to ferment unrest, which we have already seen earlier and decades ago in Indonesia. That may have been subdued, but it is not the end of USA interference in the internal affairs of Indonesia. For one, Indonesia has joined BRICS and is a partner in the de-dollarization campaign. Further, the attendance of Indonesia's President, Prabowo Subianto, at the Victory Day Parade in Beijing, in the face of the unrest in Indonesia to keep him away, is telling the USA that such acts of provocation is not evoking fear in the Indonesian leader.
Not only the Anglophiles believe in all the demonisation of the Muslims. Even Muslims believe in the American and western propaganda against the Muslim.
Fareed Zakaria, Medhi Hassan are Muslims, but are coconuts that think and talk like the whites. Zakaria even run down the Arab defence pact between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, claiming that the main beneficiary is the Indians.
