Trump's delusional comments trying to claim credit for the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, by claiming the use of trade measures, has been slammed by the Indians. The Indian Government, not mentioning Modi by name, dismantled Trump's claim, saying that there was nothing about Trump's claim of involvement in or on trade was ever discussed leading to the truce. It was all happening in Trump's mind, trying to claim credit where credit is not due. How he could lie in front of a global audience is really mind boggling. Modi meanwhile is not trying to overstep Trump to claim credit for the truce by coming out personally to comment on Trump's hijacking of his claim to fame, for bringing about the truce that he himself desperately needs to elevate his ego. That shows how Trump has really trampled him into a flat pancake, even ignoring his attempt to salvage his tanking ego.
Trump is probably and desperately trying to influence and garner support and credit to claim the Nobel Peace Prize, looking at what he is doing, but totally failing to settle the war in Ukraine within 24 hours, and now trying to salvage credit over the India/Pakistan conflict. Trump believes in the warped mental state of his mind that the world would just swallow all the lies that comes out of his mouth. Trump even claims he singlehandedly averted a 'bad nuclear war' between India and Pakistan. What is the difference between a 'bad nuclear war' and a 'good nuclear war' in Trump's sick mind is difficult to comprehend. And Trump was gloating about all this in front of an audience during his trip to the Middle East.

Trump's lying has the backing of the Anglo-Saxon White clique and his US$ hegemony. Modi has nothing to back him up - not from neighbors, not from the Muslims in India, not the Chinese, not the Rupee and of course none of the Whites. Only his religious Hindu fanatics in India look upon Modi as a Hindu God.
Therefore, Modi, in trying to out lie Trump is sure to be trampled like the grass under the foot of fighting elephants. One threat from Trump and Modi bends over backwards just like the old days of the British lording over the Indians. Yes, Sahib, what is your wish would be Modi's answer.
Trump is now playing Modi's backside by calling on Apple not to invest further in India. Strangely, it is not the Chinese telling Apple to do that. The Chinese are laughing their heads off now, and Tim Cook is having a tough decision to make. For Apple to reshore to USA to make iPhones is out of the question, as making iPhones costing a few thousand dollar is not going to sell in the face of competition from Samsung and other Chinese brands.
When Trump can tell that to Apple, isn't it true that he would also be advising other USA companies to refrain from investing in India too as time goes by. Jeffrey Sachs warned Modi earlier about getting played out by the USA and it is coming true. Think about that.
Trump just gloated that Boeing got a US$200 billion order for 160 jets. Experts calculated that even with an order for 160 of the most expensive jet, the 777 costing about US$443 million each, the total bill comes to about US$70 billion. Where did Trump pull the figure of US$200 billion from?
Moreover, it is to be expected that with such a massive order, big discounts will have to be given, which makes the bill even less than US$70 billion.
Unless of course, US$130 billion is added as kickback for Trump. Are we really caught by surprise? Qatar even offered Trump a US$400 million-dollar jet as gift already. What else is not possible? Just put two and two together.
Trump's tariff war is now changing direction. There is no way he has the manpower to negotiate with all countries over the 90 days, with already 45 days gone, he is making new rules to thrust down his tariffs down the throat of every country.
If China is affected, all exports to the USA must be stopped at source, no matter what happens.
