Tragedy for this island in the sun. The previous administration of Lee Hsien Loong stupidly joined G7 and other Western countries to condemn Russia for starting the Ukraine War in 2022 which was actually started by the US and its European allies in2014. Singapore was the only ASEAN and non-white country of the South to condemn Russia. Singapore became pariah of the South countries and ostracized from joining BRICS an important international economic and political organization. And now the present administration of Lawrence Wong made a humongous mistake of telling China how to behave in issues between China and the loathsome Japanese.
Which direction is Singapore driving to? Don't be a smart Alec and don't put on shoes bigger than your feet. And why being unnecessarily caught up in big powers international issues? Don't talk and don't comment when you don't have to do so. Don't put Singapore in cross hairs and bring unnecessary troubles to Singaporeans. If our leaders are not smart and wise Singapore will soon face disasters beyond our control.
Hope Lee Kwan Yew's spirit will appear at critical moments to help our new set of leaders to do the right things and spare Singaporeans the agony of the unknown future.

Despicable midget Japan wanted to beat up China because of Taiwan
The Japanese woman's remark about military intervention should China use force to reunify Taiwan cannot be taken lightly. The meaning is not so simple. In plain language, the woman is saying, Japan is military stronger than little China and will whack China if China dares to reunify with Taiwan. 大日本小中国。 This is the thinking of Japanese gangsters, the same attitude of Imperial Japan when they invaded China. And she is not alone, with majority support from the Japanese population.
Japan is telling China not to act or would kick the ass of China. This is a very hostile and arrogant. Japan is threatening China, also threatening Korea and Russia. Get it?
Anyone thinks Japan is a peaceful little country, minding its own business, have forgotten about its barbaric militarism, regretful of the invasion, plunder, massacres of Asian and SE Asian countries? This woman is saying Japan is returning to its infamous militant past of Imperial Japan, the hegemon of the region. China is still the whipping boy of Japan. Some Asean countries may be happy to forget the atrocities of Japanese invasion, but Japan does not want to forget, still remembering their barbaric and evil Empire and behaving like one. They want to return to their 'glorified' past.
Are the Asean countries blind to what this woman is saying? All Asean countries trusted Japan? Trust Japan for what, in what? The rise of Japan militarism is here to stay. The fake Japan Self Defence Force is more powerful than all the Asean defence forces combined and good enough to run through Asean one more time, and no Asean state is able to stop them.
The Chinese and the Koreans, also the Russians are not as stupid and gullible as Asean to think this Japan is different from the despicable and barbaric Japan of WW2. If a Japanese woman is so cocky, so arrogant to want to bash China, what about the Japanese cocks? They are now moving offensive missiles into islands near Taiwan, like Russia deploying missiles in Cuba. Oh, this is for defensive purposes. Who would believe in this lie?
Japan is Japan, the Japanese are still the same Japanese in the past, with big power ambition to rule Asia all over again. The Marco Polo Bridge Incident that started the invasion of China was caused by the Japanese fabricating the story of a lost Japanese soldier and demanded to search the Chinese quarters with their soldiers. So flimsy an excuse to start an invasion of China. They have no respect for any country in Asia if they don't even respect China, thinking that they can overrun China one more time. Open your eyes wide, wide. Stop dreaming and be deceived by all the bowing and bowing and fake politeness. They carry a dagger behind their backs.

A better question, is it time for Singapore to import more foreigners to be managers and CEOs when Singaporeans are opting out?
This is the kind of depressing remarks coming from Singaporeans. The same kind of remarks that said Singaporeans did not want to be CEOs of local banks, so hired more foreigners to be CEOs of Singaporean banks. Behind such remarks is a downward trend of defeatism, despair, resignation and haplessness among Singaporeans in the job market. Singaporeans have given up as more and more foreigners are brought in to replace them in top jobs. Wow, Singapore is ranking tops in hiring foreign talents. Should this be celebrated or should cry because of this? And comments like we need the foreigners, foreign talents, did not help but create more harm to the Singaporeans, that they are no good, not better than the foreigners, just accept the fate that foreigners will replace them eventually. Just be happy that there is a Singaporean core to talk about and be happy with your million dollar pigeonholes. Never mind that this core is shrinking and eroding. Just pretend that all is fine. Singaporeans can fall back as gig workers, very little stress.
As long as foreigners are not given citizenship, it is fine for statistical reasons. Can bring in millions of foreigners while keeping Singaporeans in a cage and be as happy as the Bhutanese, not allowed to know what is happening outside Bhutan, not allowed to have relations with other countries. The Indians are in charge of Bhutan's foreign affairs. Just make sure the canary is fed.
What happened to the days when hungry Singaporeans were all chasing their dreams of a better life, the 5 Cs? Where has the fighting spirit of the Singaporeans gone? Diluted by the foreigners and psychologically defeated, defeated by the prevailing narrative that foreigners are talented and needed for good and top jobs? It is quite distressing to work under foreigners in homeland Singapore when the foreigners came with unknown degrees and credentials, with many fakes and cheats to sit on top of Singaporeans and belittle over Singaporeans that have expensive world class degrees.
Not everything is bad. The parents are still fighting and striving for the best for their children, cheating to get them to the best schools risking being jailed, paying for everything to make sure that the young Singaporeans will be able to compete with the best in the real world. We have the best education system, the best universities, and the best results. But what happens? Why are young Singaporeans giving up?
Why is there this negative mindset, not wanting to be managers, not wanting to be CEOs? What are these telling us? If the defeatist attitude of Singaporean young continues to be the driving force, another form of lying flat without lying flat, Singapore will be handed to the foreigners on a silver platter by default.
Is this due to the erosion of the Singaporean core? Or the Singaporean core is too small, corroded, becoming irrelevant? Aren't the foreigners here to strengthen the Singaporean core, or would not affect the Singaporean core, or the Singaporean core is now a minority vis a vis the foreign core and would soon take on the characteristic of the foreign core? Or is it a case of Singaporeans giving up the fight, unable to fight because there are too many foreigners here and fighting is futile? Just throw them a few vouchers and all will be fine.
What are the real causes leading to this pathetic state of affair, no more drive be better, to want to be better? The media like to sneer at China for all their problems but forgot that we have more serious problems gnawing at our social fabric and a decaying national spirit to be the best we can. Let the foreigners in and be the best they can.

Japan is itching for war to conquer Asia again and this time with United States support.
Japan with US secret collusion is having wild dreams of starting a war to conquer Asia again. Japan had previously observed how Western countries in the last few centuries from 1600s to 1940s had conquered and dominated countries and continents through brutal might of their armed forces. So after the Meiji restoration in the 1868 Japan industrialised in the Western model with strong weaponery of modern firearms and with a modern airforce, a mighty navy and well equipped armies.
Following China's two defeats in the Opium Wars of 1839 - 1842 and 1856 - 1860 Japan took the cue that China was a lame duck waiting to be attacked and eaten by Japan.
In the mid 1890s Japan used Korea as a springboard to invade China. After invading Korea which was then a Chinese tributary state Japan went on to create trouble in North East China of Manchuria.
In 1879 Japan occupied and annexed Chinese Liu Chiu Dao and in 1895 Japan created incidents in the East China Sea to stage excuses for attacking Chinese naval ships. China lost the sea battle and was forced to surrender Taiwan to Japan as well as had to pay Japan war indemnities of millions of dollars .
In 1910 Japan joined Western powers to attack China and destroyed Beijing and the Summer Palace for the third time . Japan took part with the Western powers to tear China apart into separate extraterritorial areas to be ruled by each of the separate invading countries.
Soon Japanese thirst for conquering Asia resulted in Japan's instituting an Asian-Japan co-prosperity sphhere of influence to be ruled from Tokyo. Japan claimed that to rule Asia Japan must first conquer China and to conquer China, Japan claimed it must first strike at China's weak under belly spots in Manchuria, Mongolia and Xinjiang.
Thus in mid 1920s Japan already had detail plans for conquering China and Asia. From 1928 to 1931 it started to invade China's North East territory of Manchuria and Mongolia. Here it faced fierce Chinese resistant fighters mainly from the armies of the Chinese Communist Party led by Mao Tze Tung , Chu Ter, Peng De Huai and millions of other Chinese patriots.
Thus from 1931 to early 1945 Japan carried out full scale war on China. However as it faced strong and fierce resistance from the red army of Mao Tze Tung it could only hold the Chinese sea board provinces , towns and cities and left the inner provinces very much safely in Chinese hands.
In the meantime the very much United States supported Kuomintang or Nationalist Party of Chiang Kai Shek refused to fight the Japanese but on the other hand kept on attacking and harassing the Chinese Communist Party armies from the frank. Under American instruction Chiang Kai Shdek claimed that the Japanese invaders is only the disease of the skin but the Chinese Communists is the disease of the heart.
During these fourteen years of violent and brutal Japanese invasion more than 35 million Chinese patriots died a gruesome death through Japanese atrocities in torturing, dismembering body parts from captured Chinese prisoners, hanging and torturing Chinese alive in public places, water boarding , burying millions of Chinese alive in dug out ponds and many other gruesome diabolical ways of torturing like using biological and chemical weapons of its genocidal agency 731 on Chinese citizens. Many more tens of million of Chinese suffered terrible pain and agonies in these convulsions of Japanese invading armies.
Later in the early 1940s to 1945 the Japanese extended their invasion and conquests of South East Asia countries and continued their violent and wanton ways of atrocities and brutalities on the people mainly on the local Chinese citizens. Sad to say both my father and my mother suffered horrible torture from the Japanese on the flimsy accuse that they supported the Kuomintang in fighting the Japanese.
Now China and the Chinese people and all Asians have not forgotten the old grievances and grudges against the Japanese and yet these same Japanese monsters dare to raise their ugly heads to think of starting a war with China again via the excuse of the Chinese Taiwan problem which is entirely a Chinese internal affair.
If Japan dares to start a war in Asia again it would be a good opportunity for China and the Chinese people and all South East Asians to settle once for all both the old grievances and grudges and the new grievances and grudges gainst Japan and ensure Japan this time will be permanently obliterated from the surface of the globe into oblivion.
Should we forgive and forget the Japanese loathsome war crimes against Asians and humanity. No, we should not. Yet some stupid brain dead pseudo Chinese politicians in Singapore think otherwise. An imbecile senior Singapore politician uttered that in a survey its result showed that Japan is the most trusted country in Asia and he thinks Japan should provide security for the South East Asian region. With Japan boldly uttering that in a contingency Taiwan crisis Japan would intervene with it arm forces which is tantamount to interfering with China's internal affairs and yet this same politician claimed that Japan is overlooking present issues to live in peace with China and advised China to do likewise. He conveniently forgets that the present political issue is started by the bitchy Japanese warhawk anti-Chinse prime minister. Maybe his family had never suffered from Japanese war crimes or has he got other agenda to groat about. His speech during an interview by a Western journalist seemed to praise Japan positively vis-a-vis China's position and thus putting China in a bad light. I wonder what toxic pipe is he smoking? His speech clearly showed his poor understanding of history and his very bad and wrong perspectives of the issues of Japanese aggressions, invasions and endless wanton brutalities of the Japanese against the Chinese people and other Asians. In short his speech implies an uncalled for insult on the self-respect, honour and dignity of the Chinese people and other Asians like the Koreans.
Even a seasoned British journalist said that Japanese war crimes against China and the Chinese people should never be forgotten and forgiven. Hopefully those simple minded politicians who still think of being Japanese bedfellows will watch this podcast and awaken to their senses of the new dangers from Japan.
