Nato duped Zelensky - Duping a clown is a piece of cake

 NATO was the culprit that started the conflict long ago by giving Ukraine the 'idea' that it will be able to join NATO eventually, which is the Red Line for Russia. After the coup, which installed the stooge Zelenskyy, Ukraine was given even more confidence of joining NATO. NATO was happy to have a stooge now in Ukraine under their control, which will make their expansion to the Russian border more of a certainty.

But Russia was not taking all this lying down. Coupled with Ukraine's constant genocide attempts against the Russian speaking citizens in Donbass since 2014, Putin did what NATO thought he would not do, by taking control of Eastern Ukraine to protect its Russian speaking citizens.

Putin is definitely not going to agree to Ukraine joining NATO, even if Ukraine gives up subtantial territories. That is still a threat to Russia, giving Ukraine in NATO, and vis a vis the USA, the ability to host it nuclear missiles close to Moscow. That is just NATO's wet dream.

On the one hand Jens Stoltenberg is saying that any peace talk is up to Zelenskyy to decide, and yet gives the impression that has a say over whether Ukraine can join NATO as a matter of procedure, without factoring in the Russian side's stand.

The most ridiculous assumption I ever come across, must be the remark by Zelenskyy, that any peace talk must be held without Putin getting involved. This must be the mother of all stupidity. It is like holding a marriage solemnisation ceremony without the either the bride or groom, and expect it to be acceptable for everyone. You must give it to this joker to make a fool of himself.

Ukraine - When you are small, stop behaving like an idiot

 The Ukraine War is coming to an end and Russia would be in control of the greater part of Ukraine if not the whole of Ukraine. Ukraine is a core interest of Russia and it would not allow Ukraine to become a launching pad for Nato to attack Russia. From the very beginning, the cards are stacked against Ukraine in a war that it cannot win. Russia is many times bigger than Ukraine and military a nuclear super power. The Americans and the West would not dare to start a nuclear war with Russia. Any Nato attack on Russian soil would lead to an open war in Europe. And Europe cannot risk being nuked. The Americans also cannot risk being nuked. Period.

How can a small state, relative to Russia, think it can defeat Russia in war, and relying on foreign aid, in funds and weapons. Only fools like Zelensky and his Nazi would believe in such an illusion. With the failure of the so called counter offensive, Ukraine is staring at defeat any moment. The Americans and Nato thought it would be a quick and short war. Now they are seeing an unending war and both the Americans and Europeans cannot hold on to it financially and militarily. Europe is going broke. Both the Americans and Nato could not produce enough weapons to fight a decent war. 

Nato is now talking about ceding a large part of Ukraine to Russia for peace and wishfully thinking that Russia would allow the western part of Ukraine to join Nato. Idiotic thoughts from Nato. No way would Russia allow Ukraine to be part of Nato.

Ukraine is a shining example of the stupidity of a small state thinking that with American and Nato backing they could defeat a nuclear super power like Russia. The Americans and Nato know how far they could go without crossing the red line leading to a nuclear war. The little countries in Asia and South East Asia should sober up, open their eyes and slap their own faces to wake up to the new realities. South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines and even little Japan, are no match to a nuclear super power like China, and now with Russia and North Korea standing behind China. The foolishness of the leaders of these small states can only be matched by Zelensky and his bunch of clowns. The Chief clowns in the USA would only pull the strings and let them fight and die while they shout from behind, fight to the last men. 

Ukraine and Zelensky are god sent examples for the daft leaders of small states to see with their own eyes what their fate and the fate of their people would be if they are stupid enough to take the same road to hell. Perhaps the small states have no choice and are being coerced and pushed by the Americans into the hell hole. Being friends of the warmongering Americans is fatal. Whatever, Zelensky and his Neo Nazis are war criminals and the destroyers of Ukraine, and responsible for the massacre of Ukrainians.

When you are a small state, behave like a small state and stop deluding that you can punch above your weight. You can only do so if the nuclear powers allows you to by closing an eye to your silly antics. When the core interests of the nuclear powers are threaten, they will just kick your ass. And the Americans would say it is your problem. You asked for it.

Cross-border payments, which the US dollar dominates, will reach $250 trillion by 2027, up $100 trillion in a decade. There’s just no stopping it.

The trouble is that international payments are slow and costly, and Washington’s ‘long-arm’ jurisdiction over all dollar transactions has politicized trade.

So Basle’s Bank for International Settlements came up with mBridge.

mBridge, the BIS’ digital interbank payment system, lets Chinese companies pay UAE vendors in digital e-yuan. The mBridge blockchain instantly converts the yuan payment into dirham and and credits it to the vendor’s UAE bank account. mBridge 6-8 ms. execution time and 2.2¢ transaction cost bring Beijing’s goal of frictionless trade a giant step closer.

And best of all? No US regulators, banks, or dollars are involved.

The PBOC (the world’s richest central bank), the HK Monetary Authority, Bank of Thailand and the UAE Central Bank have been using mBridge with traders in China, Hong Kong, Thailand and the UAE for over a year.

Now BIS says it will release mBridge globally by Xmas.

US Treasury officials worry that mBridge will help Beijing revolutionize wholesale cross-border digital payments, and that this is what will happen with all of China's 143 trading partners:

The latest nail in the coffin for the US$ stems from India's oil deal with the UAE

 The latest nail in the coffin for the US$ stems from India's oil deal with the UAE, to be paid in Rupees. Worth about US$80 million, it is a small step for India/UAE oil trade, but a giant leap for mankind, to mirror the gloating quote following the moon landing by the USA.

More is expected to follow, with India trying very hard to promote the use of the Rupee. India's attempt to pay for Russian oil in Rupees hit a roadblock earlier on, so this is somewhat India's response to the Russian stance. But whether India can buy oil at the same level of discount given by the Russians is uncertain. Undoubtedly this deal is not going to go down well with the USA. Other oil producers are watching with bated breath and will follow sooner or later.

Actually, touching back on the moon landing, what has it done to benefit mankind, other than boosting the ego of the USA to be ahead of the Soviet Union in the moon race. At that time the USA already found itself behind the Soviets in space tecnology, and had to come up with the moon landing to salvage its humbled pride. Moreover, many still believe that it was just a moon landing stunt fabricated in a Hollywood studio. The controversy is still being debated.

Why is the UAE's move to accept Indian rupees for oil significant? It shows that despite the hesitant stance adopted by the Saudis, UAE is already walking the talk, showing that it is brave enough to do the oil trade outside the US$. Maybe I am not that well informed, but searching for confirmation, I could not find any source to show that Saudi Arabia is already accepting Yuan payments for oil sold to China so far. If the Saudis are already doing it, why is Joe Biden still coercing MBS about accepting Yuan payments from China, even offering concessions to prevent the Saudis from carrying it out. It would have been big news if Saudi Arabia and China are already doing oil in Yuan. Can anyone help?

In the light of the above situation, what message is the UAE's move going to tell the Saudis, that despite its repeated intention pronouncing its readiness to do the oil trade in other currencies, particularly in Yuan, its implemention is still hanging in the balance. China is the Saudis biggest oil importer and the money involved will indeed be substantial. Perhaps MBS is playing both sides to extract maximum advantage and concessions from the USA.

Much is expected from the BRICS summit in South Africa a week from now. Hold on tight!

Time has come for China to deal with the Philippines

MANILA: Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr on Wednesday (Aug 9) denied making an agreement with China to remove a grounded warship that serves as a military outpost in the South China Sea, and said if there ever were such a deal, it should be considered rescinded.

The Philippines maintains a handful of troops aboard the World War II-era vessel named the Sierra Madre at the Second Thomas Shoal, known by Manila as Ayungin shoal, which is located inside its 200-mile exclusive economic zone (EEZ)

China on Monday accused the Philippines of reneging on a promise made "explicitly" to remove the ship, which was grounded in 1999 to bolster its territorial claims in one of the world's most contested areas.

"I'm not aware of any such arrangement or agreement that the Philippines will remove from its own territory its ship," Marcos said in a video statement.

"And let me go further, if there does exist such an agreement, I rescind that agreement now". CNA

This street urchin thinking it is very clever to dump a piece of rotten scrap on Chinese island and it would be able to claim the island from China. The piece of scrap metal has been there rotting for the last 24 years with China asking it to be removed and with the Philippines saying they would but keeps delaying and delaying. Now with the Americans standing on their backs, the Pinoys think it would make a difference and can challenge and antagonise China. The lesson of Ukraine is too difficult for them to learn.

China's patience with the antics of the Pinoys is running thin. China has given the Pinoys an ultimatum to remove the piece of scrap metal or China would remove it when convenient. With the trouble maker, the Americans lurking in the corner, China has tried its best not to allow the Americans to start a fire in Asia. It is not that China is afraid of the Americans. The Americans have been provoking and agitating for a war in Asia and silly Pinoys are willing to be their pawns.

China is now left with no choice but to get rid of the rotting scrap metal. China could pull it away anytime. Or China could just start a reclamation programme, and bury the scrap metal in the sand. And this is the best time for China to act when there is a hostile President in Manila. When Duterte was the President, China wanted to work closely with him and not to upset the cordial relations with the Philippines. The situation now is bad and there is no reason for China to be gracious. There is nothing to hold back China under the constant provocation of the Philippines.

Like it or not, China would be acting very soon. The only consideration is not to give the world's number one terrorist state, the USA, an excuse to raise tension in the region. Unfortunately China's kindness and restraint in the last 24 years were taken for granted. The terrorist state would want a fight. So be it. China will take the Americans head on. The Pinoy cowboys think it is fun, they are up to it to take on China with the Americans behind their back, like Ukraine with the Americans and Nato behind them. Would the Philippines be the next Ukraine to start a war in Asia? Would Marcos Junior be the next Zelensky to destroy the Philippines and the lives of Pinoys? 

How well can the antique Pinoy American 'hand downs', the tin can warships overdue for the museum, hold before they sink to the bottom of the South China Sea? For every antique warship lost, the Philippines would have to beg the Americans for more 'hand down' tin cans due for the scrap yards to replace them. The Pinoys are unable to build warships or warplanes.

Bravery and stupidity are two different things. Zelensky and the Nazi Ukrainians are good examples but the daft would never learn. Would the Pinoys also be shouting, 'Fight till the last Pinoy'?

PS. The Americans have accepted that Ukraine is a lost cause and are not hoping for peace and to disengage. The counter offensive myth is in tatters. And Russia is still too kind and not bombing Ukraine to the Stone Age. Russia should at least destroy all the airfields in Ukraine to stop everything from flying.
