US escalating tension in the Red Sea, threatening war with Iran

The US sailors(3000) and Marines entered the Red Sea on Sunday after transiting through the Suez Canal in a pre-announced deployment, the US Navy's Fifth Fleet said in a statement.

They arrived on board the USS Bataan and USS Carter Hall warships, providing "greater flexibility and maritime capability" to the Fifth Fleet, the statement from the Bahrain-based command added.

The deployment adds to efforts "to deter destabilising activity and de-escalate regional tensions caused by Iran's harassment and seizures of merchant vessels," Fifth Fleet spokesman Commander Tim Hawkins told AFP.

USS Bataan is an amphibious assault ship which can carry fixed-wing and rotary aircraft as well as landing craft. The USS Carter Hall, a dock landing ship, transports Marines, their gear, and lands them ashore. CNA

This aggressive deployment of marines and assault ships with attack helicopters and tanks is the latest provocation by the Americans to threaten the Arab nations in the Middle East, especialy Iran. The Americans claimed that the huge military presence was to deescalate tension when the effect isjust the reverse. This is typical American gangsters using force and military might to bully countries and a show of force, that they are the top gangsters. Who dares to defy the American gangsters would be quashed. On the other hand they used the media to push a narrative that they are there for peace, their soldiers, warships and warplanes are for peace.

Iran and the Arab countries know exactly what the Americans are up to. The Americans could invade or attack anyone of them once their forces are in place, bullying the weaker Arab countries. The Americans are acting like the small town bully, carrying a big gun to threaten the innocent folks.

Iran and Arab countries must be prepared and ready to defend themselves against this international terrorist. The Americans are going to start another war after failing to achieve what they wanted in Ukraine. Ukraine is failing and the Ukraine War is coming to an end. A new war is needed to serve the interest of the Military Industrial Complex and to justify the need for a huge military force and production of more war machines.

The American warmongers must have wars and using wars as a business and did not care about the death and destruction of wars as long as the wars are fought outside their homeland. Middle East is now too peaceful and they are losing control of the Arab states. A war in the Middle East is top priority as the countries in the Middle East are very weak and unable to stand up to the Americans' fire power. The Americans can hit them but they cannot hit back. Oops, maybe not this time. Iran has built up enough capability to strike back with missiles able to hit Israel and the aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf and the Indian Ocean. And Russia and China would not stand idly by.

America's futile chip wars

The USA is putting on a show as they always do. China should take what they say and their friendliness as all a fake show with buckets of salt. There are desperate reasons why they are doing this.

The USA is in a mess in the Chips War. The domestic and foreign chipmakers congregating in Arizona are facing losses like never before, and are struggling to survive. Added to that is the realisation that they are going to lose the Chinese market for chips.

So, what is the point of asking chip manufacturers to build more factories in Arizona, when the prospect of losing the China market is staring them in the face. As a matter of fact, even Intel is not going ahead with building the largest chip foundry in the world, said to be helping Biden's re-election in 2024 with all the jobs generated, arguing that losing the China market is not conducive to further expansion of its production facilities.

Now that the restrictions by China in the exports of Gallium and Germanium is in place, the effects have yet to be seen, and it will not be pretty. There are some sources reporting that the USA is attempting to recover Gallium from discarded mobile phones, solar panels and others to provide minute quantities of Gallium from tons of waste. This is a desperate move, but will not be economically viable. Millions of tons of electronic waste will have to be sourced to produce just minimal amounts of Gallium, and will therefore be extremely costly. Moreover, there is the need to build up facilites to process the recovery, which will turn the USA into a waste disposal backyard, with pollution in tow. Karma?

The other reason why it cannot succeed is that it is calculated to be much cheaper to resort to mining bauxite to produce aluminium, with Gallium being its by-product, than to resort to recycling old mobile phones and solar panels. What are they going to do with all the electronic waste generated?

Here again, China does have absolute means to exert control over whatever steps the USA wants to take to produce enough Gallium for itself and its allies. China may let the USA and allies invest in recovery or mining for Gallium with huge investment cost, and China could then kill them off at one stroke by releasing cheaper Gallium to flood the market. China's leverage over many essential minerals is its trump card.

Remember that China thinks long term, factored in eventualities and have formulated simultaneous solutions to those eventualities. The wisdom of its five thousand years of history has not been a survival of wastage in wars and destruction.

EVs - US, UK playing catch up due to lack of foresight

Not just the Brits are going bonkers. Trump was dead set against EVs, because he was beholden to big oil, having pushed hard to expand oil extraction using fracking, which was detrimental to the environment. He even threatened to punish those who buys EVs in the early stages.

Then Tesla, a USA company, invested big in the EVs revolution, and then China came into the picture and the USA knew the game was up, and that EVs will soon take over the future of road transportation from fossil fuel.

The phasing out of vehicles running on fossil fuel was picking up fast and furious, the most significant change could be seen in the biggest global vehicle market itself, which is China. China was rapidly phasing out fossil fuel vehicles, and car manufacturers in the USA, Europe and Japan are now playing catchup, knowing that the days of fossil fuel vehicle sales in China is going to be over for good. Japan was betting on hydrogen fuel cars, that never seem to take off, due to the dangers of handling hydrogen, and the difficulty of setting up hyrdrogen refueling points compared to EVs.

China now dominates EVs production, and you can understand why the Brits are going bonkers. They are far behind in this sector and catching up is fruitless. The Whites can never hope to compete, so bringing down China's dominance in EVs is their only hope, just like targeting Huawei. They could not stand the sight of China dominating in anything and must create narratives to demonise China. Did they also said that cotton from Xinjiang was also spying on its citizens? So anything made with Xinjiang cotton is dangerous. Spying on British citizens for what purpose? To laugh at their low IQs and third world mentality?

In any case, China already saw the future in EVs, and made its move decades ago to secure essential raw mainerals like lithium and cobalt for making EV batteries, the most essential components of EVs. And Africa is their biggest partner in this endeavour, trading infrastructure developments and aid in return for mining rights, an arrangement that benefited both parties, not the usual one sided theft and exploitation committed by the Anglo Saxon White clique.

China's priority to be self sufficient in the chips sector is causing alarm in some quarters of the USA.

According to China Focus (CNF) quoting Sina News, John Bolton (wonder when he became expert economic advisor) warns China that its chip development will lead to economic crisis. Why is he worried about an economic crisis in China that will undoubtedly favour the USA? Why not let China fall into this trap, instead of warning China? Everyday they have been selling the mantra of the collapse of China on social media. Seems that when a bad hearted person gives good hearted advice, care must be taken to understand the motive. This must be the mother of all jokes from the hardcore neo-Con anti-China joker, who together with Pence are now demonising Donald Trump, turning traitors to reveal their true vile and mean characters. By the way, what is the next date of China's collapse according to Gordon Chang, the other expert with zero credibility?

Bolton claimed that no country can master the whole chip production chain, not even the USA, and that China's plan will lead to economic crisis. He quoted the example of ASML as an entity that also needed to rely on outside supply chains to produce its lithography machines. This is of course the reality, and is revealing the gospel truth about the invincibility of ASML. It seems ASML is not that invincible after all!

Why is the USA turning to this kind of narrative to instil doubts in the Chinese intent, focusing on its chip development effort going forward, with massive investments going into the sector? The answer lies in the USA now realising that its chip war effort is not going to stop China's move towards self reliance. Therefore, they need to find new ammunition to demonise what is realistically already working well for China.

Bolton's hidden message is deviously and discreetly telling China not to make chip development self sufficiency as its priority, and instead continue to buy from the USA, which is developing so rapidly as a chip manufacturing hub. Whatever hub is useless without the market to sell to. He probably could see the catastrophe unfolding within the USA chip manufacturing industry without the Chinese market. Intel, Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Samsung and TSMC will have to be content with eating each other up eventually.

China's move towards self reliance is all geared towards countering USA sanctions, nothing more, nothing less and nothing in the shoes of ASML. If China relents in its move towards chip self sufficiency, pulls back investments in the chip sector, and goes back to buy and depend on USA by not trying to be self sufficient, it is falling into the same trap set by the USA in the past. There is so much to be learnt from the saying - Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. China is not going to be fooled ever again.

Suffice to say, if that is the reality of chip development as espoused by John Bolton, why then is the USA itself attempting to create a chip manufacturing hub itself to monopolise chip production, without having the critical mass of skilled workers to back it up? The lies are self revealing, the prophecy self fulfulling for the USA itself.

Americans praising mediocrity and stupidity to flatter India

Many expat Indians realise that the Modi government will take India to the cleaners. Both India and China were independent Nations, only 2 years difference. 1947 and 1949, both had to work through hard times, but now look at the difference. One has pulled people out of poverty, whilst being accused of all sorts of lies and the other maintains the caste system of poverty and rich. Yet it is always patted on the head by the West. Where did it get them?

Spartan5921

All China companies should forget about investing in India market and if India want to buy any products from China let India go through another party and paying much more expensive for it . The whole world even the West and EU doesn't like to invest in India.

Jeffery4181

Heard Wistron from Taiwan too, and it weren't new. It happened to many other MNCs too like Amazon, Samsung, Coke Cola, etc. Doing business there are full of bureaucracy, red tapes, diversed interpretation of the laws from state to state, insincere partners, etc. Even national projects ain't immuned from such problems, like the high-speed train with Japan.

All investors should be careful of the deceptive 'Modi's Operandi' who plays versatile roles as the Snake Charmer and the Snake.

Lifejourney08

Above are some comments to a Youtube clip titled 'BYD saw through India’s “trap”, Modi abandoned China’s 7 billion investment plan.' While India keeps on crowing about how good it is as a country, the biggest democracy, the biggest population, the youngest population, forgetting about low literacy and low skill, the Americans are behind India, echoing how great India is and how great India is going to me, but knowing very well that it was all a hoax, just to butter the pride of India, a run down third world pretentious country with ambitious big power dream.

The Americans know very well that India is a failed state, struggling to look good with, creating a facade of big power by words. In substance, India is a very backward country in practically every area except fora a couple of fields when it is making some progress. Practically everything in India that is modern and advanced is bought. Nothing much of indigenous industries that can compete with the world. But not to worry, the Americans would appease and flatter the Indians of their potential to greatness but knowing well that it is all a big lie. The Americans are masters of lies. And lying to the Indians about how great democracy is knowing that democracy is the Achilles heel of India. Democracy is the biggest obstacle to India's growth to be an advanced industrial nation. The Americans even turned to look away from India's atrocious records of human rights violation and discrimination against its minorities, pretending that all is fine.

Deep down, as long as India is a struggling pretentious state, wanting to be there but never to be there, the Americans are very happy with India and manipulating India to become an accomplice in its war against China and Russia. India is useful as a not threatening state to American hegemony. A little stroking is all it needs to make the Indians to orgasm and willingly doing the wills of the Americans. The cost of flattering India is very low and the rewards very high. And the Americans would keep on praising India's mediocrity and unproductivity as great virtues of India, the next super power in the Indian Ocean. And ignoring the widespread corruption and cheating across the system and government. The Americans just keep silent about the 800m of illiterate workers in India. Period.
