F grade EU leaders no match for D grade Trump...all taken to the cleaners

The forefathers of the present crop of EU leaders must be turning in their graves seeing their legacy being destroyed by their offsprings. Never in history have I seen such stupid leaders being taken to the cleaners by the USA without a whimper or showing any sign of protesting. Even dogs will bark loudly in protest if treated unfairly, but not these EU leaders. Just look at Mexico's new leader, Claudia Sheinbaum, voicing her protest over Trump's tariff threat. There are brave leaders and there are cowardly leaders.

The worst thing about the EU leaders today was and is making their own citizens suffer the indignity of having their jobs stolen by the USA. Oops sorry, cannot say stolen, but lured to the USA, unlike USA jobs that were touted to be stolen by China for attracting USA companies to set up shop in China to take advantage of the lower wages, that were later claimed to be 'slave wages' after reaping all the benefits. I fail to differentiate the two scenarios that looks perfectly alike to me. But of course, the stupid EU leaders would not dare to accuse the USA of stealing their citizen's jobs.

To add insult to injury, the USA is even attempting to push the Europeans under water when they are already drowning. Leaders work for the benefit and improvement of their own citizens, not throw them under the bus just to help another country to do harm to them. This could only happen in a socialist country like China of course, LOL. What China did in lifting more than 800 million citizens out of poverty was and is wrong in the context of their benevolent democratic system.

Americans developing EV battery from scratch. China started 30 years ago

Kevin Wamsley on his site 'Inside China Business' did an interesting analysis and discourse on EV batteries and what the USA is trying to do to prevent USA EV makers from relying heavily on Chinese EV batteries.

The USA is going all out now to build EV batteries at home but starting from scratch. China is already in control of all the essential raw materials that goes into such EV battery production. And the Chinese are well ahead in battery innovations for EVs.

The USA just have a plan and is just trying to start looking for those raw materials, with feasibility studies ongoing, and eventually hoping to start digging under the ground for the raw materials, build plants to process them and to feed their EV battery makers at home. How many years that will take is unknown and what will be the cost? Will investors bite? Of course, subsidies will be used as always, but for how long and how competitive can this all get?

In order to do entice investments, investors of such projects are demanding the USA Government set tariffs at 920% on Chinese batteries imported into the USA. USA EV makers are at present importing Chinese batteries amounting to almost US$2 billion a month.

If such astronomical tariffs become reality, USA consumers will shy away from buying EVs, which suits Trump's agenda of supporting fossil fuel extraction. And while the rest of the world continue to enjoy buying cheap Chinese EVs that cost half the price of USA or EU made EVs, USA consumers will have to make do with highly expensive EVs.

The USA has already lost the plot and trying to turn the tide on the spur of the moment. China already set in motion its plan to corner the EV battery market and EV production sector three decades ago. That is how China is now dominating this sector and many other sectors. Semiconductors and aviation will be the next frontier that China is eyeing. Do not bet against China.

America is a very rich country...never will it run out of money printing

“Extraordinary measures” may be needed soon to prevent nation from defaulting on its obligations, Janet Yellen has told Congress

US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has said the federal government will hit its debt limit as early as January 14 unless Congress takes action, or the Treasury implements “extraordinary measures” to avoid default....

$1.25 billion weaponry package for Ukraine
The last-ditch attempt by the Biden administration to pour more aid into Ukraine is money laundering, Sen. Mike Lee has suggested....

Above are the headlines of two articles appearing in RT. The first article is a warning about the American's $36 trillion dollar debt and the risk of defaulting. The second is about the spending spree of the Biden/Blinken Administration, throwing more money to finance a losing war in Ukraine. In all, hundreds of billions have been poured into Ukraine to fight a war of military expansion to bring down Russia.

The warmongering Americans have all the money to start wars and fights wars everywhere and every day, spending $1 trillion on their defence budget, spending $1.5 billion on its propaganda machine to fabricated and publish lies about China without a care of overspending.  And Yellen is crying and banging her chest that American is going bloke!

What is real? This is the biggest fakery of the Americans, one moment crying no money, the next moment throwing money like Santa Claus to finance war. Obviously starting and fighting wars are more important than financing the administration of the country.

The truth, the Americans have plenty of money with their special rights to print and print endless amount of money to do as they please. And there is no need to repay the debt. The crying is such theatre. Just raise the debt ceiling to $40 trillion, and then to $50 trillion, and go on printing and printing and printing more monopoly money to finance more wars.

The American Empire will be here forever. This is what the clowns in Washington and the hillbillies think so, believe so.

Would gangster Trump launch a takeover of Chancay Port to prevent it from falling into 'wrong hands'?

If USA wrestles control of the Panama Canal by force, China will definitely go ahead with the Nicaragua canal project. This will be an alternative route for Chinese ships to transit between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Ship owners now have to pay exorbitant fees to transit between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, not to talk about the delays queuing up for navigating the canal. The fees are reported to be hundreds of thousands, even millions for preferential treatment ahead of the queue.

China now needs to go through Panama Canal to reach Europe in its trade with the EU, avoiding the longer and dangerous Straits of Magellan or the Suez Canal route, having to pay huge fees to transit. In times of conflict, that would be the choking point for the USA in times of conflict.

China's trade with South American countries is now conveniently served by the opening of the mega deep-water Chancay Port in Peru. This has caused much concern for the USA. As always, the USA is hyping up the use of the port of Chancay as being developed for Chinese military warships to call for supplies. Again, what is wrong with that?

Nothing against China works under Trump or Biden

What works under Trump? Oops failure would be a better word. Let me see:

We are going to make Mexico pay for the wall gloated Trump. It did not happen. Trade wars are easy to win boasted Trump. Not much winning is evident after all these years. Drain the swamp, shouted Trump. The swamp gets swampier and stinker every four years.

What works under Biden? More of the same as under Trump.

Russia will collapse with our sanctions. It looks like the EU is collapsing instead. We will bring back manufacturing to the USA, using subsidies which is not going to work and building up supply chains is too little too late. Denying China access to high-end chips just makes the Chinese pour more resources into chip development that will come back to haunt the USA, Japan and South Korea. It would have been better for USA not to poke the dragon by starting a technology war. Someone is going to regret it immensely.

Moreover, the USA and the West are now waking up to the hype about high-end chips, when the importance of legacy chips in so many sectors like the military have been overlooked. Now the USA is scrambling to target legacy chips which the Chinese already dominate. Now the USA is trying to shoot the feet of those who invested in building semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the USA. More subsidies?
