Musing - Instant trees and instant citizens

Are falling trees a problem and what can be done about them? A closer look at the causes and signs of a tree toppling - and when the risks are greater.

SINGAPORE: After a tree fell and killed two tourists in Bali earlier in December, authorities said the plant had been healthy and that the incident was caused by "strong winds and extreme weather conditions beyond human control".

Similar accidents involving falling trees have caused deaths, damaged property and disrupted traffic in other parts of Asia, including Singapore....

What could cause a tree to fall?....Prolonged wet weather could affect a tree's stability when too much rain leads to stagnant water, reducing soil particles attached to the tree's roots.

The tree could also end up retaining more water in its canopy, increasing the weight on its branches and trunk and resulting in a collapse, said Mr Ramesh.

Trees which grow in consistently wet weather also tend to develop shallow roots, as they don't need to extend deeper in search of water, he added. CNA

The above are extracts from an article in CNA about instant trees being uprooted in many parts of the island whenever there is a thunderstorm.  Nature has made a pertinent statement about instant trees to take note of. This is a timely news when the year is coming to a close and a new year in the making, a time to reflect on what happened and how to chart a new course of action.

Can you imagine what would happen during a long monsoon season, what would happen to all the instant trees, with shallow roots, refusing to sink their roots deeper into the ground, and worse, with a huge canopy weighing down on them, ie rich and fat?

The situation is very similar to instant citizens, new citizens called Singaporeans, with shallow roots, making it good during fine weather season. Would they all be uprooted and fled during a severe storm that hit the economy real bad? Taking the cue from the instant trees, this is likely to be the case. Even without a storm, many are already jumping ship once they got their citizenship to head West. As fine weather economic migrants, instant citizens would always go where the sun shines, especially the rich and able. Their roots are short, partly because they are new, partly because of no intent to sink deeper roots. Why stay in a hotel when there are better and safer place to be in?

This is the price to pay for planting instant trees, instant citizens. They don't really belong until after a couple of generations or so when the roots are really sunk and deep. Expect them to fight and defend Singapore and die for this piece of rock? Should they be given all the privileges of citizenship like subsidies, grants, free money from the savings of taxpayers over generations, the moment they get their citizenship?

What we cannot understand and puzzles us is the shameless thousands of non-Christian people in many parts of ASEAN mainly Chinese joining in the fun and cellebrating 25th December, not knowing this is the Day that  has ever since been used by the Western European countries to justify their conquests and endless killings and genocide of hundreds of millions of non-Christians throughout out the world especially in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Australia. It is really disgusting seeing them donning on something like dunce caps and appearing so proud and happy, a pathetic sight when it is widely known that the ancestors of many Asians especially the Indians and the Chinese were the main tragical victims of Western Christian countries viz England, France, Portugal and Holland. When can these imbeciles wake up to be proud of their own race and national tradition .

By the way not a single chapter or page in the bible ever mention that Jesus was born on 25th December. It seemed that analysis by historians based on historical facts during the rule of the Roman governor Herod of Palestine and most of the Middle East came to the conclusion that Jesus was most likely born in the months between late February and June. So December 25th was chosen arbitrarily just to suit the political agenda of Western countries. 

By their senseless and endless merciless bombing they have killed and are continuing to kill hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and millions of Arab muslims in the Middle East.  Further they are creating endless choas and hostilities all over the world causing destruction, pains and death to thousands of other non-white people in their countries. 

Also in the United States the Anglo-Saxons white supremacist government has ill-treated the native Americans, the African and Mexican Americans causing millions of them to live in extrme poverty in homelessness and painful hunger. They had long ago exterminated over one hundred million native Americans through genocide and now they try to exterminate these non-caucasion Americans through ill treatment and starvation.

The white European and the Anglo-Saxon American Christians are very cruel and callous in nature and killings and tortures of non-white people till death is part and parcel of their DNA. 

It is high time all countries of  the South headed by BRICS must unite sordidly behind the Palestinians and the Arab muslims and put an immediate stop to Western and Zionist Jews intent to exterminate all the Palestinians and Arab muslim as their ultimate objective is to colonize these lands by white European and Jewish settlers. 

Also the world must debunk the claim by the Zionist Jews and the white people especially the shameless Anglo-Saxons that they are the chosen people of God and a supreme race above all others. Their spurious claim will soon be demolished by Russia, China, Iran and DPRK with the strong backing by all the countries of the South in the not too distant future.

Emperor Trump's edict - The world must only use US$

 Another big beginning for Year 2025. Emperor Trump has arrived or arriving. Before he enters the White House he has already made many proclamation and written edicts to the world. The most important edict is to forbid any country from trading not in US dollar and BRICS has been warned not to issue an alternative currency to replace the American dollar.

Is Emperor Trump serious, or is he high on drugs, or is he bluffing? Is the Emperor going to take on the rest of the world, to declare war on the rest of the world, to invade countries that defy his edicts? Is Trump telling the world that he is going to take over the whole world and rule the world? In his little mind he may think it is possible, like winning trade wars.

Was Trump joking when he called Canada the 51st state of the USA? Was he joking when he talked about buying Greenland or taking over Greenland? Was he joking about taking over Mexico and the Panama Canal? No western media would condemn such aggressive expansion talks as if it is normal for the American Empire to expand across the world.  American imperialism and colonialism is a given, not aggressive, not expansionist, unless it is China wanting to do such things. And China has been daily accused of aggression, expansionism when China was just minding its own business. And the doggies of the American terrorists would continue to echo American's demonisation of China as the bad guy.

Would the rest of the world allow the Emperor to do as he pleases without resisting and be colonised under Emperor Trump and live happily in his American Democrazy? Has Trump done his maths? Oops, Americans are not good at maths, more so for a D grader.

Thank God to bless America with a D grader Trump and his swamp creatures in the White House. The whole world would be using the American dollars as dictated by the Emperor. Hallelujah! Welcome to the new American Empire that rules the whole world. Welcome to the New Year of 2025!

Trump raping friends, enemies and allies with tariffs

 Fun to count the tariffs being threatened by Trump against the whole world. It started with China, followed by Canada and Mexico, then against BRICS countries and any country dumping the US$, and now against the EU for not buying more USA oil and gas.

By the way the EU is not on the de-dollarization bandwagon and cannot be justifiably targeted right. Therefore, using the excuse of not buying more oil and gas from the USA will now put the EU in the tariff net. Necessity is really the mother of invention.

What about those undeclared and unannounced tariffs coming up against colonies like Japan and South Korea, and allies like India? I am sure Trump will remember them fondly as he goes along and give them his blessing. No use praying to God for exemption, as such prayers will not be answered.

After the tariff regiment is completed globally, it will be interesting to see which is the country that will be most isolated. It will not be Russia or China, I am sure. Russia is immune to sanctions not to talk about tariffs. China is already prepared for what is coming. And both countries have friends and allies as well. Oh, there are attempts to split them with fabricated news of Xi angering Putin and vice versa, which Putin just came out to tell them that Russia and China relations are at a new high. Straight from the horses' mouth and not from propaganda bits and pieces.

By then, BRICS countries can do business among themselves, tariff free like what China is giving 98% exemption from tariffs for Afghanistan, to help the country pick itself up after the twenty long years of USA occupation and neglect. This is what are friends for and certainly not just for exploitation like what the Europeans are going through.

President Musk will move to Florida to be President Trump's neighbour

 Not to worry about shoes not fitting the feet. USA is cutting the feet just to fit the shoes. In most countries it is cutting the shoes to fit the feet. Dear God, they are really making USA Great Again. Great shoes will be made, but for distorted feet.

Musk probably is going to be the top candidate for POTUS in 2028. He will be the smartest upcoming Republican compared to the other swamp creatures. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. Musk will beat them hands down and eyes closed.

Under Biden, Blinken was running the Government and USA foreign policies. Unofficially Trump had all along been running his alternate Presidency, claiming his real Presidency was stolen. In 2020, USA voters really bought one President and got one free.

Under Trump, Musk will be the man who is going to be pushing the envelope, like Blinken. Wonder how Musk is going to run Tesla, Starlink, SpaceX and X twitter. Really a superman.

According to reports, Musk is even contemplating moving to South Florida to be close to Mar-a Lago, where Trump lives. That will be another feather in Musk's cap.
