Which country has ever dropped two nuclear bombs on another? Two nuclear bombs, mind you! They tested the first one and undoubtedly wants to make sure it was no fluke by dropping the second. That was their 'eureka' moment for being ahead of the Soviet Union. It was tested on the Japanese, using them as laboratory rats. It was their message to the world!

How many hundreds of thousands of Japanese innocent women and children perished? Innocent human beings that had nothing to do in terms of participating in the war, just collateral damage for being Japanese. Which other non-White countries are going to be sacrificed as further collateral damage for the evil Whites?

It doesn't bother me whether NTUC/SIA/DBS are sold

 It doesn't bother me whether NTUC/SIA/DBS are sold. We peasants have no say in all this stuff as well as we don't really benefit from it even now. I would be worry if our basic need (eg. water/power/medical/communication/food) are All controlled by foreign company.

Have we citizen benefited from SIA(except give some people ego a lift)? In bad time it uses tax money to save it. In good time it pay it shareholder huge awards. We should learn from DrukAir of Bhutan, as it citizen pay a lower fares compare to foreigner.

DBS is just a commercial bank that give very low interest same as OUB/OCBC. It takeover of POSBank did not benefit we peasants but their top management. DBS even sponsored India badminton players instead of singaporean.

The true intent of Sierra Madre...the Philippines admitted

Around 25 years ago, a Filipino naval chief ran his own ship aground.

But decades later, the officer disclosed that the move was a plot to disrupt China, not an accidental calamity.

The rusting WWII-era vessel, BRP Sierra Madre, is still there in the South China Sea. Though it can't sail, it serves as a vital outpost for the Philippine military in the Second Thomas Shoal, which both China and the Philippines claim for themselves....

Speaking to The Guardian, Vice Adm. Eduardo Santos recalled pretending to China's ambassador that it was an accident.

"I said, 'Well, it was supposed to be on the way [to a mission], and it ran aground'."

According to Santos, he was moving to oppose the early stages of China's "creeping invasion" of areas claimed by the Philippines.  Yahoo News

Actually there is no need for the above quoted from Yahoo News to know why the Sierra Madre was run aground on the Renai Jiao. The Chinese knew that it was the Philippines way of staking a claim on the island. But Ah Q being Ah Q, would try to explain it away, and pretending that it was an accidental grounding and let it stay in the spot for 25 years, afraid to remove it. No respectable country in its right mind would allow such an attempt to violate its territorial sovereignty to go unscathed.

Now Ah Q is being ridiculed everyday by Mickey Mouse, and recently still signed an agreement to let the Pinoys bring food for the soldiers occupying the Chinese island. To Ah Q, this is the best it could do. Ah Q still afraid to tell the Pinoys to remove the wreck, with no time line, meaning the wreck can remain on Chinese soil forever. The Pinoys now have an outpost on the island, but China has nothing there, not even a soldier. The Pinoys now are in a better position than the Chinese.

For as long as the wreck remains where it is, Ah Q's problem will not go away. When would Ah Q stop behaving like Ah Q and stop inviting endless troubles on itself?

The Sierra Madre is Philippines way of staking a claim on the island, not just an innocent ship running aground. And Ah Q allows the Pinoys to make the claim and afraid to tow it away. If Malaysia or the Indonesians were to face such a situation, they would have blasted the wreck from their island to enforce their sovereign territorial rights of the island.

3 countries China must approach with caution...Italy, Argentina and Turkey

 China should be wary of Giorgia Meloni, the Italian Prime Minister. now visiting. She is a double headed snake that can never be trusted. She is running around in circles whatever the USA ordered her to do so and have no convictions of her own. China must avoid making deals with her, or invest in Italy, however lucrative a deal she may be offering. Italy pulled out of the BRI in December 2023, under duress from the USA, and must never be allowed to join again. Better be safe than be sorry.

Another snake to avoid is Argentinian President, Javier Milei, who looks like one of the three stooges, also running around in circles not knowing who to follow. Under pressure by the USA, he criticized China to no end. I do not know what to say about his hairstyle and appearance, since the Argentinians seems to see something special in him by electing him as President. After being granted entry to join BRICS, he flatly refused to take up the offer, under pressure by the USA using threats linked to free-trade agreements it signed with Argentina. With Argentina's economy in free-fall and inflation untamed, he ran to China for help. Why did he not approach the USA for help since he is adopting a 'dollarization' stance to please the USA?

Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey may appear unfriendly and vocal towards NATO, although Turkey is a member of the bloc and also a staunch ally. Turkey allowed the deployment of nuclear missiles on its soil during the Cold War between the USA and the Soviet Union. Erdogan may not turn out to be as trustworthy as his actions suggest. BYD is investing US$1 billion to build a factory in Turkey and must be very careful regarding compliance and tax laws, and not end up like its venture in India.

It would be prudent for China and Chinese companies to avoid dealing with these three countries if possible. Nothing good is going to come off it in relations with such fickle minded people, knowing they are just proxies of the USA and will have to follow the USA's dictate when it comes to the crunch.

By the way, it must come as a joke about reports that the USA is attempting to sway Iran from joining BRICS. It is really a shameless move if true. Why would Iran want to do that and follow the USA's persuasion, knowing that its mortal enemy is out to destroy it. Trump already said that he wants to 'erase Iran from the face of the earth'.
