Sierra Madre will be used as target practice by PLA Navy

 In the recent war drill between the Philippines and USA in the South China Sea, the Pinoys  used a decommissioned Chinese made ship for target practice. And Mickey Mouse was delirious when the target ship was blown up. This is the kind of cheap thrill that Mickey Mouse got a high when he is not abusing drugs.

With such a provocation and precedent, China is now planning to conduct a naval exercise in the same area. The exercise would involve blowing up a ship and landing on an island. The ship or junk that has been identified for target practice is called Sierra Madre, a piece of rusty scrap metal stuck in a Chinese reef called Ren Ai Reef. The media would be invited to witness this wonderful event. Media from Mickey Mouse may also receive an invitation to this event.

Post event after this exercise would be clearing the scrap metals left behind by the piece of junk. This would be followed by a massive island reclamation project to turn this reef into another island big enough to house an airfield and a naval facility for the PLA Navy. The new island would increase the Chinese naval infrastructure to defend China's territorial sovereignty in the South China Sea.

White colonial states is a new phenomenon of the 21st Century

When the white savages from Europe set out to conquer and rule the world, the victims were mainly the natives of non white countries. From North and South America to Africa, Central Asia, South and Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands, all the natives were coloured people. The white men of Europe divided the whole world as  their prized possession. It was an era of white supremacy and coloured people were just sub human beans.

After the end of WW2, the fight for independence from the white men's rule led to the creation of many new states as independent countries. Some gain full independence, some gained partial independence, some gain disguised independence like some French colonies that were still colonies of France in another form until recently when they revolted and kicked out the French and Americans in their soil for good.

Generally, the era of white men ruling over coloured people was over. But the white men's empire took on another form in the evil American Empire. In the early stages the few colonies were actually Japan and South Korea, and to some extent Vietnam and the Philippines when the Americans had two huge bases in Clark Air Base and Subic Naval Base. The permanent of foreign military forces on a country's territory is as good as that country being occupied. For though superficially the American narrative was to protect the occupied countries from external forces, in reality, it was military control of the said countries. Japan and South Korea would never ever be able to get their independence from the Americans.

Through a stroke of luck, the Philippines was able to evict the Americans from Clark and Subic and only leaving behind a small forces supposedly to fight the Muslim separatists in the South. Through another stroke of luck, the Marcos govt started to reinvite the Americans to set up bases in the Philippines, returning to the semi colonised status as before. This time the Americans would never leave the Philippines again, without a mass rebellion and independent movement for Filipino nationalist fighters.

Vietnam fought a long and deadly war with the French and Americans for their independence. So far, Vietnam has been steadfast in not becoming the colony of a foreign power despite all the pretences by the Americans to return and regain a foothold in Vietnam

At this point in time, the obvious coloured colonies of the American Empire are Japan, South Korea and the Philippines with Taiwan another colony in the making. What is astounding today is the number of white American colonies in Europe. Yes, most of the European states are now colonies of the American Empire, with American troops stationed in their territories and with the Americans calling the shot in their foreign policies. Ukraine is an eye opener in revealing the heavy hands of the Americans and their control of their European colonies. All the European states have to fall in line to support, finance and fight for the American Empire in Ukraine. Not a single European state can say no to the Americans. 

The Americans have achieved an unbelieveable position of having the most white colonies in the American Empire. Can you believe it? European states, many of whom were empires or mini empires, are now colonies of the American Empire. On the other hand, many coloured nation states are truly free and independent countries, not colonies of any empire. 

There are a few grey countries that are supposedly independent but are de facto American colonies. Just take note of the American bases in these countries, to make sure they are controlled by the Americans, their foreign policies dictated by the Americans, their media controlled by the Americans, all acting like Channel News America. Several of the Arab states are in this sorrowful state of affair, unable to get rid of the American forces and bases in their countries and knowing very well that the Americans would conduct a regime change if they dare to oppose the American dictates. 

Welcome to the 21st Centuries when white European states are colonies themselves, colonies of the American Empire.

American and western losers cannot win by foul means

 Religion as an opiate failed in India and China. So, they thought that using force could do the work, and they built a powerful military. But that too is failing as other countries, like Russia, China and even Iran are capable of moving into a position to counter that military advantage. North Korea even has nuclear bombs today and sending missiles to Russia, despite all the sanctions. The West is pressuring China not to do business with North Korea and Russia. Why would the Chinese want to do that? Would the USA be pressured not to do business with Ukraine and Israel?

So, when Military power monopoly becomes less of a threat, sanctions is the current modus operandi. Yet sanctions have also failed to work as well, even for decades, as can be seen in Cuba, Iran and North Korea and now against Russia as well. When all else fails, what will the USA do with the likes of China?

The USA and the West are now trying to use technology strangulation against China, trying to stifle China's rise by banning Chinese tech companies and apps. It is not working as well as expected. China is well on its way to being self-reliant in chips for its domestic requirements. The West just fail to realize that China is in a position of strength in having the engineering talents, the control of raw materials, the widespread supply chain and the processing logistics to fight its battle. The West lacks all that and is trying to start everything from scratch. All just trying to build castles in the air, like trying to counter the BRI with the Global Infrastructure Investments and building the India/Middle East/Europe Corridor. Walking blindfolded and hoping to avoid falling down is an exercise in futility.

Meanwhile the USA is boasting that it will soon dominate the high-end chips sector that no one else can topple. Hold my beer says China! Let the USA, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan enjoy the 'beautiful dream to behold' for now under their Chips Alliance umbrella. Without the Chinese market, where are those over-capacity in high-end chips production going to end up? At MacDonalds and KFC? Good to remember that MacDonalds is already closing outlets en-masse all over the world because of the war in the Middle East. And selling those chips in Walmart on their shelves is not going to last as well, knowing supermarkets are closing outlets like fleeing a wildfire in the USA as well.

American gangster behaviour - If cannot win, put the rival down by foul means

 It is mind blowing how one country is so insecure and needs to think up ways and means to put others down, and it all points to its inability to compete.

China wants a multi-polar world and is not interested in having the Yuan as the global reserve currency, despite the privilege of free money printing rights. Promoting the Yuan is just one of the avenues to help the world move away from sanctions by the USA using the US$ hegemony.

If China overtakes the USA in GDP, it is not an objective that it is pursuing. If China does overtake the USA to be the No. 1 economic power, it is all because of its economic might that makes it happen naturally, not by choice. The narrative that China is trying to be the next unilateral superpower, using the same fear mongering playbook invented by the USA and the West, is not on the Chinese agenda.

More China collapsing stories and USA will be better

 Yeah, right! Just pretend the US$34 trillion debt is not a problem. Just print away the problem, so simple. Let others buy their treasuries and bonds to absorb their inflation. USA does not have problems. It had been freeloading for decades and no problem about that either.

All the problems have to do with China. China has so much problems - property firms collapsing, foreign direct investments dropping, overcapacity in industries, Companies running away from China and that includes Chinese companies as well, EVs catching fire all over China, in fact China is always collapsing.

China is moving up the technology ladder and lower tech companies moving out is normal. Textiles, consumer products and toy factories have relocated to Bangladesh and Vietnam among others. Chinese companies investing overseas is to be expected. What about the days when Companies in USA were relocating in droves to China? Does that also not indicate they are running away from the USA? Only now is the USA admitting the reality and wants to claw back its industrial base. Too late! Companies go where cost is lower to make more profits. Apple's intention to move some production to India is to make bigger profits to take advantage of having only to pay 'slave wages' to Indian workers.

And yet, while foreign direct investments are falling in China, China is still exporting more than ever. How is that possible? In other words, Chinese domestic investment is compensating for the drop in FDI. And strangely, despite the reported fall in FDI, what are German CEOs visiting China for? What are USA CEOs, who went to China recently, even meeting with Xi for? Why is Tesla still expanding in China if all is gloom and doom?

China is still an important production base for Volkswagen and Tesla, producing EVs for the global market much cheaply than if they were located in the USA. USA and Europe are not the only market available for Chinese EV makers. Cheaper Chinese EVs will naturally find a ready market among lower income people in the Global South by itself. And Africa and Latin America are much bigger markets than USA and Europe combined.
