Washington clowns surrendering markets to help China to grow

Sanctions, sanctions and more sanctions. The one trick ponies in Washington can't think of anything else but sanctions. It was effective when the Americans were ruling the world and no one dared to violate their sanctions. North Korea and Cuba had been under the cruel sanctions of the evil Americans for more than 70 years. But they are surviving and finding ways out of the sanctions. And with the rise of China as the factory of the world, these countries can go direct to China, bypassing the American sanctions, to get what they need. This is also applicable to all the countries in the Global South.

There is no more need to buy Americans when they could get all they want from China, cheaper and better. Thus there is no more need for the use of the American dollar. The Americans can sanction all they want. The ultimate effect is isolation of themselves from the rest of the world.

The economic sanctions of Russia, Iran, Venezuela etc etc mean that all the American allies and crony states cannot trade with these countries. This could be a death knell to the victim countries in the past. Today, the void was immediately filled by China. China could sell all the goods needed by these countries, and in return they could sell all their oil and resources to China. A perfect match made in heaven.

The biggest beneficiary of these sanctions is  China's new energy vehicles, EVs. Russia, Iran, Venezueala and many countries are now open to China like a monopoly, without competition from the Americans and the West. Chinese EVs are given a big boost in a crucial time like this, to make a mark in these sanctioned countries, to gain market share and user confidence. It is boom time for Chinese EVs. And EVs are not the only product that China is selling to these countries. It is the entire scope of goods and services, now fully supplied by China. Huawei's 5G, the entire mobile phone industry of China, and military hardware, weapons, once the monopoly of the Americans and the West, now become the major exports of China.

China has the goons in Washington to thank for. They vacated and paved the way for the dominance of Chinese goods in these countries. Once time tested, the reputation and reliability of China's products would gain loyal customers and put an end to their reliance on American and western products.

Japan car industry is the biggest casualty, unable to sell in these countries. Japanese automobiles have already been sinking with sales declining by a huge margin. Also thanks to their stubbornness not to move into EVs in full force. Now their consolation is to pretend that hybrids are better than EVs, but for how long can this self deception holds?

Washington terrorists threaten ICC judges

Notice how the doggies are coming out together to protect war criminal Netanyahu being issued an arrest warrant by ICC. If Putin can be labelled a war criminal by the ICC, it boggles the mind that Netanyahu is not given the same dishonor for his genocides in Gaza, according to his Western backers. That would be the 'mother of all double standards'.

You know what the Mafia clan will do now to scare the ICC leaders to change their minds? The USA, not a signatory to the ICC itself, already used threats of annihilation against ICC leaders if they ever bring war crime charges against leaders like George Bush, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Tony Blair and even military leaders, over the Iraq invasion. In the face of those malicious threats, the ICC leaders were cowed and backed off and did nothing. A war criminal is a war criminal, and forcing ICC not to level charges against those they harbored does not change the reality. Shit is shit and smells just as bad even if we were to call it perfume.

My bet is that the ICC will also back off this time, because the Israeli Mossad and CIA underworld are famous for assassinating those they are up against their interest. How many Iranian military leaders have so far fallen to the USA/Israeli assassination squad is clear for all to see.

The ICC even went so far as attempting to issue an arrest warrant for Rodrigo Duterte, the former President of the Philippines. For what? For cracking down on the drug lords. This is atrocious. I am apt to believe that those drug lords have strong connections to the CIA, probably the de facto 'Al Capone' of all the drug lords in the Philippines. The ICC leaders knew Duterte will never be able to raise a finger to threaten them, and as an act of heroism wants to show the world it is doing right. People can see the hypocrisy.

If the ICC does back off against Netanyahu, the ICC should realistically just be dismantled for good. Ironically the ICC was another tool in the toolbox created by the Anglo-Saxon Whites that had been used by the West to further their agenda, against those they cannot agree with. And ironically, it is turning out to haunt them in a very sticky situation involving Netanyahu.

America's fictional economy growing strongly at 1%, helped by money printing

The USA economy is still solid as a rock according to Biden, with job creation reaching for the moon. Such a view is not shared by Trump, who labelled the job market a 'cesspool'. Wonder how the voters will look at it.

As Profession Richard Wolff puts it, USA's economic growth is all about printing toilet papers, that goes into the stock market to create a bigger and bigger balloon. That is growth in the context of the USA. When BRICS gets it house in order with its currency, settlement system and control of its in house 'grain and energy exchange', that will end the toilet paper printing and put the printing machines out of business.

China is still said to be collapsing with a 5.2% growth in the first quarter of 2024. Huawei was thought to be tottering or even collapsing from the sanctions earlier but still reported a staggering 564% profit growth year on year. USA chipmakers on the other hand are sinking deeper into losses and are of course not collapsing anytime soon. Biden will throw more subsidies into the black hole to keep them alive. What is the truth, or the alternate truth? Do the sanctions work so far against Huawei? Wonder how other sanctions will work against China that is said to be coming up.

I just wonder what TSMC, Samsung and other USA chipmakers are thinking now about their investments in Arizona and prospect moving forward. Their future looks bleak, considering that Huawei is growing stronger by the day and now even making its own lithography machines and selling them cheap. Oh, those are junks they will say, but never forget the junks that China used to turn out and now dominating the market in EVs, solar panels, wind turbines, batteries, and even shipbuilding, the traditional niche of Japan and South Korea in the recent past.

And were not Chinamen also relegated to merely suitable to be cooks and laundrymen? Why is the West now fearful of those Chinamen eating their lunch? Keep denying, go to sleep and everything will turn out fine when they wake up.

China opening new trade route in West coast of South America

China is investing heavily in Chancay Port in Northern Peru. China already had footholds in dozens of South American ports.

Chancay Port will be a game changer for maritime trade between China and South American countries. Chancay will be transformed into a deep water container port where ultra large vessels are able to call. The USA's blockading of the Panama and Suez Canals and the Straits of Malacca will no longer be a matter of survival for China in times of war.

Moreover, ships to and from Chinese ports will save weeks of sailing time across the Pacific Ocean, instead of the longer journey of circumnavigating the Panama Canal. With China's help in building up Chancay Port's infrastructure and deepening its waters for larger ships, even Brazil will benefit tremendously in its export trade, instead of using ports on its Eastern shoreline and travelling a longer distance to reach Asia.

China is exploring every corner of the world to find alternative routes for trade and away from possible USA blockades. The Isthmus of Kra project is still not firmly decided, and the Nicaragua alternative to the Panama Canal is still under consideration. That Canal, if constructed is equally important for South American countries trading with Europe. Of course, the USA is against all this development, as it is losing its strategic objective of using its naval power to blockade essential waterways. China looks ten to twenty years down the road, while the USA looks no further than its nose.

Apple and Foxconn in India, making and selling iPhones to Indians

It is claimed by one particular hardcore anti-China social media site that Apple's move out of China is picking up speed. And with that, Foxconn needed to cut production and laying off workers like no tomorrow in China. Is that really going to hurt China?

For every Western entity moving out of China, there are dozens of Chinese new manufacturing setups ready to take its place. All in new tech or high-tech sectors, not laundry shops or soap kitchen setups. Huawei and Xiaomi have even branched into making EVs, away from their traditional area of making telecommunication equipment and systems, smartphones and also chips. That is how innovative Chinese companies have become.

Apple tried for decades to make EVs and failed miserably and had to abandon the idea. So, do understand that even Apple is not infallible and also subject to failures. Either that or it has now come to realize that it has chosen 'the wrong tree to bark at', knowing that it cannot compete with China in EVs after all.

And remember that those entities that left China not only will lose their footprints in China, after decades of hard work setting them up, but they will also lose the Chinese market as well for good. On top of that they now have to compete with China in the global market if they were to move back to the USA or Europe, where production cost is multiple times that of China.

China is expanding its priority and pouring its resource into new energy manufacturing, that can absorb the skilled workers laid off by Foxconn and others. Foxconn is not the only assembly plant for Apple employing workers in China. Luxshare Precision Industry is also another Apple assembly partner in China. There are so many smartphone players in China that are well known around the world, and they need skilled workers as well as they expand their production.

Apple and Foxconn can enjoy themselves in India, trying out the Indian rope trick, and hanging themselves in the process. They can keep massaging their own ego and believe in their illusion that they are expanding their footprints in India, when they are clearly constrained by skilled workers and engineering talents. Apple's iPhone sales is facing headwinds, not improving with the India move so far. iPhones made in India have been rejected in Europe and Chinese buyers are refraining from touching them. Apart from that, the Chinese Government is phasing out iPhone usage in Government entities.

The only consolation for Apple and Foxconn is that can continue with their agenda of paying 'slave wages' to Indian workers to make bigger profits. And for that, the USA and the West will not say a word. That is their 'double standard' practice, culled from their playbook.
