Africa - ending the white men's myth of superiority

Ursula born the liar is a USA puppet, true and true. Now they want to put her as head of Nato. Does that tell us anything? After destroying Germany and France and the EU, she is going to destroy Nato as well. That would be another blessing in disguise for Russia and China.
China is giving her the ultimate insult, with the bare minimum of protocol. Cruelly humilated? Why treat someone like a human being when you know she has never been known to behave like one. I truly applaud what China did. And the irony is that China gave the red carpet welcome for Macron, while ignoring his 'mummy' just to highlight the contrast in treatment, so the world can see. Do not mess with Xi. And as Seymour Hersh warned the West - Do not mess with Putin.

Blinken is still waiting for that invite from China, which I do not expect will come. Why would China waste time talking to people who goes there with a laundry list of demands that they think China should follow. Human rights tops the list of demands. Who the hell are these people dictating what China must follow? China will not forget the century of humiliation by the Anglo Saxon clique and Japan and the force opening of China to the opium trade. When have the Whites ever respect human rights over this alone?

As African leaders have always said, Africans also have rights and they do not need the Whites to teach them about democracy and human rights. They have seen the total and blatant abuse of human rights and democratic rules by the Whites in Africa during the years of colonisation. And the Whites expect all these to be forgotten and forgiven?

The safest banks to put your money in are in the East

 Strange sounding as it may be, the safest banks to put your life savings in are the banks in Hong Kong and Chinese banks. Long gone were the American or western banks when they can simply seize your deposits for the slightest or silliest excuse, and lo behold, your money is gone. All the fake pretences that the West is a safe place for your hard earned money, starting from the days of putting your nation's gold in Fort Knox, USA is history. Now that they are broke, they have all turned to become robbers and committing daylight robbery. Even Switzerland is no exception.

Singapore is also a good choice as a safe haven to keep your millions and billions. The only fear is that Singapore is too close to the Americans and may become like Switzerland if forced by the Americans with the 'you are with us or against us' clique. Would Singapore capitulate if the Americans demand to confiscate the savings of people and country's money in Singapore banks just like Switzerland did? Big question.

Who would believe that the American banks and western banks are now rogue banks, the most untrustworthy and most dangerous place to put your savings? Yes, they are the rogue banks. But they would still peddle the narrative that China's banks are dangerous because of their political system, and that they did not confiscate your money now, they would do so one day in the future. Just like the narrative that China has not invaded any country but would do so tomorrow or in the future when everyone is dead and gone.

Do you believe in what is happening now or fear the ghost of the future? What is real and what is unreal? What is truth and what is lie?

The proof is where the money is flowing now. Those who have money in American and western banks are marching with their feet, go east, to Hong Kong and Singapore. Both are big winners in this migration of fund. The bank run on USA is starting. The exodus of money for safe havens is unstoppable. No amount of propaganda and lies can stop the owners of wealth to know where is safe to park their money. 

In the same way, the big banks in the West, in the USA, are also switching from American dollars to gold. No amount of fake persuasion can change their move for safety. The greenback is now a highly fragile and unreliable instrument to store wealth.

Well done America, for destroying your credibility as honest, dependable and reliable patrons to protect wealth under your safe keeping. You are history.

China telling silly boys and girls how to behave

 

China is now a super power, and must act and behave like a big power. It must observe the right protocol, treat big and small countries with mutual respect and with decorum. It must not allow silly boys and girls to scratch and bitch around especially when they come calling on Chinese leaders. If silly boys and girls misbehaved, they must be caned accordingly.

This Ursula is not a national leader but just the head of the EU administrative service, like a civil servant, an employee. For her to visit China and behave like she is a national leader and talking rubbish is unacceptable. It is bad protocol and disrespectful. She does not know her place and must be put into her right place.

It is right for China not to accord her VIP treatment and deal with her like a civilian visitor. She asked for it.  Yes, make her go through the normal custom and immigration protocol to let her know that she is just a silly little woman. This will give notice to other silly boys and girls to behave and be respectful when visiting China.

99 year lease properties are transient wealth, a mirage

 Singapore will end up like Japan. So much investment in property which crashed like a house of cards after the Japanese economy tanked, and also took down the stock market, after which Japan could not recover after more than three decades since 1993, mired in stagnation.

Stimulation after stimulation failed to work. From Abenomics to Kishidamics, it is the same result. And Japan is getting desperate by going against USA and EU sanctions on Russia by buying Russian energy and some are talking about Japan joining BRICS as well. Wonder whether that is good or bad for BRICS. Of course it is good for Japan, but remember who is the dog owner.

Yes, there are differences between Japan and Singapore, and I am not going to dwell on the disaster brought about by the 'Plaza Accord', as I am no economist. Singapore always claim we are keeping a tight lid on property prices, or so they say. But the rise, even in HDB prices is just nothing short of ridiculous, just two words - 'still affordable' close the argument.

Maybe they work on the premise that just importing more people to prop up private property prices and create the demand, so that higher prices rising will trickle into the HDB market to boost resale prices, so new flats can be sold more expensively. The market dictates the price, they always say. What is subsidised housing supposed to mean?

But I fear the result will be the same as Japan. Property price rises cannot be without limits. As they say, what goes up must eventually come down. Maybe I am too pessimistic. Everything is so 'FINE'. Japan was equally superfine before the crash.

Jeffrey Sach - A plea for Peace

 

A 2 minute Plea for Peace in Ukraine and the world. American Professor Jeffrey Sach cannot stomach it any longer. And he is not alone. Peace is just a simple thing to have, but so difficult to keep given the sinister agenda of the evil American Empire. The majority of Americans are standing up to tell their evil warmongering politicians that they are not with them. The average Americans want Peace like the people of the world. They are not going to continue to be misled by the evil men and women in Washington braying for war everyday and everywhere. These evil politicians are telling the Americans and the silly people of the world that war is for Peace and they must have perpetual wars to bring about Peace. And the unthinking are still believing this evil American myth. 

But the Americans are now awoke to the evilness of their politicians, good for nothing clowns in Washington, everyday thumping their chests to prove their manhood, that they are tough, but to send innocent American boys and girls to wars and to die for them, while they stay in American homeland shouting war, war, war, war is peace.

The tide is turning against the evil warmongers and the sillies that believed in these warmongers. Peace is Peace. War is not Peace. The whole world must be united and stand up to these warmongers and murderers of children and the innocents. This is a Peace call to stop the war in Ukraine and wars everything started by the evil American Empire. People of the whole world, including Americans, must stop all wars and dump the evil and useless men and women in Washington into the sea of ignominy.
