Preparing Singaporeans for the future

We have heard many talks about preparing Singaporeans for the future. What kind of future can the Singaporeans be looking forward to in SG100? There are many signs appearing supported by facts and figures that are saying Singaporeans future may be something they better not look forward to.
One stark reality today is the influx of foreigners to take up good jobs and top jobs in Singapore, not only in MNCs but in GLCs and increasingly in stats boards, and also in ministries. What is this fearful trend telling?

Even today, while Singaporeans are still in charge, foreigners are increasing being recruited to top jobs, as CEOs in preference to Singaporeans. And what comes next? They start to fill up the company and organizations with their countrymen and country women. The prevalence of this practice is widespread and can be seen everywhere.

As time goes by, more and more Singaporeans would be out of jobs while more and more important jobs would be taken over by the foreigners and their countrymen and country women. Soon they will proclaim that Singaporeans did not have the skill sets and experience for these jobs, for senior appointments to be CEOs, to head departments and divisions. Oh they are already saying this and doing it already.

Without being employed, Singaporeans would only become less skill and less experience and therefore less relevant to the jobs. The whole process is as good as desensitizing Singaporeans from the job market, turning them into misfits, mismatch, and lack of relevant skills. Many daft Singaporeans could not see this dreadful trend and happily going about reinventing themselves to be hawkers, taxi drivers and even deliverymen despite their education and experience in the corporate world. They will keep descending into the lowest level of employment, of survival in this very expensive world.

How woudl all these developments affect the future of Singaporeans and the young of today? They will no longer be holding the top jobs for sure, or very few will. Not only that, they would also not be holding middle management jobs and not even low level jobs. Their fate would be the same as the non bumis in Malaysia. They have to go into small businesses, peddling pots and pans, to be self employed as they are no longer employable or no foreigner CEOs would want to hire them in Singapore. Yes, they should all be taxi drivers, security guards and hawkers and dressed impeccably as deliverymen. And of course there is still one big job reserved and protected for them, National Service, to guard and protect this island for the foreigners to rule them after taking over their jobs.

I am afraid this reality is increasingly become more real than fiction and will turn into a nightmare for future Singaporeans. Singaporeans, be prepared for a future when they become the outcast, the dalits of their own country, once called Singapore, once your home. Beware and be prepared for this fate if things did not change and the course of social and economic development continues in this direction. A stop must be put to this destructive trend to save Singaporeans and Singapore from the indiscriminate and irresponsible presence of foreigners to dominate over Singaporeans and to destroy the future of Singaporeans.

We cannot hand our country to the foreigners by default, without a fight. Stop going for more silly training to lower skill jobs. You should be upgrading when you go for training, not downgrading. Why pay and spend precious time to traing to downgrade? What nonsense!

The Singaporeans of the past were all the time trying to upgrade and improve themselves. Why are the Singaporeans of today told to downgrade and be happy with the situation?

Dr Paul Craig's article and his frustration with trolls

Below are some paragraphs from Dr Craig's article posted in the 4th Dimension that exposed the realities and dirty works of trolls and despicable people in the social media. He is absolutely disgusted with such shameless people.

The North Korean “crisis” is a Washington orchestration. North Korea was last at war 1950-53. N. Korea has not attacked or invaded anyone in 64 years. …. …. So what is the demonization of N. Korea by the presstitutes and Trump administration about?

It is about the same thing that the demonization of Iran was about. The “Iranian threat” was an orchestration that was used as cover to put US anti-ballistic missile bases on Russia’s borders. An anti-ballistic missile (ABM) is intended to intercept and destroy nuclear-armed ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles) and prevent them from reaching their targets.

Washington claimed that the anti-ABM bases were not directed at Russia, but were for the protection of Europe against Iran’s nuclear ICBMs. Insouciant Americans might have believed this, but the Russians surely did not as Iran has neither ICBMs nor nuclear weapons.

The Russian government has made it clear that Russia understands the US bases are directed at preventing a Russian retaliation against a Washington first strike.

The Chinese government also is not stupid. The Chinese leadership understands that the reason for the N. Korean “crisis” is to provide cover for Washington to put anti-ballistic missile sites near China’s border.

In other words, Washington is creating a shield against nuclear retaliation from both Russia and China from a US nuclear strike against both countries....

I then looked at the comment sections on other sites that repost my columns, and there were the trolls hired by the CIA, Mossad, National Endowment for Democracy, George Soros, NATO, US State Department, and others denouncing me for promoting nuclear war. Of course, it is Washington that is promoting nuclear war, and it is Washington that has convinced Russia and China that a preemptive nuclear strike is in their future....

I seldom see an intelligent comment on websites that have comment sections. Most comments come from people too ashamed to speak in their real names and who are unwilling to provide their real email addresses. Almost all comments come from narcistic ignorant fools hiding behind fake names and fake email addresses and from paid trolls.

I don’t write in order to be slandered by paid trolls and ignorant narcissistic fools. I regard it as highly irresponsible for websites to undercut their writers with anonymous accusations and slander from no one knows who....

Willy Trump. South China Sea, Traitors and Warmongers.

PART   1.   American fake news claim leaders across Asia are looking to Washington for guidance on a variety of of pressing issues in Asia. If this is true these leaders have yet to realise that looking to US for guidance is as good as looking for endless trouble, choas, instabilities and wars. These leaders can possibly be traitors and obsequious American running dogs.

The fake news also claim these Asian leaders are worried that President Moon Jae-in is seeking a more conciliatrory approach with North Korea contrary to US bellicose policy. They also worry Trump may stop trying to counter China's growing influence in South China Sea.  They long for America to create wars and destabilities in South East Asia as it has done in the Middle East.

The news agency keep on saying 'Asian leaders'. It should be more open and name the Asian leaders and not hide behind the screen of anonimity. However, one character, not an Asian leader but an Australian professor by the name of Carlyle A Thayer of the University of New South Wales openly lamented that the withdrawal of America from the region will turn " the South China Sea into a Chinese lake." He conveniently forgets that he and his European ancestors have stolen the Australian continent from the natives of Australia and as recently in 1980s Australia stole the East Timor Sea from the East Timorese nation in the most bizarre and treacherous manner because it coveted the rich oil deposit beneath that sea.

The Asian leaders which the fake news alluded are actually imposters . They are white supremacists anti China leaders as seen in Carlyle A Thayer. They can also be pro American 5th columns in many of Singapore's institutes of higher learnings and international studies.Or possibly it can be some shameless obsequious pro-American and pro-Japanese political leaders in two or three ASEAN countries.

They claim Trump will lose credibility if he does not continue to challenge China in the South China Sea and America may lose long time economic and security cum military alliance in the region. They insist Trump must challenge China vigorously to prevent countries in the region from moving close to China. They want Trump to assure them that American long standing bellicose foreign policy towards China remains rigid and unnegotiable. They want Trump to take a more aggressive stand towards China and to fan the fire beyond North Korea. Here it can be seen at work are the hands of the American warmongers . They are the Anglo-Saxon Zionist Rothschild Illuminati Cabal which runs and controls the government of whichever party come to power in US be it Democrats or Republicans. The Cabal also exercise full control over Wall Street, American banksters, CIA and the huge
Pentagon's war industrial complex. Under the Illuminati Cabal US fought more than two hundred and thirty wars of aggression against other countries and made trillions of dollars out of these wars. It is time Russia and China join forces and bring the next war to American mainland.

PART   2

The Neo-Conservatives in the Illuminati Cabal said Trump should not make any concessions to China as far as the East China Sea and South China Sea is concerned. They object to Mr Moon's conciliatory approach towards DPRK and want Trump to apply maximum pressure on North Korea. They persuade Trump to expedite sales of offensive weapons to Taiwan. They strongly object to China's development in her own territories in the South China Sea and want Rex Tillerson to deny China's access to the region. These are dangerous warmongers who want US to adopt a straight face Anti-China policy with no room for negotiation or compromise. They want war and confrontation with China. They think US can win in a nuclear war against China. They must be dreaming and still living in the last century . They must know China is not alone for Russia is part of the Chinese-Russian equation in an open conflict or war against America. Nevertheless, the Russians and Chinese have pledged that the next world war will not be fought anywhere else but in
America's mainland.

Trump is a willy businessman now turned into a willy politician. He tries to make use of Russia against China and vice-versa. That doesn't seem to work for the moment. Now he tries to make use of China against North Korea. When things are more settled in North East Asia he will continue to confront China in the South China Sea albeit at the behest of the controlling masters in the Illuminati Cabal.

However the scenario in the South China Sea has of now turn more settled and peaceful due to the matured wisdom of Duterte of the Philippines and Najib of Malaysia and to a lesser extent Vietnam. However China and the neighbouring countries must still be on guard for the Japanese and American warmongers will never give up wars and distabilities whenever an occasion arises. Also South East Asia is awashed with traitors and pro-American running dogs and 5th columns especially those found in the institutes of higher learnings and international studies in Singapore and some other ASEAN countries.

When globalisation makes a sham of national policies

The left ball did not know what the right ball is thinking. This is what happens when national policies were cooked without being mindful of the harm of globalization could do to undermine national policies. A very good case is the influx of foreign fake graduates to replace Singaporean graduates in the economy when there is a cap of 30% put on each cohort for admission to local universities.

The statestimesreview has an article that succinctly exposed the stupidity when the two policies are in conflict and as usual, the daft Singaporeans would bear the brunt of the stupidity. Here is an excerpt from the statestimesreview.

‘Minister Ong Ye Kung: Only 30% of Singaporeans allowed to be degree holders, the rest go Poly ITE

http://statestimesreview.com/2017/05/04/minister-ong-ye-kung-only-30-of-singaporeans-allowed-to-be-degree-holders-the-rest-go-poly-ite/

Education Minister Ong Ye Kung made the revelation today (May 4th) at a forum discussion in Switzerland, and also said the policy is to prevent degree holders flooding the market like “some Asian countries”:

“In Singapore, this means capping the proportion of graduates in a cohort at about 30 to 40 per cent, while training the rest for vocations in various industries. This approach has ensured there was no glut of graduates in Singapore, and kept graduate unemployment low, unlike in some Asian countries.”

In the meantime, foreigners qualifying for Employment Pass (EP) will need to hold a minimum Bachelor Degree – even when the degree is from a village university in Philippines, China or India. EP visa holders are also guaranteed a Minimum Wage of S$3,600, while there is no Minimum Wage for Singaporeans…’

.
The article provided more details of the adverse consequences on Singaporeans that ended up as fools and victims of the two policies. How could this thing happen for so long and no one could see how wrong it has become and no one thinks it is important enough to put it right? We restrict our own talents from entering universities but brought in all the craps and fakes to replace them. We pay the craps and fakes better salaries while our 'bypassed' talents ended up at the lower end of the food chain.

This is definitely a crime against our very own citizens. The whole thing is so silly, beyond comprehension, totally irresponsible.

China playing catch up with Singapore

China has been playing catching up with Singapore but is losing. When Singapore started industrialisation in the 60s, China was still a backward agricultural economy. It then sent many delegations of civil servants here to learn the trick of the trade using Singapore as a role model. Over the last 40 years China made progress, opened up to the world and industrialised. The millions of bicycles on the road instead of cars also gave way, just like Singapore in the last 40 years, and cars started to appear on the road to replace the bicycles.

Singapore has done that and moved on. The roads that are filled with cars in Singapore is starting to give way as Singapore progresses. This time Singapore is moving ahead again. Singaporeans are encouraged to ride bicycles instead of buying cars. Soon the roads of Singapore will be filled with bicycles again, just like China before opening up to the world. China would have a tough act to follow Singapore this time, to abandon the use of cars and to go back to riding bicycles.  It is unlikely that China could catch up with Singapore in making its people to ride bicycles again, and very likely also a choice to abandon backward third world mode of transportation when people cannot afford to buy cars.

China is also losing out in housing after copying our housing models. Singaporeans have gone through the phase of buying bigger and bigger homes and asset enhancement. China is starting to do just that, with its nouve riche population rushing in to buy bigger and bigger homes. China did not know that the new trend of development, of progress, is to buy smaller homes, even to make babies, the smaller the cosier. Singaporeans are getting so rich that they know cars are wasteful, and so are bigger homes. So Singaporeans have embarked on a new trend, to buy smaller homes as a new lifestyle choice. When would China tell its people that small homes/flats are good and would not affect their quality of life?

Singaporeans are on the next phase of progress, not only buying smaller homes but trading them for retirement, come empty handed, go empty handed. China would take time to catch up with Singapore, for its people to start to buy smaller homes, and to tell its people to come empty handed and go empty handed, trading their homes for retirement, no more life long state pensions.

There are several areas that China has yet to embark on to be like Singapore, like paying their politicians millions to make them instant millionaires. This is something that China is still very backward and would never catch up with Singapore. Would China also learn from Singapore to bring in foreign talents to help create jobs for its locals? Would China dilute its core population with foreigners? Would China start to sell its strategic assets to foreigners as the next phase of their development?

Singapore is streaking ahead in many fields and enterprises. Would China also learn from Singapore to get its universities ranked among the best in the world? Never mind if our best graduates cannot built spacecraft, cannot build aircraft carriers, cannot build high speed trains after graduating from our world best universities. The progress is in getting the universities ranked as world best and get a degree from world best universities is the goal.

By the look of things, China will never catch up with Singapore and its people will be stuck with bigger homes and cars and not wanting to ride bicycles again. And its political leaders would never smell what it is like to be paid millions of dollars in salary and what it would be like to be millionaire politicians, and what dignity is all about boosted by a big pay cheque.

Singaporeans are now happily switching their cars to bicycles as a healthy way of life while the Chinese are pursuing their unhealthy and wasteful dreams of car ownership.
