National Security Questions That Need Answers

From the perspective of national security, these questions really bothers me no end over the last few years:

1. Why did the President of Singapore, Halimah Yacob approved one man to hold and helm two powerful ministries that are clearly in direct conflicts of interests (Ministry of Law formulates and issue laws and orders whereas Ministry of Home Affairs maintains law and order)?

2. Why did the PM advised the President to allow one Minister to be concurrently incharge of two ministries when there are so many spare ministers hanging around doing things of very little import?

3. Worst of all, the concurrent appointments are not temporarily held but have been stretched over a very long and significant period of time. Thereby entrenching the incumbent's power significantly and overwhelmingly. This is unnecessary and avoidable. Why allow one person to become so powerful?

4. As such, it seems the PM and President are powerless to appoint another Minister to hold one of the two Ministries being held by Mr Shanmugam, who has become too powerful for the good of Singapore and against wisdom. This careless deployment of personnel is not only out of the ordinary but also very disturbing and dangerous. This is easily preventable. Why allow the situation to be so?

I am sure many other fellow citizens must be asking the same or similar questions in one way or another, at one time or another.

LAWRENCE WONG ON RACE

After weeks of drift and despair, this was a speech we needed to hear. There is still some way for the establishment to go — but then it wouldn’t be called the establishment if it were capable of radical quantum leaps.

Here is what I liked:

1. At last, a PAP leader expressed empathy for the lived experience of minorities, and asked the majority to be more sensitive: “So, it is important for the majority community in Singapore to do its part, and be sensitive to and conscious of the needs of minorities. This cuts across all aspects of daily life. It matters to someone who faces discrimination when looking for a job. It matters when someone feels left out when everyone else in a group speaks in a language that not all can understand. It matters to potential tenants who learn that landlords do not prefer their race. It matters to our students, neighbours, co-workers and friends who have to deal with stereotypes about their race, or insensitive comments.” The most universal and everyday of racial exclusions is the use of Chinese in work and social settings, so it was especially significant that the minister mentioned this. (Today and ST dropped this from their news reports, while CNA paraphrased the quote, which is why I've reproduced it above.)

2. While an announcement of policy changes was never on the cards for this occasion, the minister said more than once that all race-related policies, from the GRC system to HDB quotas, were open for discussion and periodic review. Is this enough? Well, if he does not have strong convictions that the PAP is more right than wrong, he would not be a PAP leader. That said, he was not excessively defensive, and showed a receptiveness to other points of view, especially in the Q&A.

3. He found a palatable way to urge minorities and antiracists to be patient if fellow Singaporeans still don’t get it. Too many establishment types – oddly obsessed with American culture wars and sounding as hysterical as Fox News – have been talking as if antiracists are a greater threat to Singapore than racists. Wong did none of that. He just made the reasonable point that if we are all in this together, we can’t leave behind Singaporeans for whom antiracist discourse is very new and alien. Call out racism. But play the ball, not the man. It reminds me of what a liberal Dutch cartoonist told me about why he chooses not to take cheap shots at the Right by, for example, comparing them to Nazis: “You can’t open someone’s eyes by slapping his face.”

4. While he appealed for care in the choice of means, he did not fudge about the ends: Singapore must be more equal. This wasn’t like the PAP’s atrocious split-the-difference approach to gay rights: liberals want this, conservatives want that, so let’s keep 377A but not actively enforce it. No, at no point did Wong suggest that racists and others who are comfortable with the status quo should be allowed to set the agenda. Racial equality is non-negotiable.

5. Wong made it clear that he welcomes civil society engagement on this issue. This is important because there are things that could be done for which we can’t expect the PAP to be at the cutting edge. Before the speech, I told myself that I’d give Wong an 8/10 if he announced an independent race commission to look deeply and holistically at this issue. I was not surprised he didn’t. But I was very happy that NTU sociologist Laavanya Kathiravelu, speaking on the IPS panel immediately after Wong’s session, proposed exactly this. It wasn’t picked up by the moderator for further discussion. But this is something that civil society should explore.

I’ve written (in PAP v PAP, co-authored with Donald Low) that the PAP also needs to review the LKY legacy and publicly disavow his more questionable statements about race. Realistically, though, for current PAP leaders to do so would be like the Chinese Communist Party taking Mao’s portrait down from Tiananmen next week when it celebrates its 100th birthday. We’d have to wait for a 5G or 6G PAP leadership to go anywhere near there.

What we can reasonably demand of 4G is that the PAP exercise better moral leadership on race. In 2019, Sudhir Vadaketh declared in a vodcast that he could no longer trust politicians to lead us on race. The problems that led him to this conclusion are probably still present. Major political movements, like religions, contain multiple conflicting tendencies. On Friday, Wong showed a side of the PAP leadership that many can get behind, or at least work with. Time will tell if it prevails.

Congratulations to the Chinese Communist Party - CCP on its Centenary - 1st July, 2021

 

    Southernglory1 and all overseas Chinese  and friends are proud to congratulate the People's Republic of China as the Chinese Communist Party - CCP also known as CPC - Communist Party of China, as China celebrates the CCP's Centenary - 100 Years Anniversary on1st of July, 2021.

The CCP is synonymous to the PRC as without the Chineses Communist Party there will never the People's Republic of China. The CCP has liberated the Chinese people's mind, soul, spirit, economy, industry, politics and the military. With this liberation China and the Chinese people have thrown away forever the shackles of Western and Japanese aggression, invasion, colonialism and imperialism.

The fight and struggle of the CCP is the mirror of the historical epic fight and struggle of  China and the Chinese people against Western and Japanese brutal wars of aggression and invasion of China from the 1830s to 1949. The fight and struggle was long and arduous and demanded the great stoic self sacrificial spirit of every Chinese patriot.  It was the national ethos that the Chinese Dragon's  5,000 years civilization, the Chinese dignity, pride and self-respect were under threat and all foreign aggressions and invasions must be resisted fiercely and persistently without end  with the solidarity and unity of the national spirit of one people, one mind and one heart at all cost so as to liberate China and preserve the glorious Chinese Dragon Civilization. 

The 5,000 years Chinese Civilization has survived whereas all other ancient civilizations have been destroyed by wars and mismanagement. But during the last over 100 years from 1839 to 1948 China faced the greatest danger to her survival due to internal upheavals and constant Western and Japanese wars of aggression against China. 

In the 1850s to 1870s some Chinese patriots organized the Tai Ping organisation to topple the decadent Ching Dynasty and to get rid of the British and French invaders. The leader of the Tai Ping was an eccentric Chinese Christian by the name of Hung Hsiu Chuan. But the British and the French joined the Ching Dynasty to suppress the Tai Ping because they did not want to lose  all their priviledges under the  Ching Dynasty. In the meantime more Western powers including the United States, Russia and Japan joined in to attack China and carved away Chinese sovereign territories. 

The British took away South-western Xinjiang - the Aksai Chin plateau and South-eastern Tibet , the Russians took away the Lake Baikal region including Tannu Tuva and all the lands north of the Heilongjiang River and the Maritime Province up to the Pacific coast including the Sakhalin Island, France took away Cochin China, Cambodia, Tonking and Annam, while Japan took away the Liu Chiu Dao or Ryukyu Islands and Taiwan.

In 1911 Dr. Sun Yat-Sen toppled the Ching Dynasty. But his hold on China was precarious because all the Western powers including US and Japan did not want to see a strong united China. From 1911 to 1925 China faced all kinds of dangerous intrigues from the West and Japan. Thus amidst the choas and danger to Chinese survival the Chinese Communist Party was formed to address the survival of China. The CCP was founded by Professor Li Da-Zhoa, Professor Chen Tu-Hsiu, Mao Tse-Tung , Zhou En Lai and 25 others. It was officially launched in Shanghai on 1st July, 1921 in a secret meeting in a boat in the middle of the Nanhu Lake in Southeastern China's Jiaxing City. 

From the very beginning the CCP faced great dangers and obstacles both from Western powers and from internal enemies like the warlords and the highly corrupted Nationalist Party - the Kuomintang (KMT) of brainless Chiang Kai-Shek. In 1927 Chiang Kai-Shek hunted down the communists and slaughtered tens of thousands of its members in Shanghai and in other towns and cities. However, under the great leadership of MaoTse-Tung and his comrades the CCP survived and was soon destined to lead China in the momentous fight against the Japanese aggression and invasion.

After defeating the Japanese invaders in 1945,  the CCP had to face a civil war against the imbecile and useless Chiang Kai-Shek who was greatly supported by the British and the  Americans who were bent on destroying the Chinese communists. On April 21st 1949, the British sent a warship 'The Amethyst' to the Huangpu River in Shanghai to intimidate the CCP's People's Liberation Army (The PLA). Gun battles ensued and in  an exchange of  fire with the PLA's shore batteries the Amethyst was destroyed. England sent another two warships including the heavy cruiser 'London" the largest warship in the Far East to rescue the Amythyst. The PLA  shore batteries routed the heavy cruiser 'London' and the other warship. For over a hundred years British and other foreign warships were able to sail up and down the Huangpu and the Yangtze Rivers with impunity. The world especially the Western powers were greatly stunned by the PLA's destruction of the three British naval ships. Soon all the Western powers moved their warships out of Chinese rivers. The PLA was able to clear the Huangpu and the Yangtze rivers from foreign warships as well as from other Chinese rivers and Chinese coast line. 

For over a hundred years Western powers and Japan were able to kick China around with impunity. Now the PLA was able to give the foreign powers their own medicine.

In the meantime the Chinese civil war continued. Chiang Kai Shek's KMT was heavily supported by the Americans with military hardware and airforce. Nevertheless, in the end the CCP led by Chairman Mao and his comrades were able to win the civil war and on October 1st, 1949, Chairman Mao was able to proclaim the establishment of the People's Republic of China in Tiananmen Square. 

At the time of his defeat Chiang Kai-Shek and his clique of Chinese traitors were ferried to Taiwan by American war planes. The United States then stationed its Seventh Fleet in the Taiwan Strait to prevent the PLA from capturing Taiwan to complete the unification of Taiwan with the Chinese mainland. The Americans clearly have not learnt a lesson from PLA's destruction of the British naval ships in the Huangpu River on April 21st, 1949. If the US continues to interfere in the as yet unfinished Chinese civil war it will  one day surely face total disgraceful defeat and destruction from the CCP's glorious People's Liberation Army, navy and airforce.

In 1950 the Americans started the Korean War hoping to make use of Korea as a spring board to help Chiang Kai-Shek to retake mainland China. When they bombed Chinese territory across the Yalu River, China was forced to intervene in the Korean War. The Korean War lasted from 1950 to 1953. Against all odds facing superior American armory and airforce the CCP's People's Liberation Army of volunteers won great victories against the mighty American armed forces.

After the Korean War the CCP leadership realized the importance and urgency of the multiple needs of expediting the development of Chinese science and technology, industry, agriculture, the economy and the military simultaneously. This great foresight of the CCP leadership  and its resolve and  ability to galvanize solid support from the people enable China to build up to what it is today, a strong, rich and powerful country and nation that commands respect from both friends and enemies and that no one should try to trifle with.

The heroic deeds of the CCP in taming internal upheavals and  defeating foreign brutal invaders and in subsequently building up a strong and powerful China will forever and eternally be ingrained in Chinese minds and souls as the saving stars of China and all Chinese people.

let's drink, rejoice and salute to the glorious Chinese Communist Party with three toasts. The First Toast is to the glorious CCP which will continue to rule and guide the Chinese nation to ever more greater success and achievements in the next millenium. The Second Toast is to the great resolve and iron fighting spirit of the People's Liberation Army which is the powerful guardian of the Chinese nation. The Third Toast is to all Chinese people who are the indomitable souls and spirits of the glorious Chinese Dragon Civilization.

Covid19 - Suspend vaccination of the young

Goh Meng Seng posted this Israeli letter addressed to the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Health in theTRE, urging the govt to stop the vaccination of young people.

The content of the letter is self explanatory. Look at the first sentence in the second part of the letter on suspension of vaccination of the young.

Glimpses Of The Systemic Political Dislocation Of Singapore

1. It is now quite clear that the main agenda of our formidable Mastermind is to attack the Chinese Majority as racist in order to weaken and disunite the Chinese Singaporeans. At least one or two imbeciles have already fell into the trap. Such imbeciles are making themselves looking like fools. Such fools cannot and must not be the next PM of Singapore.

2. The attack on the Chinese Majority is also to make the Chinese voters go against the PAP and vote against the PAP, so as to prepare the ground for another party to replace the PAP in time to come - 2 GEs from now.

3. Over the next five years the Chinese votes for the PAP will still form a significant and critical part of the total votes. The Mastermind knows that PAP will still be elected. This is the time for the Mastermind to install the Puppet PM and then allow him to be toppled in the next GE by the selected Opposition Party. After that, all the blames will be poured upon him and his family.

4. During this period, we have to be aware that whoever stands out to speak against the Chinese Majority, is a stooge and a traitor. He must not be trusted at all.

5. The mastermind may not want to be the next PM. He will hide and remain in the background or backseat. It is not yet time for him to expose himself.

6. The Mastermind is a very skillful the king-maker. The next king and queen will be his puppets or stooges.

7. It looks like the present Queen has been bought or compromised but the next Queen and King will be worst.

8. If my assessment is correct, the next King and Queen are likely to be young, inexperienced, unsteady, lack of self-confidence and easily manipulated. They will deliver the seat of power to the Opposition.

9. The Opposition Party that will replace the PAP will be getting stronger and stronger in the next five years, getting ready to take over the total control of Singapore in ten years time.

10. The new ruling party will be have foreign supporters financially, politically and militarily.

How dangerous is electronic banking? Who shall be liable for fraud?

Facebook user Danica Alena Choo put up a post on June 16 that detailed how seven transactions totalling S$10,150 were made on her supplementary credit card without her knowledge.

In January this year, Choo tried to make an online purchase with her supplementary card, but it was declined.

When she called DBS to find out why, she was told that she had exceeded the credit limit.

"To my horror, I learnt that a total of SEVEN consecutive transactions were charged to my card, each amounting to approximately S$1,400. The total damage was S$10,150."

According to the bank, these transactions were made with a OTP (one-time password), meaning that they were secure. Because of this, the bank said that it was unable to refund the money.

"But guess what? I did NOT receive any OTP for these seven transactions at all.

The bank claimed I could have keyed in the OTP by mistake. But seven times?! Did the bank seriously think I would be tricked into giving the OTP to a stranger seven times?

Long story short, we are liable for the charges."

 

The above is reported in mothership.sg. In this case it was obvious that a fraud was committed 7 to 10 times. The card owner claimed innocence.  DBS also claimed innocence. Card owner has to pay.

Who shall be liable? How dangerous can electronic banking and credit card transactions be?

It is so scary.  

What kind of safeguards must be put in place to protect customers? $10,000 is nothing to a bank but could be all that a customer has. 

Who should be investigating the fraud? Would the bank be investigating after denying responsibility and liability?

PS.  I have cut down all my credit cards limit. Even ATM card limit also slashed for security reasons.

Tens Of Thousands Flee Dhaka Before Bangladesh COVID Lockdown

A sudden rise in the number of infections in the month of June forces the Bangladesh government to impose a strict lockdown, from Monday 28 June, to contain the spread of the Type D coronavirus. This has caused an exodus from the capital city Dhaka.

Tens of thousands of migrant workers started to flee Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka on Sunday, before the impending lockdown that will curtail most economic activities and confine people to their homes as coronavirus infections soar unpredictably.

Restrictions on activities and movement have been in place since mid-April as cases and deaths jumped. However, as they have not been enforced, people did adhere to the restrictions.

The infections decreased in May but started to rise again this month, with over 6,000 cases and more than 100 deaths daily.

The resurgence has prompted the government to toughen restrictions in stages from Monday, with economic activities to shut down by Thursday.

People will be ordered to stay at home and only emergency services and export-oriented factories can continue to operate.

The lockdown that is to start from July 1 will be strict, bringing a complete shutdown of the city, and it will be enforced by the military.

With public inter-city transportation already suspended since June 22, people have squeezed into rickshaws, hopped on to motorbikes and even hired ambulances to make their way to their villages.

Ferries have been operating on overdrive, with some running services 24 hours a day and cramming more than 1,000 passengers on each trip.

“We don’t want them to overcrowd the ferry. But they don’t listen. There is a mad rush of people everywhere," said an overwhelmed police officer.

A senior official at the state-run Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation said that at least 50,000 people had crossed the river by ferries on Sunday alone.

“We did not have any choice but to leave the city. During the lockdown, there is no work. And if we don’t work, how do we pay rent? So we packed up everything and are going back to our village,” said a 60 year old man who was waiting for the ferry.

Mohammad Masum, 30, a street vendor in Dhaka, said it was better to return home and “spend the time with family” than be confined in the capital.

Bangladesh has reported more than 880,000 infections and at least 14,000 deaths due to the coronavirus, but experts say the actual toll could be much higher due to rampant under-reporting, like in the neighbouring countries.

Can China breaks out of the first island chain?

Anyone asking this question today got to have his head check. I just read it somewhere that one pseudo western scholar did asked this question. My simple answer, the person asking this question is basically a D grade student or D grade scholar and did not know what he is thinking, or still living in his own world of make beliefs. A hillbilly of sort.

The American strategy at one time was to contain China within the first island chain, stretching from Japan down to Taiwan and the Philippines. The Americans then were the most powerful sea and air power to be able to do that. And China was still militarily very weak vis a vis the Americans, particularly in air and sea power. No Chinese ship can ever think of sailing further than the first island chain if the Americans did not want it to do so.

The whole western Pacific, all the seas surrounding China, were as good as an American lake. The American navy and air force were the undisputed and unchallenged masters of this lake. Chinese ships would be contained within the first island chain, China would be contained within the first island chain in the event of war or hostility. And the Americans could sail their aircraft carriers to the door of China any time they wished in a show of force, through the Taiwan Straits, and China could do nothing about it.

That was 20 years ago.  China took the humiliation in the show of force but did not sit idle.  They went on to develop a new military strategy called Anti Access, Area Denial Strategy,  to deny and stop the American warships from entering the area bounded by the first island chain and also the second island chain that extended further to Guam in the Pacific Ocean. For this strategy to be effective, China must develop weapons to threaten American warships in the area. China came out with DF21 and DF26 anti ship and anti aircraft carrier missiles with range of 2,000 km to 4,000 km from its shores. 

With these missiles and other complements of war, submarines, bombers, drones, warships etc etc, China today is in control of all the seas around its coast lines, extending 4,000 km outwards. Any warship within this range is a sitting duck and would be killed when war breaks out. China has turned its coastal seas, the Yellow Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea into a China lake.

The question of, can China breaks out of the first island chain, is moronic, obsolete today. A better question, would American ships be able to enter the China lake, ie the seas within the second island chain without being sunk by China. The so called American fantasy of freedom of navigation trips around the South China Sea is only possible in peace time, when China does not press the buttons. No thinking American commanders would dare to risk an aircraft carrier with 7,000 men and 100 aircraft or American warship in the China lake in times of war. They would stay far far away from the striking range of Chinese missiles for safety. The China lake would be for Chinese ships to patrol and guard against enemy ships.

Now, who's that asking if China can break out of the first island chain? Need to see a shrink and has his head checked. The military might of the Americans is still as before. But the military clout of China has grown beyond recognition and could keep the American ships out of the western Pacific Ocean, out of the China lake, no longer able to cause mischief in China's court yard, in China's lake.

Actually the range of Chinese missiles now encompass the Indian Ocean as well. Don't fool around with the Chinese missile and air defence system.

My Random Thoughts And Concerns For Singapore

The Indian minority, with a hidden majority as a reserve pool under the CECA weapon of mass invasion, is getting bolder and bolder by the days, until it has begun to exert pressure and create troubles for the leaders and other races in Singapore.

What makes the Indian minority become bolder and bolder? Probably because of the following:

1. The lop-sidered number of key and top posts being held by them. This is very unfair and unjustifiable.

2. The Law Ministry and Home Affairs Ministry being held by the same person makes him more powerful the the Prime Minister and the Judiciary. He can easily put the Prime Minister and his family under house arrest if he wish to. This is very worrisome.

3. The CECA Trojan Horse has entered Singapore 15 years ago. By now the hidden invaders have already reached the critical mass required to overcome, overwhelm and overthrow the existing balance of power because they control most of the key sectors of the economy, banking, finance, logistics, security and technology. This is very threatening.

4. By October this year, less than four months from now, Temasek Holdings will hand over command and control to another Indian figure. This move is very suspicious and worrisome, and therefore very unwise.

5. May be the GIC will be handed over to another Indian very soon? If so, this will be the ultimate blow to all our Reserves and our country.

6. It is very strange that the moment Workers' Party secretary-general had been taken over by an Indian, he has been given the title Leader of the Opposition with allowances raised, and given many other perks too. I wonder who was the one behind the scene to have advised the PM in this issue?

7. Why is our PM remaining strangely quiet nowadays and allowing a few other ministers to take the lead in certain important issues and so they have the opportunity to overshadow him or undermine his authority? This is very suspicious.

8. Things at the top are happening very strangely nowadays. Therefore, my very inquisitive mind can't help but has to ask the following questions:

1) Is our PM under any threat or blackmail?

2) Has our PM been compromised in anyway whatsoever? Or,

3. Was he advised by someone to wind down and take it easy, and let some others take the lead?

I hope everything is okay with our PM.

I also hope that Singapore leaders are wise enough to see through the veils and deceptions being put up by certain quarters in our society.

Keeping my fingers crossed that things will be fine after all.

S'pore doctors publish open letter calling for halt to Covid-19 jabs for 200,000 schoolboys - ST June 27

Some doctors and cardiologists here have written an open letter appealing to the Expert Committee on Covid-19 Vaccination to halt the vaccination exercise for some 200,000 schoolboys, following the death of a 13-year-old in the United States after he received the vaccination.

The US media last Thursday (June 24) reported that the boy, from Saginaw county in Michigan, died three days after getting his second dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, supposedly from heart failure.

The open letter, which was published on Facebook last Saturday by a cardiologist, Dr Kho Kwang Po, was addressed to Professor Benjamin Ong, chairman of the expert committee.

The letter was co-signed by Dr Kho, Dr Wong Wui Min, a cardiologist and heart specialist at W.M. Wong Cardiac and Medical Clinic in Gleneagles Hospital, Dr A.M. Chia, Dr L.W. Ping, and Dr I.W. Yang, "on behalf of many concerned paediatricians, primary care physicians, specialists, surgeons and GPs".

PS. Would the PM or Minister of Health think this is important enough to stop the vaccination of school boys and girls? Or are they waiting for a few deaths to change course?

CHINA IS A DEMOCRACY

China is a democracy by Lincoln's definition, says former Singaporean FM George Yeo. "My view of democracy goes back to the essence of democracy, to the Greek origin of what democracy is - which is the people as master. Abraham Lincoln talked about government of the people, by the people, for the people. By this definition, China is a democracy," Yeo says.

In an article published in The Economist on 17 November 2020, Kishore Mahbubani wrote: “Paradoxically, a China-led order could turn out to be more ‘democratic’ because China does not seek to export its model, and it can live with a diverse, multipolar world.”

Though this claim enrages many Westerners, regardless of the metric employed, electively, popularly, procedurally, operationally, substantively, financially, and technologically, China is a thriving democracy and America is not." PS. America is a fake democracy, rule by 1%, from the 1% , for the 1%. Internationally it is an Empire that ruled the world by force. No one is allowed to choose the political system or leadership without the approval of the Americans. The countries of the world have no choice but oppression under the evil American Empire. Now I can see all the Black chess pieces that have been put in place, slowly but steadily, over the last 10 years.

These are strategic POSITIONS.

They are put there to achieve a strategic purpose - CHECKMATE.

The checkmate on the White King can be easily done with a few more moves.

One of these few more moves has been exposed.

It is the Racist move to create distraction, pressure and tension.

Someone must be the mastermind, over the last 10 years, to have conceived, planned and manoeuvred all these moves behind the scenes, very cleverly and skillfully.

- stuck with AZ vaccine of “wrong” choice if already fully vaccinated

- stuck with AZ vaccine and NO OPTION OF CONTINUING THE SAME RISK that has gone badly wrong because second dose of AZ won’t be made available to them.

- mixed it with other vaccines (also rubbish???) which may or may not compound their risks of future adverse side effects UNSEEN NOW AND MAYBE UNCONTAINABLE IN THE FUTURE of complications.

THE VACCINE ROLL-OUT WAS VERY QUICK OF A RUSHED CAMPAIGN IN BOTH COUNTRIES and in a few months since POLITICS AND SCIENCE have “regretted” the bad choice taken.

HOW MANY LIVES RUINED ALREADY AND HOW MANY MORE LIVES POLITICS WANTS TO RUIN OF INCOMPREHENSIBLE INSANITY LOGIC....

When every joker, know or did not know, school girls, aunties etc etc are encouraged to come out to tell the seniors to go for vaccine jabs, you know something is badly wrong. Beware when the maddening crowd become the target of politics.

When there are medical experts warning people about the dangers of mRNAs, how dare you, a layperson, go telling people to go for vaccine jabs? What do you know about the vaccines and the potential risks involved?

Racial Balance Is The Key To Political Stability In Singapore

To all Singapore Leaders,

Let's face it squarely.

The main reason why Singapore got kicked out of Malaysia was because of race. The Malaysian central government, under the Tengku at that time, especially the Ultra Malay section, did not want the Singapore Chinese population to dilute and overpower the Malay Majority they have at that time.

Therefore, in the first place, Singapore's independence was based on Race.

The reason why Race, Language and Religion were banned from any national discourse in Singapore was because the LKY government knew that these taboo subjects would spark racial and religious problems, unnecessary troubles, ethnic tensions, destructive conflicts and deadly riots if allowed to go out of hand. All it needed was an instigation to motivate and mobilise the different ethnic groups to start racial or religious tensions and conflicts.

Singapore is a rule-based society. In a democracy the rules are being set by the majority. The Chinese Majority, being a sympathetic, compassionate and reasonable people of Singapore, have kindly and readily catered for some special privileges to the minority groups so as to make them happy.

Importantly, such privileges must not be allowed to stretch too far, until they become unreasonable and problematic.

Understandably, such privileged groups should not be allowed to amass sufficient power to overwhelm, override and overthrow the existing racial, political and power balance that gave rise to racial harmony, stability and prosperity. Otherwise, in our tiny congested and competitive society, chaos and strives will be the names of the game, the survival game.

We have enjoyed harmony, stability and prosperity for the last 55 years mainly because of the compromise our Chinese Majority have strike with the minority groups. And it works. Things will not be the same, once any of the other ethnic groups become the majority. Especially so if caste-oriented people are allowed to form a critical mass, and are able to call the shots, and subsequently able to wrestle control of the country from the hands of the Chinese Majority.

When new citizens and permanent residents (especially those originated from South Asia) overwhelmed the Chinese Majority, that is the time the Chinese Majority will lose its political clout and, along with it, its political base and political power.

When that happened, the Chinese Majority would have already become a Minority and logically they can kiss their children's future good bye.

Who wants that to happen?

Think.

When not clearing your plates and cleaning the table after eating in a hawker centre is a crime

I support the practice of self-clearing of cutlery by diners but for the government to legislate and fine those who don’t self-clear after the initial leniency period is too me, over the top. It is an abuse of their power and bullying of our meek, unthinking and well- conditioned citizens. I would have no issue if they choose to embark on public education and appeal to the public to co-operate but to resort to fine people so expeditiously, that cannot be acceptable. Let me explain.

When paid contractors are not providing satisfactory services either because they cut corners on manpower, unable to find workers because of the low salary that they offer or simply because of their low productivity etc, then the government should hold them accountable accordingly and not take it out on diners. After all, the prices that diners pay to hawkers for their food alearly include the clearing and cleaning fees that hawkers pay those cleaning contractors....

 

Simon Lim posted this in TRE arguing that this is a matter of principle when small matters are being criminalised by the govt. Littering and chewing gums are crimes as they dirty the streets and of course became a very expensive social habit. In the case of clearing your plates after eating, when the clearing and cleaning of tables are part and parcel of the service provided by the hawkers, should this become a crime?

Simon Lim has an important point to make.  The govt must not be allowed to make everything a crime, like pofma, as and when it likes it.  Stretching the clearing of plates and cleaning of tables after eating, incidentally, leaving the table messy and dirty is also a crime. Next time they could make it a law to bring your own bowls and plates, if not it is a also crime. The possibilities is endless. Bring your own basket or bags when shopping in the supermarket or else it is a crime? Where would all these end?

Is this a democracy or a totalitarian state? Or is it that after a while the daft citizens would get use to it, like paying millions to politicians, to do what? What is so difficult or important when many are plainly administrative jobs, unproductive, that hiring an admin manager at a tenth of the price would also get the job done, and done very well or be fired?

Covid19 - Americans would stick to their white lies and ignore the truth

  

A study of more than 24,000 samples taken for a National Institutes of Health (NIH) research program in the US between January 2 and March 18, 2020 suggested that seven people in five states - Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin - may have been infected well before the country's first confirmed cases that were reported in January 21, 2020. 

The results suggest that the virus may have been circulating in Illinois, for example, as early as in December 24, 2019, one month earlier than the US authorities confirmed. 

Above report from Global Times quoting US sources, NIH, confirming that the virus was already in the US before it appeared in Wuhan, China and way earlier in Spain, Italy, France and Brazil. But the mad dogs in Washington would turn a blind eye to such evidence, including their own NIH, and would keep on barking that it started in Wuhan, China. The silly old man, Biden, even talked to Putin alleging that the origin was in Wuhan, China when his NIH would have briefed him of their findings. To the Americans, what they alleged must be truth and also using it as a tool to pressure China and a weapon to attack China.

Did they know that it happened in the USA and other countries way before China. Of course they do, but they would not want to talk about it. They want to ransack the Wuhan Lab to gather what ever things they could get hold of to pluck China.  They would keep on harping about this like a mad dog refusing to let go of the bite and would insist on WHO to keep going to China to investigate and dig and dig, just like accusing Iraq of WMD.  Never mind that they know it was a white lie. It is just a political farce.

And you can bet all the mad dogs and bitches in Washington would to the same. Ask them about NIH's finding, they would turn a death ear. Never heard of. It is China, China, China.

The Americans would just want to keep on lying and lying and lying to smear and demonise China even when the lie has been exposed. WHO must call for an investigation into Fort Detrick. The evidence are there and Fort Detrick must be investigated and the Americans must tell the truth, be transparent about what happened in Fort Detrick.

PS. Because more and more evidence have been discovered to show that Covid19 started much earlier, in November or earlier in the USA and Europe, to make the accusation that it started in China, they have fabricated new allegations that Covid19 started in October in China. They die die must make it looked like it started in China.

The tactic of evil white men is to make a wild accusation and demand others to open their homes for them to inspect. They fabricated some lies about Xinjiang and China must invite them to search all over Xinjiang. This mischievous tactic, the same as WMD, must not be allowed to go on. Countries of the world must show their middle finger to the evil white men and women. They think the rest of the world are fools and they are still the colonial powers and could do as they pleased.

Racism - Barking Up The Wrong Tree?

 

I am afraid and sorry to say that Mr Lawrence Wong may be barking up the wrong tree.

In my humble opinion, the issue is not about Racism.

As I see it, the very urgent issue at hand is about a growing Indian minority, from 3% to 10% over the last 50 years, exerting its will over the other races by shouting "Racist, Racist!" at every single opportunity available.

At the same time, while the Indian minority is growing at breakneck speed, the Malay minority remained almost stagnant at about 12% and the Chinese majority dwindled from 84% to to about 75%. All others increased from 1% to 3%.

The Others used to be comprised of mainly Eurasians and Europeans but today they also include Myanmese, Philippinos and Vietnamese.

The rapid growth of the Indian minority of 10% (or 320,000) of the citizenry together with the 2.5 million of Permanent Residents and Long-term Pass-holders, and their families and dependants, (mainly from India, and mainly under the CECA's unlimitable tickets) add up to 2.82 million!

The Chinese Majority is 75% of 3.2 million citizens, which is 2.4 million.

Compare 2.82 million with 2.4 million, the Chinese has in effect become a Minority. That is very frightening for the Chinese. That is the real issue!

So, if people like Mr Wong are still sleeping, and still talk about giving more leeways to the minority, that has already achieved the critical mass to overcome and overwhelm the others, then we are heading for disasters.

Wake up! Before it is too late.

The other groups are now exerting pressures on the stupid and sleeping leaders by way of brewing up a storm about Race and Racism and shouting "Racist! Racist!" whenever it suits their purpose.

Wake Up! For goodnes sake!

Really Bites: The Chinese Singaporeans Are A Minority Now!

Singapore population is now 5.82 million, comprising 2.6 million permernent residents and 3.22 million citizens.

Citizens comprise of local-born, overseas-born and new citizens.

Local-born comprises 88%.

Overseas-born comprises 1%

New Citizens form 11%.

Local Citizens of Chinese origin is 75% of the total of 88% local-born.

Do the maths and you will find that the Chinese are not the majority any more.

It's too late to wake up. But better late than dead.
