Americans using fake dollars to bribe their cronies

If China is the source of the Fentanyl problem in the USA, why is it not a problem in China itself? When the USA cannot put its own house in order, the problem is always blamed on someone outside, nothing to do with the incompetence of the USA Government.

That brings me to a Chinese Minister, during the Opium War period, reprimanding an appointed White reprentative of the British Government, who was blatantly and openly involved in the opium trade, why they did not push or allow the British public to have opium in the country, while pushing opium into China by force? That it was the offical and intentional purpose of the British Government to force China, by using 'gunboat diplomacy' to open up to the opium trade is even more vile, evil, malicious and immoral.

When the Hillary Clinton lost the election to Trump in 2016, Russia was blamed for interference in the internal affairs of the USA. A wild goose chase ensued that ended up with no conclusion. If Russian interference had still been ongoing as they still are claiming, how did Biden win in 2020? Oh, the Repulicans side claimed it was Chinese interference. How convenient for both parties with Russia and China providing the scapegoating for every failure. Whether Democrats or Republicans win, China and Russia will be the losers.

The drug problem in the USA is out of control, just like homelessness and gun control, despite all the glorified speeches made by each and every new President to take measures to solve the problem. The real problem is that the perceived power of the President is limited, and is in the hands of those with vested interest by using their lobbying powers derived from their campaign contributions. Senators in Congress are also controlled by big oil, big pharma, bid tech and Wall Street, that makes the final decisions about important issues using their votes. What the USA President gloated about is still not the final say, until Congress gives approval.

That is why all that hubris about US$600 billion infrastructure project to rival the BRI (which the USA will only pledge US$200 billion), and lately with Biden talking about building a railroad across the Pacific to the Indian Ocean are all fantasies that Congress will never take seriously or approve. With only more than a year to go, Biden is not too worried about not fulfilling those promises.

The only progress seen to have been made is using politcal pressure and monetary incentives to bear upon countries, such as Italy and Australia, to break from the BRI, and making India happy about having a railroad linking the USA to the Indian Ocean. US$200 billion is a lot of money to play with, especially for poorer countries to break with the BRI, and we can be sure more may follow. But those countries will live to regret it.

Yellen visit - China must not be kind to the devil after being duped so many times

China's thinking had always been - 'live and let live'. That is why interference in other country's affairs is not a priority. China could have exerted control over countries since the days of Admiral Cheng ho. Even Mathathir knows that period of history and what the Portugese did by comparison.

USA's thinking had always been - 'We live to make you die for us'. That is what is happening in Europe. And that is what is going to happen to ASEAN, South Korea and Japan. China will pay back South Korea and Japan in their own coins when the time comes. Retaliation will be calibrated to reap maximum pain. It would not be on the spur of the moment. Chinese believe that taking revenge ten years down the road is never too late.

China must change its thinking and it is not too early, I should say. Janet Yellen is visiting China again, uninvited, on the pretext of repairing and managing ties. Nothing is further from the truth and is all 'theater'. It is about asking China for help to buy USA debts. Nothing more, nothing less. They can fool the Whites and those at home, but not Chinese leaders or those that can read between the lines. If China relents, USA leaders will again turn around and spill vile and continue with poisonous outburst. They did that after Blinken's visit. That they did not do it prior to the visit does not preclude their doing it post visit.

China must not forget what the USA did after the Lehman Brothers financial crisis by helping the USA. What did the USA do to China after that? Nothing that happened spells repaying helpfulness with kindness, but instead rewarding China with visciousness, ungrateful behavior and accusations. It was all the direct opposite of what Asians would expect. Asians, particularly the Chinese, are not as backward as the days of laundrymen and cooks. Those days when they just take injustice without response is long gone.

The US expects China to solve its drug problem

The US is quick to use its own drug crisis as another means to manufacture hate, blame and anger against Beijing, as it does with so many other things, but never at any point self-reflects to question why this pattern is not necessarily repeated all over the world. Of course, blaming Beijing and expecting it to manage America’s drug problems is politically lazy, easy and avoids accountability for the real problems at home. RT

The drug abuses in the US is causing 70,000 deaths a year due to fentanyl. This is now the deadliest drug in America history. And who else to blame, China of course.  It is always blame somebody else, and China is the convenient scape goat. All the problems facing America today is caused by China.  All the problems in the whole world today is caused by China. This is the American narrative. The Americans did not cause any of these problems and their allegations must not be questioned.

Why is China responsible for all the problems in America and the whole world? What has China been doing but trade, buying raw material from the world, turn them out into cheap and useful products for the rest of the world at very affordable prices. China has also been building roads and rails, ports and infrastructure everywhere. China has been so busy trading and building and building, China has no time to create problems for America and the rest of the world unlike the CIA and its funded NGOs.

The fentanyl problem, like the dedollarisation problem, and like many other problems in America are self inflicted. China has nothing to do with them, did not want to have anything to do with them. In many cases, like Covid19 and manufacturing deadly and fake Covid19 vaccines, were all the works of the Americans, including releasing the Covid19 virus.

The Americans should stop spreading vicious lies and own up to the problems they are creating for themselves and the world. The Americans are the main cause of most of the problems the world is facing, most of the problems the Americans are facing. Face up to the truth America. You are the devil, the manufacturers of lies, hate, tension, distrust, terrorism, wars, refugees, death and destruction.

America is the manufacturer of all things evil, and trouble.  Period. Stop blaming everyone else.  Stop blaming China. The Europeans, mainly Brits, Jews and Americans, brought opium into China and forced it on the Chinese. Fentanyl was not brought into America by China but by drug lords outside of China. The devious Americans as usual, just like the Covid19 virus, fabricated and forcibly accused China as the cause of the problems, without any concrete evidence. China should just ignored these false allegations and let the Americans taste their bitter medicine. Karma has its way to make evil people pay for their crimes, now or later.

China to impose export controls on key materials for chipmaking as West's 'chip war' escalates

Beijing. July 03 - China will impose export controls on gallium and germanium, both used in the making of semiconductors and other electronic components, starting next month to safeguard national security and interests, two ministries announced on Monday.

"In order to safeguard national security and interests, with the approval of the State Council, it is decided to implement export controls on items related to gallium and germanium," the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and the General Administration of Customs (GAC) said in a notice.

According to the notice, starting on August 1, items meeting certain characteristics shall not be exported without approval. The ministries listed eight items related to gallium, and six items related to germanium.

Under the export control, exporters must file an application with local commerce authorities for exports of the relevant items and must be approved by the Ministry of Commerce before exporting such items. Exporters would face fines and criminal charges, if they export such items without permission.

Both gallium and germanium are key in the making of semiconductors and other electronics. For example, germanium is used in fiber optics and semiconductors, while gallium is used in making chipsets for electronic devices such as computer motherboards or portable phones, according to media reports.

China is the world's top producer of raw gallium, which is used in making chipsets to generate high frequency raid waves in 5G base stations, accounting for 95 percent of the global output, according to industry information provider Fierce Electronics.

China is also a major supplier of germanium, which is mainly used in fiber and infrared optics, PET plastics, electronics and solar panels. The EU has listed the metal as a critical raw material, as it imports about 17 percent of its supplies from China, according to media reports.

While the notice issued by the MOFCOM and GAC on Monday did not go into detail of what prompted the move, apart from saying it aims to protect national security and interests, the move comes as the US and some of its allies are relentlessly stepping up crackdowns on China's technological development in various fields, including semiconductors.

For example, in the latest move, under mounting pressure from Washington, the Netherlands' government last week announced a ministerial order restricting exports of certain advanced semiconductor equipment. As a result, Dutch chipmaking equipment giant ASML said that due to these export control regulations, ASML will need to apply for export licenses with the Dutch government for all shipments of its most advanced immersion DUV lithography systems.

China has repeatedly voiced dissatisfaction over the Dutch move and called on the Dutch government to respect market principles and contractual spirits in order to avoid damage to bilateral cooperation. Chinese officials have also slammed the US' abuse of export control measures to maintain its hegemony, while creating disruption to global supply chains.

As the US and its allies continue to escalate their chip war and technological crackdown, it is normal and indeed crucial for China to take proactive measures to safeguard its technological development and national security and interests, Chinese industry analysts said.

Global South decoupling and derisking from the US

The Global South is decoupling and derisking from the US$, which is the bane of all global problems. This is the real elephant in the room that was never seriously looked into or realised until now. The USA had weaponised the US$ hegemony to bring harm to many countries using sanctions and seizure of reserves that caused misery and hunger for the people of those countries they targeted.

The USA had misused the massive privilege of the US$ hegemony to print unlimited amounts of money to support military bases and supporting logistics, wars, subterfuge, instigation of unrest by funding opposition groups, terrorism and NGOs to destablise countries. The whole world now starting to realise how dangerous it is for them, after watching the seizure of the Russian Central Bank Assets over the Ukraine War. They are asking - Who is next?

What threat does China pose to the rest of the world as a 'Factory of the World' that it needed to be decoupled or derisked? In fact China is providing the world at large with cheaper products that the USA and the West cannot possibly compete with. China is also providing a lucrative market for businesses to sell and set up bases to manufacture cheaper products leveraging on its skilled workers, supply chains and infrastructure. The USA is not able to compete against China is those areas. That is the real reason why the decoupling and derisking hubris is invented to fool the blind. And the irony is that the Europeans, supposed to be the smartest and best educated, are the easiest to fool. How could the Global South not be fooled is a good question?

The narrative that China cannot be allowed to progress too fast is also another piece of fabricated crap. The real reason is that China is not allowed to overtake the USA in every field. But China is doing exactly what the USA and the EU feared. China's is now bypassing the USA in terms of research papers, patents and being self sufficient in many areas. Chips is the only sector that China needs to catch up and it is doing exactly that as a top priority.

In the recent past, depriving China of access to important developments in technology and engineering was the modus operandi, all designed to prevent China from rising. Not to mention that the Anglo Saxon Whites have already employed various underhand moves like using religion, drugging, attempting to tear up China into pieces, resorting to trade wars and even biological weapons, on top of the devious scheme being fabricated to nuke China on many occasions. Now trying decoupling and derisking to contain China and using the Chip sanctions to add more ammunition. China will overcome them. It is just a matter of time.

The USA and the West have seen the capabilities of China - in space technology and exploration, jet engine development, super computers, high speed trains, electric vehicles, communication equipment, AI and infrastructure developments. That China could now compete with the best after being left out in the cold for decades is testimony to the capabilities of the Chinese people.
