China's industrial overcapacity is a blessing welcome by the world, ....definitely not a threat

Janet Yellen is trying to drag the rest of the world into her agenda on behalf of the USA by repeating the narrative that China's industrial overcapacity is a threat to the rest of the world. How is that a threat to the rest of the world when the world can have access to cheaper goods that the USA and the West can never provide? If the USA does not want cheaper goods, that is their freedom to choose. Why drag the rest of the world into their rhetoric and fear mongering?

That China's overcapacity is now proving to be a threat to the USA and its allies is the reality, and certainly nothing of a threat to the rest of the world. She has to drag the rest of the world into her narrative to add support to her nefarious, illogical and fallacious accusation against China.

The USA cannot fight a war or battle alone with Russia, China or even Iraq without dragging its allies into the fray. They claimed that those who followed them during the Iraq War were a 'Coalition of the Willing', undeniably to justify their evil designs to steal the oil in Iraq after starting a war fraught with lies and fake evidence. Now it is using the same modus operandi of using the Europeans against Russia in Ukraine. And it is intending to do the same by using its East Asian allies like Japan, South Korea and Philippines to do their dirty work against China.

What is the industrial overcapacity threat posed by China actually? With Industrial overcapacity, China is in a position to dominate and flood the market with cheaper identical products that can kill off any competition that the USA and the West are trying to build up. The USA and the West can boast of re-industrialization and building up, for example, of its rare earth refining abilities, which China does not fear as China's overcapacity can always kill them off at leisure. Who wants to invest in such ventures when China is posing such a threat to their existence? That is the USA's biggest fear, not the cheaper goods that China is churning out.

Therefore, China must never fall for Yellen's fallacious and misguided narrative and continue on its industrial push together with its military buildup. It will never be proven wrong.

Chip War - Who is killing who?

China is going after Foxconn with investigations being conducted against its operations in China. Now, slowly and surely, traitors working against China, that have earlier benefitted from their manufacturing in China for decades, are being unearthed and facing the music. Just like in Hong Kong, China waited for the worms to surface before putting them away for good. As the Chinese saying goes - 'Trying to get rid of grass and not removing the roots, allows them to grow again when the spring breeze blows'. Wisdom never goes out of fashion.

China is now confident of providing the back up for its semicondutor industry and Foxconn's calculated incremental moves out of China is being replaced by China's own domestic players. That must have now reached a level that now allows China to take action to put Foxconn in a very uncomfortable position.

China's semiconductor industry is becoming robust enough and will now not collapse even knowing that Foxconn may want to move out of China, thanks to the tech war instigated by the USA. The other good news is that the USA and its Chips allies are going to dump chips on to China in an attempt to kill off China's domestic chip manufacturers. China should let them do so, not sanctioning them, and buying up all the discounted chips for its own use, while subsidising its fledging chip players. See how long those chip manufacturers in the USA, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan are going to continue to suffer massive losses.

Who is going to kill who is still uncertain, with this move by Joe Biden and his allies. He could pass legislation to subsidise USA chip manufacturers, but what about Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese manufacturers? Think about it! Samsung and TSMC already found out, too late, about Joe Biden's chip subsidies given to those setting up Chip manufacturing in Arizona.

How many stones have the USA and its allies lifted to drop on Russia and China, but ended up hurting their own feet. Have they never learn their lessons or just stupidity having no cure?

Israel - Live by the sword, die by the sword

Iranian retaliatory strikes on Israel are now imminent. Israelis have begun stockpiling toilet paper and water for fear of Iranian missile strikes, reports Kann. Israel treats Iran as if they were 20 years younger. Iran is now much developed and now has a military far superior to Israel - in both weaponry and manpower.

Abu Fadak, leader of more than Iran-backed 250 000 Iraqi fighters, says he is waiting for Imam Khamenei's decision regarding Israel.

Hezbollah leader says everyone should be prepared for all scenarios after Iran's retaliatory strikes, pointing to a full-scale war.

Israel now staring at likely multi-front attacks from Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria.

USA killing American industries

CEOs of European Industries have seen how their leaders have bowed to USA pressure and are not putting their interest as a priority. The fact that the initial protest against the USA's 'Inflation Reduction Act' luring European industrialist to set up manufacturing in USA, has practically fallen silent in Europe and is making them realize that moving their business out of Europe to China is the only way to survive.

China has the engineers and technical support for their manufacturing, the supply chain to cater to their needs, the raw materials available to them, and above all cheaper energy cost.

CEOs of European manufacturing knows that moving to the USA, as what Biden had expected with his 'Inflation Reduction Act' is not going to work out. USA may have cheaper energy cost compared to Europe but does not have the supply chain needed for ease of operation, shortage of the cluster of skilled engineers to support their operations, and if a push comes to a shove resulting from further USA sanctions, China's retaliation may jeopardize their source and supply of raw materials, which they can avoid by producing in China. Above that is the consumer market at their doorstep in China, which is essential for their output.

The USA and the West can keep repeating their mantra of decoupling and derisking from China, but is sounding more and more like a puff of hot air - out of the arse.

Baltimore Bridge Collapsed - More than meets the eyes

Warning: Do not hire wolves to guard the hen house.

The container Dali that crashed into the Baltimore Bridge was leased to Maersk Shipping, captained by an Indian and a full Indian crew. The ship owner is Grace Ocean Private and Synergy Marine Group.

The ship was reported to have lost power that led to the crash. Now the full responsibility for the loss due to the crash, the rebuilding of the bridge, cargo delays, death, damages would now be the responsibility of the shipowner and the owner of the ship's cargoes, all heading to China.

Why is the ship owner responsible when the ship was leased out to Maersk that operated the ship. Of course the captain and the crew would likely be held accountable in a small way. But fingers are pointing at the ship owner for the billions of compensation to be paid. Incidentally, the owners of the Dali are Chinese.

This reminds me of a real emergency, a major crisis in Hawaii a few years ago. There was an emergency alert. It was reported that military radar detected that a missile from North Korea was heading towards Hawaii, likely to carry a nuclear bomb. The message, North Korea attacking Hawaii! A state of emergency was declared. All the Hawaiians were rushed into bomb shelters. Everyone was fear stricken that it was end time for them. Everyone was calling their loved ones for the last time, shivering and crying.

The chain of command, from detecting the incoming missile, raising alarm and blaring the siren across the island, making public broadcast on TVs and radios of an imminent nuclear strike, that this was real, not an exercise, reporting to Washington, and the Commander of the Pacific Fleet that might be responsible for pushing the hot button to launch a nuclear attack on North Korea, were all Japanese. Get the idea?

It was so fortunate that Washington did not fall into this nuclear war ploy and called the bluff. What a relief when the emergency was stood down. All it needed was for Washington to believe the fake alarm and panic, and order the Japanese Pacific Commander to counter attack, a nuclear war would have broken out. North Korea would have been vaporised, and so would China, Russia and the USA. Subsequently the Japanese Pacific Commander was relieved of his command.

A simple ruse, carefully engineered by the wolves in sheep skin, is all it needed to start a major crisis of existentialism. Be warned who you hired to watch the hen house. Never, never hire the wolves to guard the hen house.

Would the ship owners learn anything from this incident? This is worse than Xiaomi in India.

PS. And some anti China American bigots are starting to accuse China for crashing the bridge.
