The US has blatantly violated international law while imposing its own rules upon the world by force, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin has claimed. The comments followed reports that Washington and its allies are planning to use an upcoming G7 summit to demand that China “act responsibly.”...
Issuing a lengthy response, Wang began by asserting that “for the overwhelming majority of countries in the world” the term “international rules” means the basic standards of relations enshrined in the UN Charter.
“However, when the G7 talk about international rules, they mean the Western rules,” he continued. “Those rules serve the vested interest of very few countries, including the G7, rather than the common interests of the international community.”
While asking China to abide by these rules, the US has walked away from 17 international organizations and treaties, “spied indiscriminately” on its allies and enemies alike, “strong-armed countries diplomatically, and applied economic coercion and military interference,” Wang contended.
“The US has blatantly invaded Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, and other countries that are smaller and weaker than the US, killing and displacing tens of millions of innocent civilians,” the official added. “When it comes to international rules, the US’s place is in the dock. It is in no position to point fingers at other countries.” RT
Indeed, not just Beijing but all countries should and must stop their silence, aiding, and abetting the world's number one criminal government, which keeps overtly and covertly perpetrating war crimes and crimes against humanity. In its very short-lived history, aside from being established by a genocide of the native population, when the US was NOT in war?

Helix5, The US also dropped Agent Orange on its own soldiers as well while dropping it on the North Vietnamese. And then it cries tears over the deaths of these same soldiers...

The most shameless arrogant irresponsible group of brain dead morons calling China irresponsible is even more pathetic and needs to be part of the history book.

Thanks to the internet, the shroud has been lifted on the West's arrogant and totally destructive behaviour and now countries like China are taking action and fighting back against it. It probably won't be much longer before organisations such as the BRICS will be turning the tables and sanctioning the West! Better still and as Wang states, the time will come when the US does end up in the dock.

The Immoral US trying to lecture China how to abide in International law it fragrantly ignores. What a joke, and thankfully China will / has told the US where to go, hell.

The Axis of Evil = US, UK, Germany / Nazi's but includes Canada, France and my own little country here in the South Pacific. Excellent speech Mr Wang, you are So correct in your assessment of the US war monger, and yes, they want everyone to follow International law apart from them. Just bomb the US and make the World a happier place, which it will be with these disgusting reprobates gone - and I do not mean the people, I mean the US Govt and its corrupt to the core so called Intel agencies, Military Complex, Bankers and of course Shadow Govt. Best wishes China and Russa from NZ
CarolABinkley, It is even more annoying when the persons who tell you what you should do are the criminals and the thieves. In the current case, the US-led western countries are vulgar barbaric gangs of thieves and murderers that, over the past 500 years, have been using brute force to kill over one billion people and to steal thousands of trillions of dollars worth of wealth from the non-western countries.

The G7 is simply using the human rights canard to extract and/or limit China's development. They have no moral high ground, they just want to impose their narrative over reality because in that narrative it's some heroic fight and not the how they really look, like some common street lowlife that has found a mark who he intends to rob. The West can't acknowledge that their system has run its natural course and is declining.
