Another cock statement from Washington

US demands China restrain NKorea after 'premeditated' violation of Korean War truce WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration urged China to press North Korea to halt provocative actions against South Korea, after an artillery attack on the South that the U.S. called a "premeditated" violation of the truce that ended the Korean War. As the isolated North's only ally and main economic partner, China plays a "pivotal" role in reducing tensions and has a duty to tell Pyongyang that deliberate acts "specifically intended to inflame tensions in the region" are not acceptable, the State Department said. "China is pivotal in moving North Korea in a fundamentally different direction," State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley told reporters. "We expect China to be clear, like we are, as to where the responsibility for the current situation, the current tension lies. This is something that we feel strongly about." The Evil Empire is trying to pin the blame on China and scheming to use the incident to tarnish China. South Korea may be a semi colony of the US and will submit to whatever wish the US demand. North Korea is an independent country and not China's colony. It does not take directives from China. And neither is China America's whipping boy and would jump to America's every demand. China should tell the Americans to stuff it. If they want a war with the North Koreans, go ahead. But China reserves the right to protect its turf and starting fire in China's back yard will mean that China will step in when its national interests and security is violated. The US thinks that it can keep pushing the buck to China and make the world look at China as an evil superpower like it is. If the South Koreans and the US do not provoke the North by conducting war games in the front yard of North Korea, there will be no tension and shelling. The world must look at how this Evil Empire is trying to fix the North Koreans and China and make them look bad, and using it as an excuse to increase its military presence in the Korean Peninsula.

Mostly true.

But China should still tell the Yankees to go fuck spider.

Don't waste time trying to "defend" reputation. Better to show big lam par, and remain belligerent or aloof.

This is power games lah. It has nothing to do with "morals" or "truth".

You know how to play geo-politics or not?

The West and USA are using every possible opportunity to put China in a bad light. Anything to hang on, and they hammer it in.

This agenda is supported by all it's stooges and poodles. But when it comes to the Muslim world and most Asian common people, the perception is far from gaining support.

That is why Obama and his people have taken the trouble to travel all over Asia recently to sell their snake oils. They would have continue to ignore Asia, but they are deeply jealous and wary of China's forage and influence in Africa and South America, especially economic ties. They have to find ways to beat China down.

The Indians seems to have been taken in, the Indonesians not so clear cut, because they have a predominantly Muslim population.

The world, especially Asians can see what is unfolding. Holding a joint military exercise to spite the North Koreans and China at this time is sheer provocation, clear and simple.

The American citizens should prepare themselves for another war in the Korean Peninsula.

What do you mean "another war" or "stop war games/ joint exercises"?

The North and South are still at war. The Korean War never ended.

So of course you are going to get "outbursts" of military activity. You're dreaming if you expect anything different.

The US have been there since the end of WW2 lah. China (and to some extent soviet Russia) has been entangled in the mess since then too. You all look for much too simplistic solutions without understanding how it ended up in such a funky mess today.

Better go to video store and rent the old series of MASH. Very soon it'll be time for a re-make as US troops once again set up camp on the Korean Peninsula, and they are going to require "field medicine".

the Chinese must be having a good laugh at the impotence of the Yankees at not being able to do a thing against the North Koreans. Keep on trying to provide Ah Kim, and he may just have a one big surprise for the Yankees, Send in the aircraft carrier and maybe Ah Kim may have the excuse to unleash his secret toy in the form of maybe a asbm(?.

Kim can't even feed his people. Most of the infrastructure in N Korea is fucked beyond repair.

If not for "handouts" from China, and relatives from the south, most people in N Korea orledi mati.

In 50 years, the N Korean average height is 8 cm SHORTER than S Korea -- a sign of severe malnutrition.

Kim's father and Kim himself have been trying to "woo" the US and have a "friendly" dialog, establish ties. and engage in commerce. But America blew the opportunity -- the big lumbering incompetent mat-saleh (read: white Christian)nation-state it is. Listen to this.

So at the root of all these "fun and games" by Pyongyang, American "victory" and "occupation" might actually work for them. Stupid Americans -- their the ones being CONNED.

Surprised?

Dealing with North Korea may not be that easy as dealing with Iraq, because of China.

And there is no telling how advanced the North Koreans are in terms of nuclear technology. That is still a mystery, although there are a lot of speculations from the West.

The big question is will Kim do the unthinkable. He is eccentric, he is bold, and he certainly will sacrifice much to put across his message. And you really have to admire his guts to stand up against the bully.

And fighting another war in Korea needs plenty of money.

China should just leave the two Koreas to settle their own 'family' problem.

And totally ignore the US with regard the Koreans' domestic disputes.

The Supreme Kommandar of US forces in South Korea struts around looking at the shelling damage as if he is the Presidente of South Korea.

Will the real one please stand up. Stooges should just sit down and shut the fock up.

That shows how cocky they are! Strutting around on a dung heap in people's backyard and trying to crow like a rooster.

He(the US General) should not be blamed. 'xuan ping tuo zhu'='taking over command(ownership).

It's the South Koreans that WILLINGLY SUBJUGATED THEMSELVES.

History might just repeat itself.

When the Afghans were fighting the Russians, the USA was their close buddy, supplying weapons to them. Now the tables are turned. The Afghans should now be wary of asking the USA for help ever again.

Similarly, when the Iraqis were fighting the Iranians, the USA was their close buddy too, supplying them weapons. What happens after that, we all now know, because a double-headed snake can bite both ways.

If the South Koreans are smart, they should know better and be friendly with those close by, than making an enemy with someone just outside their doorstep.

The USA must have thought threatening Kim and putting him down is going to be a piece of cake.

My guess is that Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq have not been good lessons. I read in the Shit Times that they are surpassing the Russian record for the longest stay in Afghanistan by now.

And the naive South Koreans thinks that the declining Empire will always be there to back them. Nothing last forever.

Whenever North Korea shows the Americans or South Koreans the middle finger, it is China's fault and China must rein in the North.

Who should be reining in the Israelis when they walloped the Palestinians or the other Arab countries?

Why is there no outrage for the murder to two Iranian nuclear scientists?

Chua Chin Leng aka redbean said...

Not really. Only the Japs and South Koreans are frighten of him. The Americans are eagerly waiting to wallop him. All the Americans need is for China to close an eye, and North Korea will be blasted into the Stone Age.

But in so doing, South Korea and Japan will go as well. The North Koreans may be hard push to hit the US, but hitting Japan and South Korea is a piece of cake. Tokyo will definitely be gone, and a few major Japanese cities.

I don't think that the US under commander-In-chief Obama want to 'blast N Korea' into the stone age. Maybe a few gung-ho Pentagon top-brass, but Obama is a bit of a "peace-nick". So I reckon the Yanks are similarly "confused". How to deal with this mad fella? No solution.

However, Kim does have the world's 5th largest military. For decades N Korea's economy has been directed to its military prowess -- impoverishing the whole place.

If Kim Jong-il mobilises all his forces -- active and reserves, he'll have approx 10 million fighters -- even more than China, plus silos of missiles, chemical weapons and other "goodies".

Tokyo and Seoul kena Korean barbecue, absolutely right!

But let's face it, many governments are "uneasy" about Kim and his "trigger-happiness".

Governments gabra. Damn funny lah.

A motivating discussion is worth comment. I believe that you ought to write more
on this subject matter, it may not be a taboo matter but generally people don't speak about these topics. To the next! Best wishes!!
