One aircraft carrier in the Mediterranean Sea is not enough. The Americans are sending two aircraft carrier strike groups to support Israel. And they are positioned to block off all sea access to Gaza and threatening the Arab Muslim countries in the region. The Americans said they are not fooling around and would attack Lebanon and Iran if they attack Israel.
The Americans are removing their masks and gloves. No more pretending to be neutral or friends of the Arab and Muslim countries. They will protect Israel at all costs against any Arab Muslim states that dare to strike at Israel, while Israel is given the full licence to kill the Palestinians and hit at any Arab and Muslim states.
Because of the blank cheque from the Americans, the Israelis believe they are untouchable. No Arab state would dare to attack Israel. So they went ahead happily and arrogantly attacking Lebanon and Syria and threatening to conduct a preemptive strike against Iran's nuclear power stations. And the Americans also arrogantly threatened all the Arab and Muslim states that they would be attacked by the Americans with aircraft and missiles launching from the two aircraft carrier strike groups. The Americans believe that the two strike groups are invincible and no Arab Muslim states could take them out. Thus, like the Israelis, only they can hit others without being hit, very safe and can act very brave and very aggressive.
If only the Arab and Muslim states can take down the two aircraft carriers and destroyers, they would defang the American devils in the Mediterranean Sea. Very likely a few of the Arab Muslim states are now in possession of anti ship and anti aircraft carrier missiles that can do the job. The Americans can continue with their delusion that they cannot be hit.
In the case of Israel, with a formidable air force of 900 aircraft, they believe they can strike at all the Arab and Muslim countries at the same time. And the Arab and Muslim states would be sitting ducks, without anti aircraft weapons or effective air defence. What the Arab Muslim countries only need to do is to destroy all the air fields in Israel and all the 900 aircraft would be rendered useless. Israel's Achilles heel are the 10 or so nuclear power stations. Hitting them is like nuking Israel and there would be enough radio active contamination across Israel to make it uninhabitable.
The cockiness and brashness of the Americans and the Israelis are that they can hit the rest of the Arab and Muslim states and none can hit back at them. And also, the Arab Muslim states are like loose sand, divided and will never unite to take on the Americans and the Israelis at the same time. If these assumptions are wrong, the Israelis threat to wipe out the Palestinians would boomerang and they will be the target to be wiped out from the face of the earth. They can plan to wipe out the Palestinians. The Arab and Muslim states can also plan to wipe out the Israelis, all 6m of them in Israel. And the two aircraft carriers could be sitting ducks waiting to be sunk in the Mediterranean. The Arab and Muslim states have the weapons and capacities to do the unexpected to the demise of the Americans and the Israelis.
The field is more even than the Americans and Israelis would want to believe otherwise. While the Americans and the Israelis are doing the attacking and threatening, the Arab and Muslim states are not sleeping or appearing to be hapless and with no cards to play, can only be defenceless victims of the Americans and the Israelis. Be sure they are in communication with each other and planning how to deal with the Americans and the Israelis. What they need is to get their acts together and agree to strike as a united force.
The surprise may be too much to for the Americans and the Israelis to bear.
PS. Do the Americans still think they have friends in the Arab and Muslim world? They just vetoed UN Resolution to stop Israel from massacring the Palestinians. They just made themselves as enemies of the Arab and Muslim world.

Even the sliver of support from the Muslim and Arab world is disintegrating for the USA following its actions and verbal spouting over Gaza. Full fledged support for Israel is the final nail in the coffin for the USA going forward, in trying to gain support from the Muslim and Arab world.
Turkey was sitting on the fence when it was weighing its support for the USA and Nato over issues, but is now different and decisive in its support for Palestine. Egypt is changing its stance in trying to normalise relations with Israel, but its people are unhappy with that. The two wars in Sinai put paid to any attempts to normalise relations between Muslim countries in the region and Israel, and is unlikely to change going forward. Behind the scene, of course, are the manipulators, the USA, UK and France. That is a major hindrance to any peace deal even if attempted.
Ukraine was never a bigger motivation for the Muslims and Arabs to take a stand against the USA, as it does not involve the Muslim and Arab countries. Palestine is a different kettle of fish and the stance of the USA is totally hitting them below the belt.
In fact, the whole Global South is standing up for the Palestinians. While the MSM tries to hide the reality that protest across the world are mainly for Palestinians, with Israel's name thrown into the narrative under those protest as a sign of support, in order to garner some semblance of balance. The attempt is futile at best and pure fabricated propaganda at worst.
That shows the world as to who is slowly being isolated - the USA and the West or particularly Russia? The USA had no more than 40 White countries, mainly from the EU being counted as real supporters, out of a global community of 197 countries. Even then, coercion is never out of the question. Russia is supposed to be a totally isolated country according to the West, but over 140 countries are in Beijing together with Putin probably discussing issues of common interest. And countries are queueing to join the BRICS, even knowing that Russia is among the founding members. Does all this indicate that Russia is isolated?
And it is now no more a cat and mouse game for North Korea to supply weapons to Russia, and Russia in return is promising all out support for North Korea in any situation. That is telling, in the same category as Putin and Xi cementing their 'no limits' co-operation. The South Koreans are now claiming that North Korea supplied the weapons to Hamas to attack Israel. But so far no confirmation from the rest of the echo chamber members.
Now the West is concentrating on the Hospital attack, with Joe Biden trying to blame Hamas immediately for the attack, claiming USA data said so. Does this sound familiar with the attack on the Russian Nord Stream pipelines a year or so ago? The first thing they did was to accuse the Russians of doing it to themselves, then as more evidence came out to refute the accusation, five men in a small boat, said to be patriotic Ukrainians, took the blame. But we know who was involved - and who orchestrated the attack. It was in fact pre-destined with the narrative that the USA has ways and means to put the pipeline out of service. How much more evidence do we really need?
And why was Sweden afraid to reveal its findings, if it was indeed Russia, knowing that the USA and the West will immediately start to capitalise on any sliver of evidence in their hands? Does that sound logical?
The Arabs and Palestians are united in heart but disunited in purpose. They don't have the weapons and military strategies to challenge Israel. They don't have capable political and military leadership and smart people to outwit the Israelis. Imagine surrounded by Arab states, Israel can beat them all at one go. Despite having oil in their backyard, the Arabs are really very weak. These are facts, not criticisms. The Arabs should really stand united, pool together their resources and map out a grand strategy, resolve this "forever" conflict asap. This "promised land" tragedy has lasted too long.
One point that has not been mentioned was the claim that during the Sinai war, USA and Western pilots were involved in flying missions supporting the Israelis. We know that the UK and France were directly involved besides the USA. That does give the Israelis total aerial advantage and it was able to carve out a victory very easily.
Things are going to be different today. The Arabs position today is different from 1967 or 1973. And if, as claimed that North Korea is supplying weapons to Hamas, does that make a difference? Why is North Korea supplying weapons to Russia being hype up as 'worrying' if its weapons are just junk?
Similarly, the global geopolitical scene is different and Russia and China are not at each other's throat as in the past. Does that make any difference? It certainly does.
