BRICS and the Global South countries have defanged the bullying of the USA with member countries doing more trade with each other than with the USA. Trump accused them of playing games, while it is he himself that is playing stupid games and hoping to win stupid prizes.
China has already set an example by reducing its exports to the USA, and it is up to the world to wise up and follow and not be bullied by hiding heads in the sand. This latest rhetoric by Trump will never end, so long as he can use such tools to enrich himself, his family and cronies.
How could the world possibly keep making changes to its trading position with the USA when Trump is moving the goalpost all the time. No time in history has world trade been subjected to such chaos, confusion and uncertainty as during Trump's second term. It is the creation of just one man's whims and fancies and should not be allowed to hold the world hostage forever.

Now, no country is sure how much tariff they are paying, whether the 15% is over and above what is already negotiated. Everything is now hanging in the air, no clear indication of who gets what percentage and whether the earlier deal still stands. This is a move that was made obviously in contempt against the Supreme Court's decision, without much thought as to how it is going to be implemented. The question is will the 15% be yet pronounced as illegal. Than what?
Those countries that negotiated earlier with higher tariffs are wondering whether their tariffs are to be reduced to 15% or added on top. Those that are still negotiating are holding back not knowing what is happening and whether they will get a 15% deal which is to be the ceiling. Those that did not negotiate are counting their blessings that they did not do so and that waiting could be this beneficial. Those that did not negotiate are also probably waiting for the Supreme Court even the 15%. Then all hell is going to break lose.
Looks like uncivil war is breaking out.

Tariffs are paid by the Importers NOT the Shippers or Suppliers!
This is an Import Tax usually to protect the local industries producing the same items as the Imports so as to have the local industries better chance of competitions and sales.
But this Dotard Tramp had these conning their Americunts that the exporters are paying.

It is true that countries are not paying those tariffs, but high tariffs will force USA importers to import less and reduce affected country's export to the USA.
As I always say, why need particularly to export to the USA when countries in the global south are buying them and paying the same price. China is cutting down on exports to the USA. Canada is doing the same thing. Do they look like collapsing just because they are exporting less to the USA? There is a much bigger market outside of the USA and not let the doomsday propaganda keep countries thinking that the USA is their only market.
