Human civilisation can benefit from AI but seeking to limit its use

Is this a contraction, that something can be so good but being made to look so bad? Something that can change the world and the lives of human beans for the better but being branded as a threat, dangerous?

The motivations to ban or limit AI are varied to the extend that some sounded so naive and silly. AI is nothing more than a tool that human developed after investing huge resources and intellect to make the world better. Now some quarters are yakking, AI is bad, must control AI, must limit its use and some may even want to ban it.

For the do gooders with halos over their heads, some shallow thinking, children must be kept away from AI. A few children may be negatively influenced by AI to do bad things, to become self radicalised terrorists, posing a great danger to society. None wants to contemplate on the dangers of AI in the hands of terrorist states, state terrorism, and how they can wipe out civilisation or annihilate civilisation because some savages have the power to do so. Oops, state terrorism and wiping out civilisation are normal. Children terrorism is the real threat. Who is going to tell the American terrorists to abide by their stupid rules?

AI must not end up like nuclear weapons, becoming the monopoly of the powerful to threaten, coerce, blackmail the weak, to be use as a weapon of mass destruction. Anyone pondering or wondering why Iran is called a terrorist state, the Iranians are very bad people and the American terrorists 'called the good people' with all the nuclear weapons to wipe out the Iranian people? Non issue. The strong and mighty like the evil Empire has the monopoly and right to kill and kill and kill? To acquire all the WMDs and most advanced AI to kill and coerce the weak and poor?

Would AI also become another weapon of the evil Empire to control the world, to threaten the world, to bully the world? This is what the imbeciles are calling for. Limit AI, restrict AI in the poor little countries. But no one dares to say anything about restricting AI from the American terrorists that can do more harm to the whole world with unrestricted AI. The Americans are terrorising the world with nuclear weapons. Give the American full control and power over AI will end up in the same state. And the Americans are not hiding their intention. AI and expensive centres must be the monopoly of the Americans to do havoc to the rest of the world. The rest of the world must not have advanced AI. And now the rest of the world are volunteering to castrate themselves from AI and let the Americans have all the AI they want to rule and bully the world.

The calls for limiting and restricting AI are for the silly small countries to tie their own hands and legs and be kicked around by the Americans that would not be bound by any silly rules and regulations from the imbeciles. All the rules in the world, rules based order, are for the fools to live by and obey. The American savages will be above these rules and can do whatever they want. The world's number one and number terrorists just spoke at the UN about annihilation of Iranians and the genocide in Gaza and the Middle East with impunity and with arrogance. The imbeciles say nothing, some even clapped for them.

The American terrrorists' concern for the spread of AI, like the spread of nuclear weapons, is that their rivals and enemies will have better AI than them, not about protecting children from access to AI.

The Americans are the masters in using AI to set world records in sports, especially in swimming and athletics. Athletics suddenly won with record times they had never come close to and then never to come near such times again. AI is also artificial insemination. Did the Japanese girls won the 100m hurdles in the Asian Games so easily and with surprising great times also used AI?

PS. Trump said the world needs a smart president with high IQ like him to control AI. The rest that are calling for control and limiting AI are conspiracy theorists, treasonist, traitors and leakers.
