Now that the USA has run out of ropes or cards, it is resorting to daylight robbery and piracy. Trying to seize Venezuela's oil is robbery, nothing else. It has nothing to do with drugs, human rights and presidential illegitimacy.
It is becoming clearer that Maduro was indeed betrayed, given to the USA on a platter. Who is behind it is interesting and who is taking part in a 'wayang kulit' or Malay shadow play is becoming strangely familiar like Duterte's case and unfolding. There is even a narrative being floated, true or not, that the USA special forces had rendered the S300 Russian missiles un-operational during the attack. How did they do it without getting around the Venezuelan military? Someone had been sleeping with the enemy, Think about that!
I could not reconcile the attitude of Venezuela's VP, now President, now talking about 'co-operation with the USA' after her 'strong indignant' response against the attack and kidnapping of Maduro and his wife. But the script must be tailor-made to be as convincing as possible, and the show must go on, with Trump giving her his expected threat and Venezuela's President obviously backtracking. It fits the narrative like a glove. Try to put the pieces together. Venezuela will become a colony of the USA, a fait accompli. Now, who got the US$50 million bounty on Maduro's head is still unknown.
Trump is now already gloating about taking Greenland and also Colombia next. There are rich resources in both countries, and the rogue is now looking on with green eyes. It is just a matter of time.
The USA now has many reasons to fabricate and invent to take over countries, not just Weapons of Mass Destruction, human rights issues and democracy promotion. Drug trafficking is now another narrative being hyped-up to fit the USA's agenda.

The USA fabricated reasons about attacking Venezuela has now been exposed. It has nothing to do with drugs and has everything to do with the oil.
If drugs were the main reason for the attack, why is Trump not moving ahead, first and foremost, by going after the drug manufacturers and dismantling the drug cartels. Instead, the main preoccupation of Trump immediately after the attack was how to get hold of the oil and giving USA oil companies incentives to take hold of the oil.
Trump is going after Greenland now, and I am urging him to do it fast. NATO has Article 5 in its collective defense principle that an attack on any member is an attack on all. How is this going to be applied when one NATO member attacks another? All that talk about NATO unity is just empty talk and NATO is now shown to be united by hot air. Trump is not just destroying the USA: he is destroying NATO as well if he seizes control of Greenland.
However, we have to see how the White men play the White men's game against each other. This will be interesting.
The charades will go on in the American Congress arguing about legality and nonsense. But quietly they are all very happy and proud that Don Trump had done what they wanted to but afraid to do so. And they would quietly expect Trump to take over Greenland, Canada and all of South America.
No condemnation, no aggression, just American gangster Rules Based Order. After all the nonsensical talks they would all end up in the bar for a drink and a good laugh, patting each other for doing all the best they could.

The whole administration is now gloating about the military operation in Venezuela, how well planned it was, how long it took to gather intelligence, how not one USA soldier was killed. Trump has cut off China's oil supply from Venezuela and about to seize all the hundreds of billions of Chinese assets.
