Fortunately, 66 entities that the USA broke away from has now been saved from joining the circus. That circus, by the way, is now overcrowded with clowns, so no bother. I do not know the list of the 66, but for them it is a blessing in disguise. It is freedom from tyranny.
If an entity is out of the USA control, it should just join the other side vis a vis catering to BRICS instead. Just like countries joining BRICS to save themselves from the sanctions of the US$ hegemony. That cannot be bad after all.

When entities are run by clowns, it becomes a circus. In fact, every world body, the UN, ICC, ICJ, IMF, World Bank, FIFA, and now the Nobel Prize Governing body are just turning into circuses.
And the biggest circus is the USA circus.
The USA is run by child clowns.
