Russia was in the G7 and had Russia not be expelled, and had Russia joined NATO, which the group rejected, the ambition of the Anglo-Saxons and Zionist Jews would have succeeded beyond imagination. China would be left alone to fight the Axis of Evil - USA, UK and Israel, and its doggies. And China will not now be working with Russia to set up BRICS to bring down the USA hegemony.
It was a strategic mistake of the USA and the West trying to expand NATO towards Russia and pushing Russia towards China. How detrimental was that can be seen in the energy war, with China helping to soak up Russian energy after the sanctions by the West. The EU and vis a vis NATO suffered all the consequences of cheap Russian energy, benefitting China and India in the process. The plot really misfired. The USA thought Putin was a weak leader like Mikhail Gorbachev and can easily be contained.
