Housing problems - Overcapacity in China, homelessness in USA

The USA Government is one designed to favor the 1%, by the 1% and for the 1%. The whole USA homelessness problem stems from the exorbitant housing rental market that are beyond the ability of street squatters to afford. Isn't it ridiculous that the USA, with such a vast land area, has such a problem. If it is Red Dot, I have nothing say. The super rich in the USA are the owners of all the real estate in big cities and ripping off the poor in the process. The top 10% ripping off the bottom 90% and the Government unable or not wanting to do anything.

China on the other hand has a problem in reverse - more housing than demand. It is an overcapacity that the USA is not harping upon. The USA is just harping on the real estate downsizing in China, which is a priority that the Chinese Government is actively looking into. China has seen the problem in proper perspective, knowing what Japan went through in the late 1990s. China is not encouraging real estate development but is shifting resources to stimulate manufacturing of growth sectors like semiconductors, communication equipment, space exploration and encouraging domestic consumer demands to counter external dip in demand for Chinese goods through sanctions.

China is not letting the housing overcapacity fester. China is trying to solve the problem by discouraging further investments in real estate and shifting focus to other growth areas. And that is rattling the West, knowing that China is well aware of the issues plaguing the property market and will not make China collapse as they are hoping for, which Japan and the USA ignored during the mortgage crisis that almost toppled the 'too big to fail conglomerates'. Taxpayers were made to bail them out and taxpayers were made to pay for those mistakes.

Shifting of more resources to new growth areas means more competition in niche areas moving forward, which will further erode the domination of the West. Suffice to say, there are only a few niche areas that the West still managed to dominate, namely semiconductors, aviation, weapon sales, propaganda generation and lying, cheating and stealing.

China is wise to let social media deal with anti-China propaganda issues, with foreign vloggers visiting China doing their part. China is just helping foreign vloggers do their job of countering Western propaganda more easily by giving visa-free travel to selected countries. They are entering China in droves, and most are interested in seeing for themselves the non-existent concentration camps built in the air by Western MSM. These vloggers are also dismantling the Western warped view of China by showcasing China's high-speed railway system, state of the art airports, ports, railway stations and the still beautiful, well maintained and clean tourist attractions.

Some say that Elon Musk is now the co-President of the USA while Vance is the Vice President. Trump's tax cut for the rich is going to benefit Musk tremendously. Not just co-President, it is reported that Musk is even dictating and working from Mar-A-Lago.

But, as most people know, Trump does not value friends nor succumb to interference, and neither does Elon Musk. How on earth are they going to work together and not get on each other's nerves will be interesting to watch.
