The USA, via Grandma Yellen, is now telling China it
cannot trade with Russia. That is just arrogance out of this world. Both
China and Russia are Sovereign States and it is in their own right to
trade with one another and the USA has no authority, moral or otherwise,
to change that position. The USA still thinks it is in a position to
dictate policies that China must follow. Those days of dictating are
over. Yellen is warning China of serious consequences if it continues to
do so. The USA has still not yet learnt its lesson by sanctioning
Russia.
The biggest mistake that the USA made over the years
must be pushing Russia closer to China, which otherwise could now be a
different geopolitical world had Russia been on the side of the USA.
Thanks to Russia-gate, China and Russia are moving ever closer to each
other, to the chagrin of the USA and the West.
The desperation
of the USA's impotence in its dealings with China is clearly exposed.
What sanctions can the USA imposed on China, China has the means to
retaliate and banning companies from doing business in the USA is not
going to work. China already has the Global South in its circle of
countries it can trade with. Moreover, Africa alone has a population
that is almost three times that of the USA and EU combined, a potential
market that cannot be ignored.
In South America, Argentina is
said to be backpaddling in its dollarisation move and clown Javier Milei
is said to be softening his tough stand against China. The country is
facing a dengue epidemic with shortage of insect repellents. Inflation
is exploding as well. This Joker really is another Juvenile politician, a
President from Hell, that is bringing the country to its knees with his
move towards the USA. Even crawling to the USA is not going to help,
with the USA having its fingers in so many conflicts that it is trying
to cope.

De-dollarisation will take time and we all know that. If China can become what it is today working alone to achieve it, China in BRICS, with the help of Russia and others is going to do even better for BRICS.
The rise of China took something like 30 years from abject poverty to become the second biggest economy of the world, so expect BRICS de-dollarisation move to take just as long. Never mind the cold water being thrown by Western skeptics. China was never meant to rise, and the Anglo-Saxon whites were so full of arrogance and confidence that China will remain poor, backward and needing clutches to move. So, they just ignored China, took their eyes off a forgotten, poor and unprogressive communist backwater, just like Africa.
Africa, not being as unified as China, will also rise, but will take a much longer time frame. But rise of Africa is inevitable, just the same with all Empire's inevitable fall from grace over the centuries.
Countries in BRICS are doing more and more trade away from the US$, and if this is not seen as the growing trend, they can ignore it at their own peril. Of particular interest are those oil producing countries in the Middle East taking the lead in their mode of trade settlement with China.
Each time Yellen goes to China, she has a knack of telling grandmother's stories. The Chinese just listen, took them as children's nursery rhymes, smile, give her a wide berth in case she falls and China is accused of 'elderly abuse', send her off as usual to tell the world how she humbled all the Chinese leaders she met.
Out of sight, out of mind, until the next time she makes another uninvited visit. It is becoming a bad habit that grandmothers with dementia are fond of repeating. But do excuse her as USA has run out of younger people to send.

Yellen just told China that the USA will not accept cut price Chinese goods to flood the market. Who is she and who is she talking to? She still thinks China and the rest of the world must agree to what the USA dictates.
China must, to satisfy them, produce expensive goods so that the rest of the world would not buy them and buy from the USA instead. This is just the same modus operandi as forcing Europe not to buy cheap Russia energy, but to buy expensive oil and gas from the USA instead. How disgustingly arrogant the USA is becoming today.
As with the price cap on Russian crude, she is barking up the wrong tree. if the USA cannot compete against China, just decouple and be done with it. The USA can do its own stuff, and China can do things in its own way, according to its ability and let the rest of the world decide whether or not they want cheap Chinese goods.
How China wants to price its products on the global market is no concern of the USA. The USA can always refuse to buy them if they cannot accept cheap products. If the USA or the West cannot compete in price, that is their problem. China is not asking that the USA must also buy their cheap Chinese products. We know the USA is very rich and can afford it, but not the Global South. The whole world is thanking China for such cheap products and asking China to make even more cheaper products for their consumption.
After years of free loading on cheap goods from China, the USA is now talking like a spoilt juvenile delinquent, resorting to obnoxious behavior because it cannot get what it wants from China or compete with China on a level playing field and have to resort to foul play.
China must do what it thinks is necessary and let the USA carry out its threat of serious consequences. Going around threatening everyone is rude and undiplomatic. As Winston Churchill puts it - Diplomacy is the art of telling people to go to hell in such a way that they ask for directions. The current bunch of clowns in the USA and the West are basically uneducated in the art of conducting diplomacy. Their form of diplomacy is Al Capone's version of diplomacy, as what Emil Cosman used to say.
Evil American Empire still barking to threaten everyone but did not know that the world is ignoring this rabid dog. Bark as much as the Americans want. No one would care a hoot.
BRICS and China are going to decouple from the Americans before the Americans can afford to decouple from China.
Why would China allow these uncouth Americans to visit and start punching China all over, and China dare not hit back? These uncivilised Americans do not know what is good manners. What they need is to be slapped left and right.
If China allowed these rude visitors to misbehave without hitting back, it would only embolden them to continue to bully China. China must hit back to be respected.
China must stop being polite and look silly in the eyes of these rude visitors. Ask them to get lost if they misbehaved. Do not let them visit China to spit at China.
The most important goal of Yellen's trip is to tell China to stop supporting Russia in the Ukraine War while the Americans and Nato are all ganged up to destroy Russia.
China must realise that after the destruction of Russia, it would be China's turn for destruction. China cannot stay neutral and let the evil West destroy Russia. China, Iran, North Korea should openly support Russia with everything they got to defeat the evil Americans and the West.
Trying to stay out of this conflict is committing suicide for China, as well as Iran and North Korea.
Stand up China, while you still can. Do not ever hope that the Americans and the West will spare China after they have destroyed Russia. China must not be so stupid to think that not siding with Russia will save its own ass. The war against Russia is a prelude to the termination and destruction of China. The Chinese people would then become cooks and laundrymen again.
In the same sense, the war against Iran by the Americans and the Israelis is also a prelude to conquer the whole Middle East. The Arab and Muslim states must not think they will be safe if they did not support Iran. After Iran, the whole Arab and Muslim world would be ruled by the Americans and the Jews. Period.
