The reason is not about Greenland facing Russian or Chinese threat. It is about fabricating excuses to seize the natural resources of Greenland. Greenland does not have a drug trafficking problem, otherwise, that would be the narrative to be exploited. Trump is reported to have asked the USA military to be ready to invade Greenland. We have a show on our hands if an attack on Greenland is carried out, and Nancy Pelosi, if she is still mentally alert will have a great time enjoying the beautiful sight unfolding. This is one NATO country against another that will destroy the whole bloc.
Now, the rogue nation does not resort to using the communism threat, not using terrorism threat, not using human rights violation issues, but using something more sinister and all to do with drug trafficking that needs carrying out piracy attacks against innocent people on the high seas in order to make a mountain out of a molehill. Terrorism methods will be used on countries rich in resources for a final seizure.
Even before having a real foothold in Venezuela, Trump the terrorist is already talking about attacking Colombia and Mexico as well. These two countries, with drug connections anyway, may be in his sight, but the real target next is Iran. The message to USA citizens to leave Iran is a precursor to an attack against the country very soon. Do not be fooled by the distraction around Greenland, Colombia and Mexico. They are not the clear and present targets. Iran has to be on full alert, 24/7.

I have to add that the USA is floating another new narrative for attacking other countries using the excuse that is now unfolding against Iran for targeting protestors, and therefore the USA has to be the policeman to step in. This is another reason why I say that the USA and Israel are targeting Iran next, not Greenland, Colombia or Mexico which are just distractions for the time being. Mexico should not kid itself that talks with USA will lessen the threat. That is only temporary at best.
The drug narrative cannot be applied to Iran, so the countering of protestors has to be hyped up to justify an attack. No matter how many protestors may be killed, it pales in comparison to how many Palestinians have lost their lives in Gaza, which the USA should play the policeman part first and foremost. More than that, the USA is itself complicit in the genocide in Gaza, which is a miscarriage of justice for it to even dabble in the Iran protest, instigated by none other than the CIA and the son of the former Shah of Iran.
Now, it looks like the USA will just use the CIA to create unrest with deaths in countries it wants to take over in order for the USA to step in and attack any country it wants to destabilize. So, after departing from the narratives about communism, terrorism, human rights issues, the USA is adding new issues using drugs and protestor clampdown in order to target countries it cannot live with.
Having said that, I am quite certain that the same crackdown by the Myanmar military government against the Rohingyas issue now going on in the ICJ will follow the same pattern as Iran to be followed by an invasion to take over Myanmar sooner or later. The USA has been eyeing Myanmar for its strategic importance in relation to China and for its untapped resources.
We are now living in an exciting world with Trump running the show. I hope he really keep to his word of taking over Greenland, Venezuela or even Iran. It time to stock up some beer and enjoy the show. Hope Trump don't suddenly kaput before the show begin...hahaha
Moreover, Myanmar is also a drug producing country, with the Golden Triangle to its North. The USA therefore has two good reasons to target Myanmar next. The USA can now use two narratives to attack Myanmar.
Actually, making up the issue by using drugs to take over a country is old tactic. It had been tried on the Chinese in the nineteenth century and did not work.
Only thing is that in the old days it was the drug traffickers trying to take over China, while today it is claimed that one country is taking over another for carrying out drug trafficking. This is called a dual-use tactic, lol.
If civil war breaks out in USA, I am going to buy a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Don't laugh.
Fighting a war in Myanmar is like fighting a war against North Vietnam, with the same support of the Chinese for Myanmar. Therefore, I do not think it is going to be a walk in the park. Moreover, different weapons will featured against the USA. Worth a try for Trump.
