Trump always has big and wonderful plans. Big plans with little substance that will always end in chickening out.
Now that the oil companies have told Trump to find spiders to screw instead of asking them to invest in Venezuela, he can go it alone into Venezuela with Marco Rubio and his son-in-law and proudly stand next to an oil rig and shout 'drill baby drill'.
How is Trump even capable of carrying out another Venezuela on Colombia and Mexico? Unless the CIA has already bribed leaders of the two countries to let Trump's goons in by leaving the door open. These are huge countries, reminiscence of Vietnam and fighting a guerilla war is no walk in the park. Colombia drug lords are no pussy cats and Mexican gringos have shown in Western movies what they are made of.
So, Trump can send his goons into Colombia and Mexico to relive the nightmare of Vietnam once more. The USA citizens will not be able to tolerate another nightmare.
The best- case scenario would be to make the USA suffer such humiliation that it can never raise its beastly head again to terrorize the world.

Trump's verbal diarrhea is getting worse by the day, talking about imposing tariffs of 25% on countries trading with Iran. I do not know whether it is on top of the current tariffs, which really does not matter. The two countries buying the most oil from Iran are China and India and the 25% tariff threat is totally meaningless. Tomorrow, the chicken will change its crackling sound, just like the weather.
Trump obviously has forgotten about the tariffs already in place against China and India, which are already far above that 25%. The diarrhea is so bad that Trump seems to have forgotten about the tariff percentage already imposed on China, which is certainly more than 25% give and take the duration of the truce. For India, it is already officially at 50%, with another 500% to be imposed for buying more Russian oil. So, what sense can we make over the threat of a 25% tariff to be imposed on countries trading with Iran? The man just plucks numbers from the air and does not know what he is doing or talking about.
As China is deadly serious about decoupling from the USA, Trump is just making the decoupling faster, so what is left of the trade with USA is going to tank. China does not fear tariffs even at 1000% if it does not wish to export to the USA, right? As for India, it is already doomed with the 50% tariff already on. How much can India hope to export to the USA with the 50% tariff in place. It cannot realistically be about removing the 50% and now threatening a 25% tariff in replacement. The only plausible reason may only be that it is a step taken out of Trump's 'Art of the Deal', lol. A foot shooting step that had already been used extensively.
How about the USA also imposing a secondary tariff of 25% on countries now trading with China and India, the two countries doing big deals with Iran? That will really kill off the US$ and encourage de-dollarization even more rapidly.
Trump already had big plans for Gaza, with his son-in-law given a free hand to develop Gaza seafront even before the conflict ends. This is stealing land from the Palestinians, nothing more.
The say that birds of a feather always flock together. Now we are seeing goons and mobsters being attracted to join as Trump's ICE agents and Border Patrol. Very tough guys, sashaying around like they owned the USA and totting guns all over the place.
Criminal Trump naturally attract other bad hats into his administration and that goes for his Secretary of War, Secretary of State, Commerce Secretary, Treasury Secretary and others. Good hats have all been taken out of circulation for telling the truth and doing what is necessary to prevent the crooks running amok.
Now, Trump is going after Jerone Powell, cooking up charges related to renovations at the Fed, just by claiming that he could do it cheaper and therefore Powell is accused of corruption. Give a dog a bad name and then skin it is the modus operandi of Trump and his establishment.
Trump's goons, cronies and sycophants live in another world. They act and follow another logic, totally alien to right thinking humans. They do not have any moral compass regarding right or wrong. They just follow their own evil moral standards.
Trump is now threatening oil companies for not supporting his agenda in Venezuela, saying they will not be given a piece of the oil reserves to exploit in Venezuela.
Who is Trump going to ask now to invest in the oil industry in Venezuela? We know his family and cronies will never be left out of the money grab. Perhaps now he will have to invite all the big US$4 trillion technology giants or big drug companies, or big gun manufacturers or big military contractors to go to Venezuela. Maybe the Arabs too. That will mean 'Make Arabs Great Again' for another version of MAGA, lol. Things are getting very, very interesting and rather wild, like a roller-coaster ride.
Never mind the reality. It is the gloating that matters.
