The idea was for the Anglo Saxon White clique to rule
over the coloured people forever. Every system was designed to ensure
that - militarily, economically, dictatorially, forcibly as against Iraq
and Libya when threatened by them with changes to the status quo.
Even
world bodies are formed to lend support to their agenda and be under
their control. Not only that, they want to interfere in every country's
internal affairs that they have no business to stick their dirty fingers
into.
They created time bombs for exploitation when required,
like Israel in the Middle of a Muslim neighbourhood, left Kashmir on
tenterhooks to be disputed by China, India and Pakistan. They left the
Korean Peninsula in a perpetual war footing, so they can use that as a
threat to South Korea in order for them to station troops in the South.
Now
they are creating hot spots in Asia. Aside from Taiwan, Papua New
Guinea is a proxy being cultivated to be a thorn in the side of
Indonesia. Philippines is the perennial weak link in ASEAN unity against
external forces. That external force or threat is not China and ASEAN
members know that well enough.

What Yellen does meant?
The US does not curb China’s low-end sectors, but only the high-end ones; China is not allowed to develop aircraft or supercomputers, but is only allowed to knit mittens and make shoes !
What has all that curbing done in the past to China? China built its own space station, went to the moon, landed a probe on Mars, makes it own jet engines and fighter jets, aircraft carriers, warships, submarines, is tops in EV, AI, and in infrastructure developments. All these sectors were forbidden to be participated and sanctioned against China, and yet China did it on its own industrious creativity.
The targeting of Chips by the USA is already doing more harm to its own Chip manufacturers, on top of deciminating others like Taiwan, South Korea and Japan and dragging them into the mud. The USA is famous for crafting failing measures, not seeing far enough. Just take the Ukraine war as an example. The USA and all the resources of Nato combined, using sanctions, could not take down one Russia. They mostly shot their own foot with each move they made.
Crafting? What a joke having the audacity to use that word! Stumbling over would be a better over.
ASML is history. So are all the chip companies using lithography machine to make chips.
China's biggest breakthrough is the making of chips without the need for lithography. This is a game changer, making current manufacturing method obsolete.
This is the dire consequence for the chip war by the Americans.
