Feckless leaders or simply gullible and naive leadership, I wonder?
What is utterly disgusting is to use public fund to provide employment for foreigners and to sack Singaporeans in the process, denying Singaporeans from good jobs and eventually lowering down the skill level of Singaporeans as a whole.
And all just to be conned for some cheap and bogus rankings.
Kishore, are you out there? You got something to add to this unthinking Asian thing?
