ICC sleeping with American drug lords and Trump

Duterte destroying drug cartels and drug lords in the Philippine is a crime against humanity. I suspect someone or entity that is more powerful than Duterte during his term, who was and is controlling those cartels and drug lords that are untouchable. Duterte touched them and is paying the price.

Meanwhile, Trump destroying boats carrying civilians and unproven to be carrying drugs is deemed not a crime against humanity. I cannot understand the difference in understanding the warp logic.

Where is the ICC and what is it doing? Oh, sleeping at the right time now that the USA is involved, and only waking up and taking action against others when told to do so. Now, I just wonder who is dictating behind the facade. The ICC ought to be disbanded for not doing its job. It is a shameful organization, bending over backwards for not prosecuting the perpetrators of the fabricated Iraq War and even misleading the UN.
