American terrorists coercing its allies and cronies to pay up to defend the Empire...so that the Americans can continue to rule over them

Read between the lines regarding why Trump wants allies to beef up their defense spending. There is a big motive for doing that. Nothing happens in a vacuum, so says Dr David Oualaalou. I agree.

The Europeans had already been told to do so, Japan had already been coerced to do so, even to spearhead the formation of Asia NATO. In the meantime, the USA keeps fabricating threats against each and every ally by Russia and China. Russia is said to be expanding its territory, and the Europeans must be ready to spend more on defense. China is a threat to every country around the South China Sea, and the Japanese, Taiwanese, South Koreans and Filipinos must be ready. Ready to spend more for the USA to call up their logistics when war breaks out between Russia and NATO Europe and another war between USA and China. Trump wants allies to be its weapon storage facilities, but without having to take the risk of being targeted. Russia and China would be targeting those weapons base belonging to allies instead.

I understand that the USA ambassador to Singapore has told Singapore that this is a time to payback the USA for its success, whose prosperity is all because of the USA. Singapore should know what that means - buy more weapons from the USA to fulfil Trump's ambition just in case they are needed. I know that Singapore is a close friend of the USA, so it is in the fatal group not the endangered group. By spending more on its military, does that make Singapore safer? I do not know. What do you think?

Oh, by the way, FIFA has awarded Trump with a peace prize for his attendance at the FIFA draw. Did he win the draw, I just wonder. What is FIFA doing, awarding peace prize to compete with the Nobel prize. Soon everyone will be doing the same business, the UN, IMF, WTO, WHO, Olympics, G7, G20, and so on to award Trump. I just wonder what that FIFA award means, but for Trump, I think no fish prawn also good. It may just be a steppingstone for his Noble Peace Prize. I only pity Alfred Nobel, now wriggling in his grave, that his Peace Prize has been devalued to junk status and being commercialized, LOL.

The irony and ridiculousness of it all is that the USA wants allies to spend more on weapons to protect the USA's interest, not to protect themselves.

However, in order to convince allies to do that, the USA has to hype up imaginary threats to con its doggies to go along. In the past, the hype was all about the threat of communism. Then it was all about the Soviet Union eyeing Europe and needed NATO to counter.

China was then extremely poor and a pushover, nothing of concern for the USA. The Chinese can do nothing much, just aiming to become cooks and laundrymen and can just be ignored. Now, China's rise is a concern, so it becomes a threat to countries around the South China Sea.

The USA is worried about Chinese peasants able to lend them money.

Next year sinkieand defence budget will increase as per order by the USA.

And with it our security issues will become lightning rods for our neighbors. Hey, did you hear about Indonesia buying a hundred helicopters for defense and rescue missions. Soon, there will be a military building up among ASEAN countries. How about another ASEAN NATO. Sounds great.

Correction: Indonesia has plans to buy 200 helicopters, not just 100.

My apologies. Anon 12.32

Wait for the biggest 'pop' when F35s are shot down one by one by J10Cs or JF17s.

The F35 is built as a multi role fighter, ie jack of all trades and master of none. It is too fat, too heavy, under powered, clumsy, slow and not maneuverable, unsuitable for combat. Its supposed advantage over other combat aircraft is its stealth feature. Unfortunately, it is no longer stealth under Chinese radar and thus lost all its advantages.

Rafale can easily take it down. No need to talk about how easy the J10C and JF17 can take it down. It is all hype to dupe the unthinking to pay for an arm and leg for a farcical toy. A stealth that is not stealth.

Cannot say like that. USA F35 fighter jets are the best in the world. I mean best in price and most costly in maintenance. That is why Red Dot's F35s have to be stationed in USA to be maintained. Actually, I rather say held hostage in USA, but paid for by Red Dot. To be used by USA in times of war.

Some people willing to pay an arm and a leg is stealth enough. It is called stealthy payment system.

If stupidity can be cured, the world would not be what it is today.

There is no need to reinvent the wheel. China built the J35 by using the blueprint of the F35, chop away all the flaws, improved on them and came up with a leaner and more powerful stealth fighter, really stealth, and with two engines instead of one. The J35 is thus a near replica of the F35 but with many improvements.
Thank you America. Chinese does not need to waste time and resources to start at square one. Like no need to try to build a drone from scratch when the technology developed by DJI is already so advanced and mature. The smart ones would reengineer it by improving on it. The stupid one would want to build a drone from square one. Just do enough not to be caught for infringing copyrights.

Wonder whether China infringed copyrights of its Tiangong Space Station. Or did China copy that from someone. Please give China some credit without accusing China of copying.
