WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden said on Friday (Mar 17) that Russian President Vladimir Putin has clearly committed war crimes and the International Criminal Court's (ICC) decision to issue an arrest warrant for him was justified.
The ICC earlier on Friday called for Putin's arrest on suspicion of unlawful deportation of children and unlawful transfer of people from Ukraine to Russia since Moscow's invasion began of its neighbour last year. The United States is not a member of the ICC.
"He's clearly committed war crimes," Biden told reporters, referring to Putin.
"Well, I think it's justified," Biden added, referring to the warrant. "But the question is - it's not recognised internationally by us either. But I think it makes a very strong point." CNA
Russia and BRICS countries' response to this outrageous attack on Putin can be simple. Just declare the ICC as a mafia or terrorist organisation. Putin should issue arrest warrant for the senior gangsters in the ICC. All BRICS countries should arrest these gangsters on sight. Who did these gangsters think they are, and Imperial force that rules the world?
ICC has discredited itself as a terrorist organisation, letting off criminals committing war crimes like George Bush Jr, Tony Blair and many American and western leaders involved in the invasion and massacre of Iraq and Iraqis. It also turned a blind eye to the genocides committed in Ukraine by Zelensky and the neo Nazis. It also ignored the genocides of the Palestinians in their own country.
The war crimes against the Afghans and Syrians and many Middle east and African countries were totally ignored by this terrorist organisation as they did not fit into their agenda.
Countries of the world should outlaw this terrorist organisation. Those still members to this mafia organisation must cancel their membership. It is not only a waste of time and funds being member of this terrorist organisation, it also lends legitimacy to the gangsters running this mafia secret society.
Putin should start the ball rolling, issue arrest warrants immediately on all the gangsters running the ICC.

According to Alexander Mercouris, the USA and the West had been exploring, for a long time, through the UN, to find avenues to use the United Nations Security Council mechanisms to push war crime accusations against Putin. Those attempts were unsuccessful as Russia and China had veto powers and the West knew they would never get through. Finally they pushed the ICC to go along with their rhetorics by issuing an arrest warrant against Putin, which most people are saying is pure nonsense.
Noticeably, support for Ukraine at the UN had been losing ground over the course of the war. The initial support for Western instigated anti-Russian rhetorics were stronger in the initial stage of the war, but support have been losing traction ever since. One reason had to do with more awareness among countries of what occurred before the Russian Liberation of Eastern Ukraine.
More countries had realised what Ukraine had been doing since 2014 or earlier, against Russians living in Donetsk and Lugansk. Claims of attempted genocides against those Russians in Eastern Ukraine had been carried out by the neo-Nazi segment of the Ukrainian army. In the narrative of the USA and the West, together with the complicity of the MSM, the Ukraine War story had been covered from the onset beginning with Russia entering Eastern Ukraine in early 2022. The earlier part of the story was largely ignored nor discussed, purposely left out to keep the rest of the world generally ignorant.
With the effort of sites like RT, New Atlas, PTE Geopolitics Gone Crazy, Redacted and Alexander Mercouris, countries and people are more aware of what leads to the war in Ukraine, of which Ukraine, with the USA and the West are equally to blame.
Putin is watching and sniggering at the International Circus of Clowns and calling their actions meaningless.
Similar actions were attempted by the Circus of Clowns against the USA Military Leaders years ago, and the USA threatened those countries supporting the ICC action that it will lead to their extermination. The ICC crawled away, fearful of repercussions. That was when the ICC lost its integrity and reputation big time in the eyes of the world.
Noticeably, the USA is now leaning on Honduras, after it dumped Taiwan to give its support to China. Will Honduras succumb to the threats by the USA like the Philippines? Left to be seen.

Russia, China, Iran, NK, etc should collectively condemn the ICC for threatening a sitting president with its kangaroo system followed by publishing details of the officials who had the gall to make such a call. Thereafter jointly declare the ICC as a terrorist org and pledge to deal with it as fair game, except of course not to ICC whistle blowers.
