Washington
has plans to transfer programs of biological research from Ukraine to
post-Soviet republics, Eastern European, such as Bulgaria and the Czech
Republic, and Baltic states at the shortest possible time to move close
to Russian borders. This is a very frightening action that needs
counter-measures when necessary.
The enlargement of the network
of bio laboratories, which may be used to develop and store components
of biological weapons, poses an extremely serious threat to the security
of the Russian Federation.
Unlike nuclear weapons that the
United States deploys to NATO allies’ territories, this policy of the
alliance in the biological field makes it possible for it to get close
to the Russian borders uncontrollably. Therefore, the Russian Federation
must take all necessary actions to destroy such labs before they
materialise.
The Russian Federation reserves the rights to take countermeasures of any threat to its national security.

The Damn Lame United Nations aka United Nonsense should have a Resolution to ban all these Bullshits Biological Labs that are NOT research but WMD.
Anyway, the UAssA would demand that they are the only Ones that will be allowed and the Rubber Stamped United Nonpluss would nodded in agreement.
UAssA Execeptisim or Escapetisim from Prosecution from Whatsoever crimes they committed as they are the World's Number One Saviour and Demo CRAZY.
Russia should issue a clear warning to all would-be belligerent that Russia would take actions upon anyone that secretly or openly experiments with dangerous or harmful viruses and other biological forms.
What has Russia found out in Ukraine and how much information has been released is still unknown.
Even with more incriminating evidence, who and which world body can Russia fall upon to punish the perpetrators? The UN? The ICC? Forget it! They will be stonewalled by the UK and the USA.
It is therefore logical and only alternative left for Russia to take it's own actions in the face of such obvious miscarriage of justice. Either fight fire with fire, which they will be ultimately be blamed for starting, or destroy all the biolabs which is bound to harm all of Europe.
If Russia takes action to eradicate such dangerous and harmful criminal activities (we can actually label them as terrorism) it will be the same as what the Israelis would do to destroy nuclear labs in Iran.
Therefore, there is nothing to put blame on.
Actions beget counter-actions!
Same in some ways but not the same in other ways. Nuclear weapons are the final weapons to use. So far, only the Americans had used it once to wipe up two cities of Japanese in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Americans thought it right to wipe out the vicious Japanese but not the Germans.
Biological weapons have been used many times by the Americans in Korea, Vietnam, in the Middle East, in China, in Africa and about to use in Russia. The Americans have very little inhibition not to using it, thus more reasons to take it out quickly.
Taking out nuclear labs in Iran would mean Iran can also take out nuclear labs in Israel.
