This is the quality of congressman from the USA. All dementia patients. Cannot remember where he is. He thought he was in China.
All their trips are paid by Taiwan. It was an easy way to earn some quick cash. The DPP government is throwing money to the Americans just to visit Taiwan.
These mercenaries would not spend a cent of their own money to fly all the way to Taiwan to meet up with Porky.
How the hell did he forget to thank Tsai instead of Xi? Ok, Tsai means shit in Teochew and Hokien, and 'thank you Tsai' does not sound good, So avoid mentioning that again, and thanked Xi instead. Makes no difference since Taiwan is part of China anyway.
But the irony is Taiwan is paying them millions to visist Taiwan, and the credit goes to China. How about that?

What a surprise!
An American Congressman addressing President Xi Jinping for welcoming him to China, right in front of Tsai Ing-wen?
How would Tsai Ing-wen feel?
This shows that the US Congressmen do not take Taiwan seriously.
Such an important speech should leave no rooms for any mistake whatsoever.
Bat you someone must have written that speech for him, and he did not bother to read it before hand.
