version of this regulation came into force on April 24.
Should this one-year expiry date not be made explicit by the Ministry of Health (MOH)?
There
was an opportunity for MOH to do so in response to a parliamentary
question on Oct 4 concerning whether the definition of "fully
vaccinated" will be changed.
This must surely be a matter of
public interest. It has major implications for all Singapore residents
given the Government's policy of vaccination-differentiated measures.
More so, it is of concern because the long-term effects of taking yet
more jabs against Covid-19 are unknown.
Does the Government
intend for all Singapore residents to take booster shots to be
considered fully vaccinated? And when the efficacy of the booster jabs
diminishes, will we be required to take yet another booster?
I
hope that MOH will make public why it has regulated an expiry date for
each person's "fully vaccinated" status; how the one-year period was
chosen; and what will happen when a person's fully vaccinated status
expires.

IMPLICATIONS
1.
This legally binding fact should have been widely and regularly
publicised together with the Vaccation Program reports. It is clearly
stated in Section 6, Subsection 4 of the Infectious Diseases (Mass
Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019) Regulations 2021, which
first came into force on April 24. Every single person who has taken the
vaccination must be made aware of this legal fact. Other than legal
professionals, very few commoners would go and read the laws and
regulations enacted by the Government of the Day. If this has not been
highlighted to every participant in the National Vaccination Program, it
is not only careless but irresponsible and deceptive. Oversight cannot
and must not be used as an excuse.
2. This regulation also
implies that all fully vaccinated persons have to have another jab of
the Covid-19 vaccine every year, at the least, in order to keep their
Vaccination Status up to date.
3. That also implies that as long
asvyou have been fully vaccinated (two jabs), legally nobody can force
you to have a third or 4th jab within that legally-binding one year plus
14 days period.

A true vaccine is meant to train your body to recognise a virus and to respond to such a virus, to kill and destroy the presence of such virus once detected. It is meant for life but in some circumstances the reaction may weaken over time and a booster may be needed.
Why is there such a provision to predetermine the efficacy of a vaccine before even knowing how the vaccine will react in a year's time? And there are many different vaccines and pseudo vaccines that would react differently. Some may become ineffective in less than 3 months, some could remain effective for years until proven otherwise.
Why is there such a straight jacket regulation? Is it for the money, to force or coerce the people to be injected frequently so that vaccine manufacturers can make a lot of money, investors invested in such companies can make a lot of money by such a regulation?
Should it not be wiser and more meaningful to observe and confirm the effectiveness of the different vaccines over time? For those who have been jabbed with pseudo vaccines that would become ineffective within months, such a one year regulation would be ineffective and dangerous. For vaccines that continue to work for a long time, such a regulation is superfluous, wasteful, unscientific, unnecessary and unthinking, and can be criminal if it ends up in severe reaction from over dosed especially using untested so called vaccines only approved for emergency use.
Such a law/regulation reflects either thoughtlessness, recklessness or ruthlessness of some people who might have been overwhelmed by greed for money and power.
Basically, the modus operandi of the PAP leaders is lawlessness within the laws.
They say and do whatever suits the situation and whatever that suits them. There is no principles, no morals, no ethics, no laws.
The Singaporeans have been suppressed over a prolonged period until they become meek, subservient and stupid! Become too easy to control, too easily suppressed, too easily conned....
What is the real motive of enacting the law to FIXED the people? This law should never have been enacted. It shows the stupidity of the Minister who proposed it and the even more stupid MPs who supported it.
When a country is on the downward trend, the government will anyhow make laws to protect those in power.
The more they make such laws, the more they make people unhappy.
The more people are unhappy, the more chances the government will fall.
This is a vicious cycle that will go on and on until a certain breaking point.
Once the breaking point is reached, there is no turning back. The government collapses like an avalanche.
California Governor Newsom went missing hours after taking a publicised booster shot of Moderna vaccine. He is vaccine gung-ho using vax-mix. Earlier jabs were Johnson & Johnson.
He skipped the trip to Glasgow for the climate meet and has not been seen for 13 days. Family, office, close friends are all tight lipped.
But words have leaked out. Reputable reports are out. Hours after the booster jab, he suffered Guillian-Barre Syndrome also known as Bell’s Palsy.
First sign is facial paralysis which happens within hours of jab. It is a common adverse effect. It is a neurological disorder – own immune system attacking the nerve network outside the brain and spinal cord. Can be mild can be serious paralysis.
This is the man who mandated vaccine shots to 5 year olds. Big irony.
If it needs more high profile incidents for people to wake up, so be it.
