‘There are fears of a world-wide Ebola outbreak after a passenger from
Sierra Leone collapsed and died as she got off a plane at Gatwick. If
the woman had Ebola the virus could spread globally as Gatwick services
over 90,000 passengers every day.
The woman, 72, became ill on the gangway after she left a Gambia Bird
jet with 128 passengers on board. She was sweating profusely and
vomiting. The aircraft was immediately quarantined.
According to officials, “The passenger was taken to hospital and sadly
died. The patient was not symptomatic on the plane and therefore there
is no risk of Ebola being passed on to either flight crew or other
passengers.”
This is incorrect, as the woman could easily transmit the Ebola virus to
others on the aircraft as could her vomit once as she exited.
The passengers from Gatwick have since departed for nearly every country around the world.’
It is unbelievable that the Brits allowed the passengers to depart
without quarantined them. It is like go forth and multiply, Ebola. The
128 passengers could be the angels of death, bring Ebola along with
them. It is very difficult now to track those people they have come into
contact. So were the crew of the Gambia jet.
Is this the beginning?

Aiyah. Everybody must die lah. Only dinno when n how.
U think old fart is god! Leeclaring himself as immortal.
He is not immortal however he will live in Sin for very long.
You will get to see him at the national day parade. You can join him at tanjong pagar national day celebration too.
Our PAP Minister as usual will say that Ebola is a "once in 50 years event".
Another will say "no amount of engineering" can prevent an outbreak.
Civil servants will chime in.
HDB will say it's "not realistic to expect zero defect".
Do you think our Millionaires are already packed.
Private jet all fueled up and on stand by.
Of course the threat is real. I thought we already established that.
However very few sources mention these facts:
1. Not everyone who is exposed to Ebola will contract the disease.
2. Not everyone who is sick with Ebola will die.
So far govts of the world have been interfering MINIMALLY -- which I for one applaud.
There is no pint having a knee-jerk reaction. We already have protocols and procedures in place to deal with epidemics and pandemics. So why the fuck PANIC?
Just continue life as usual, keeping a keen eye out for changes to the situation.
International travel is already a huge pain in the ass -- security screening etc etc. It is IMPOSSIBLE to screen everyone for Ebola, just as it is impossible to screen out every would-be terrorist -- some will get through no matter what you try to implement.
People just react to threats and increased risk as if it was the end of the world. Life is uncertain, and inherently risky. So realc lah and enjoy. Other than observing good personal hygiene, and avoiding visits to infected areas, there is nothing more to do.
Panic is a totally unproductive state. Life is already bitch-hard. Worrying about Ebola will not improve your chances of not contracting the disease. All you do is stress yourself out unnecessarily.
Accept the FACT that some people will get sick, and many of them who get sick will die. Nature at work.
Dunit.. my flat outside, I dedicated a corner for his shrine.
Moi make offering 2 him, for piss n prosperity..
N chenghu kia dun cum n leeturb
Leemember vote papigs 4 more good years.
Come on, if god does not invite you to heaven, you will live long long.
But why do people refuse to go heaven where it is the most blissful place they pray to be?
Stop panicking Matilah.
Can't even stop an old Malaysian man driving a big Mercedes from bashing through our immigration checkpoint.
You think we can stop a tiny virus?
ROFL
More untold truths.
'According to Reuters, “more than 100 health workers” that have been fighting Ebola in Africa have contracted the virus themselves. Considering the extraordinary measures that these health workers take to keep from getting the disease, that is quite chilling.'
From Micheal Synder, TRE.
RB, maybe the protective gears are themselves defective. Common for 3rd World countries.
Don't think they will take this thing lightly.
'To minimise the risk of infection they have to wear thick rubber boots that come up to their knees, an impermeable body suit, gloves, a face mask, a hood and goggles to ensure no air at all can touch their skin.'
'To minimise the risk of infection they have to wear thick rubber boots .... "
Just like Sinkies.
To minimize risk we have CPF Minimum Sum (which many Sinkies will never have) and the Executive President who does not have a list of the reserves that he is supposed to protect.
Like a flower vase without any flower in it.
Useless!
Phillipine authorities reported that 7 of their people returning from Sierra Leong are showing systoms of the virus.
Wonder any of the 7 have stopped by here to see their girl friend/wife/mother etc?
Did they travel by SQ?
CCTV.net, 2 Aug 2014
The Phillipines has reported the country's first suspected cases of the Ebola virus. According to the country's health officials, seven workers who returned to the Phillipines from Sierra Leone are showing symptoms symilar to that of the tropical virus.
This is the time to make money .
Produce body suits that cover all parts of the body with a mini oxygen tank attached.
Drink ,smoke and eat by special tube.
Can make million dollar salary men envy you.
If it does happen in Sg,
is it a crime not to have it
reported or kept under
wrap?
Nothing to worry lah.
If Sinkieland could handle and survive SARS in 2003 and even prosper, what is Ebola?
At most some Sinkies will die lah, just like some died of SARS in 2003.
But majority will not be affected. And Ebola or not, the opposition will still not be ready to be govt. So majority of those not affected will vote PAP again next election.
To sum up, Ebola or no Ebola, PAP will be govt, more foreigners will come, smart Sinkies will make money and life goes on.
Smart Sinkies can make money but if they are unlucky, they may also get Ebola, and died of it.
Ebola is no respecter of smart or daft people, be it Sinkies or foreigners.
Population White Paper (PWP) threat is real and imminent.
Are pigs also susceptible to Ebola?
Seemed that these high government officials missed the movie starred by Dustin Hoffman in "OUTBREAK"
The film on the spread of the Ebola virus that had thousands and thousands of people in panic and quarantined forcibly by the US Army.
So now with our 5.3 millions, how many camps can we quarantine those suspects that have the virus.
Now even sleeping in tents and corridors.
What with 6.9 to 10 million???
Need an epidemic that killed a million or thousands to wake up these millionaire law makers.
Latest finding:
Ebola virus is NOT spread by airborne transmission.
You can exhale and loosen your anal sphincter now ;-)
