Hawker centre cleaning, time to move on
As more things are revealed in this issue of great national importance, perhaps it is time to move on as the points in question could boil down to some misunderstanding in what were said and what were written or between annual cleaning and not annual cleaning.
Can we call it a stalemate, both sides never win or never lose, call it a truce and everyone gets back to work? Some overseas blogs are even laughing at us for creating such a hooha with ministers and PMs involved. But I must respect those who think this is indeed a very serious matter of integrity and honesty and needs to pursue until every stone is turned and every straight and honest face turns crooked and red.
Shall everyone say peace? I also feel very embarrass to post about it.

RB
PAP still win lah as long as WP is not ready to become govt, tio bo?
So it is not stalemate but checkmate for WP and also Sinkies if WP or whatnot party forever not ready.
It's time to move on with PAP as govt and WP as opposition. Till 2016 and beyond.
Yes, it is time to move on, with WP just doing a good job of smacking the driver till 2016. Otherwise, Singaporeans pau see tio bo?
Now at least we can see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. Otherwise, problems like housing, foreigners, healthcare and transport will never see the light of day.
Carry on with the job entrusted to you of smacking the driver!
The precious time in Parliament should not have been used on that TRIVIAL Issue in the First Place.
This type of trivial issue can easily discuss over a cup of coffee in the hawker center. why the need to go and discuss in parliament? no respect for parliament? can discuss on more important issues like housing, transport, medical, education, jobs, foreigners, haze, dengue or not? do not any how waste tax payers monies lah. salaries for those ministers are very expensive.
Ya lor, it is time to move on.
It already happened, what can we do?
This is once in 50 years happenning lah!
If still not satified do we want to discuss this issue in hawker centre or restaurant?
Can talk in natcon.
Did Minister Bala bring a dossier with him to the ASEAN meeting on haze?
Got dossier for $7,500 ceiling cleaning problem.
No dossier for multi-year, multi-million dollar problem for haze?
Dossier to fix Indonesia on haze?
Hahahahaha. I bet the haze will happen again after the ASEAN meeting.
I remember they had haze meetings before, as early as 1994.
It iIs a very serious matter of integrity and honesty. The emails do not carry the word annual cleaning but Vivian's dossier record got. Why? Why. Why?
Time to move on.......
and urgently look into :
Why property prices at record high....even after 7A rounds of cooling measures...
Why COE/car prices near record high....
The two national problems crying for Govt actions now ..........
At Asean meetings when they talk about haze, they see nothing and achieve nothing because they cannot see one another. It is all a blur.
As for property cooling measures, it is more like lukewarm measures, neither here nor there, but the real objective is one step forward followed by two steps back. This is the way for home prices to move higher. It is all wayang, all wayang and nothing but wayang.
Even the documents in the dossier can be changed unilaterally eg spring cleaning become annual spring cleaning in the letter from NEA to AjHPE TC!!!!Bala really has egg on his face!
Dont be cynical can?
Everything that our leaders do or
change is for the good of the people.
They will look into the most mundane and pursue the most trivial your sake
The People got to appreciate and be grateful to the Rulers. And please respect them.
They will look into the most mundane and pursue the most trivial FOR your sake.
My apology for the mistake above.
