China moves forward by manufacturing goods for the world...Americans just kill and take

China moves forward based on its ability to manufacture goods for the world. USA ability to progress is all based on hype. Just like all the hype regarding AI and data centers.

These infrastructures are cannibalizing the USA power supply generation, which it has not been investing in with foresight unlike China. It is now putting the cart before the horse, trying to build power plants to cover the shortfall.

But, not to worry. Elon Musk is going to harvest the sun's energy and beaming it to earth to power all the AI and data centers, by building monster solar fields in space to do that. All hype or reality is up to you to believe. How much more costly are energy going to cost compared to solar panels collecting the sun's energy on the ground is the question. What about repairs and maintenance of those solar fields in space? Just these two questions should settle everything about the hype.

China now generates twice the electricity generated by the USA, which is powering its factories and the country as a whole. Which is why things can be made cheaper and why foreign manufacturers prefer building factories in China due to its cheap energy, relatively cheaper manpower and market. It is no use building factories in countries without a market to absorb what is being produced.

Space is a vacuum and heat dissipation is one big problem for solar panels in space. They will probably burn up fast with heat from the sun being more intense. The whole idea works contrary to the law of physics, which Elon Musk is supposed to know. Only possibility is selling it to the dull of mind rednecks and hillbillies and con them into buying up more shares of SpaceX.

The same strategy of allowing the USA to concentrate on wars and fighting terrorists in the past is working again for China in the war in the Middle East.

That three or four decades of distraction pivoting on wars in the past, fighting terrorists, sanctioning countries and erecting trade barriers by the USA has allowed China the legroom to create an economy from nothing to what it is today.

The Iran war is now helping China in more ways than one. China is taking the opportunity to expand its foothold in Africa and making the Yuan more accessible and wider in usage at the expense of the US$, which is losing substantial leverage on global trade. The result may be marginal, but China is not in a hurry and thinks in very long-term basis.

That Chinese trait of long-term commitment has been carried down the centuries by successive Chinese leaders and what better example than building the Great Wall of China, a construction project spanning over two thousand years which is testimony to Chinese patience. Over centuries, different Chinese emperors undertook the building and extension of the wall in stages. Differences in ideology did not matter and the fact that the intention did not change even with different emperors ruling the country is astounding.

The best thing that happened was that while the USA was sleepwalking, China just slipped by quietly without causing a stir to wake the USA up. The realization has come too late and fighting fire when the whole house has already burnt down achieves little of benefit.

Scott Bessent is still talking about Iran's economy collapsing as if this will lead to a regime change. Iran's economy has been collapsing over the last forty years under USA sanctions. But it did not.

By the way, China has also been collapsing over the last 25 years but is still standing and collecting ever more trade surpluses every year making some people extremely stressed out and jealous. The collapse of China is now on an annual renewal basis, lol.

Russia was supposed to collapse four years ago. Now it looks like Ukraine is the one country collapsing with Trump unwilling to provide weapons unless NATO pays cash for them. That may just be pulling wool over people's eyes, a perfect excuse to cover up USA's inability to make enough weapons for its own and Israel's protection. All that talk about selling 500 patriot missiles to Ukraine is probably just geopolitical baloney. It would take place years from now.
