Iran has come out to say that any country following the USA's sanctions on Iran will be considered 'an enemy'. China has put its cards on the table. It does not want to be an enemy of Iran, clear and unambiguous. Sanctions without China's participation is becoming meaningless, just like on Russia. So, what is next?
Now, the USA is imposing 50% tariffs on Canada, who has said that it will do the same to USA dollar for dollar. Canada, like China, has already been building bridges with other countries, so it will still survive whatever is the outcome. Canadians are obviously behind its leader, Mark Carney. This can be gauged from Canadians refusing to visit USA earlier on under USA threats.
It can be seen that Canada has backbone and will not succumb to threats by terrorist USA. TACO Trump will back down soon. This is his modus operandi when countries refused to take his nonsense lying down.

Iran has put its cards on the table. No need to elaborate further. It is up to countries to decide who is now controlling the Strait of Hormuz. Who will be the permanent resident, and who will be just hotel guests in the Persian Gulf.
After months of gloating about having cleared the region of mines, what is the real position? Mines can be laid easily. It is not a state of the art requiring specialized knowledge. Trump is warning Iran about laying more mines in the process. Will Iran be easily threatened? And what will owners of ships think about all the uncertain conditions in the Gulf? Will insurers be willing to continue taking the risks? Just one incident is enough to change mindsets.
Wondering whether Sinkieland will jump into the American wagon. Hope the principled one will come out and said something to keep us entertained.
