Washington last year launched the Pax Silica initiative aimed at securing supply chains for AI models, semiconductors and critical minerals, amid a fierce technology rivalry with Beijing.
About two dozen countries have joined, including Kazakhstan, a key potential source of critical minerals that has also joined China's coalition, as well as close US allies such as Japan, Australia and South Korea.
The draft letter, prepared by the State Department, is addressed to the 35 signatories of a US "AI Opportunity Statement" signed in June, which includes members of the non-binding Pax Silica framework and other countries that have expressed a desire to align cooperation on AI with Washington.
By pressing countries to choose sides, the US hopes to starve China of resources in a race to make the most sophisticated AI, which could be used for military or economic dominance. CNA
Everyday without fail, this silly aggressive and warmongering American terrorist state will cook up something to attack some countries. China, Russia, Iran, North Korea are their favourite targets to incite fear based on fabricated narratives, misinformation and lies. At one stage, even their silly crony states were falsely accusing China of forcing them to take sides. You know who they are. The truth is now out. It is the American terrorists that is forcing them to take sides against China and friends.
The constant barrage of attacks against fictitious and imaginery enemies is running out of steam. Fewer and fewer countries are believing in American lies. The American terrorists are the troublemakers, the threat to the rest of the world. This silly Pax Sillica is an obvious scam. They invited many countries to join their wolf pack but only a few silly countries signed up.
Everyone knows that the American terrorists are going to monopolise and control AI to rape the world. Their AI centres cost billions that very few countries can afford. It is their way of pricing out AI from the rest of the world and expecting the rest of the world to pay an arm or a leg to use American AI. Joining the silly Pax Silica is a self admission that these leaders are silly to the core. Any silly Asean cuntry joining the silly Pax?
China is providing the alternative, open source, affordable AI for the world. Everyone and country can participate in AI virtually free and unrestricted, free from the American control and oppression and free to participate without having to tie their hands and legs.
The acronym chosen by the Americans is most appropriate, a Freudian Slip in a way, to call it Pax Silica instead of anything else. All the silly leaders and countries are welcome to be silly to join the silly Pax Silica, to be controlled, cheated, robbed and raped and to be called silly.
Watch out for the silly leaders and countries that volunteered to be silly members of this silly Pax.

Sinkieland is also one of the silly country in pax Silica. That is why it dare not join the AI grouping initiated by China recently. Kazakhstan joined both side as it had the raw material, the US buay song and recently said that all this silly countries can only join one side.
What is Trump going to do? Increase tariffs to one thousand percent on those countries? The same formula does not work and is stale. BRICS is always there for countries under threat. Just stop selling to the USA and the problem is solved. The Global South is a market multiple times bigger than the USA and its allies in Europe.
In essence it indicates that the USA has lost the AI battle against China, clear and simple. If the USA had the upper hand, do we think such a move is necessary? Think about it.
Trump is not going to give special pricing for those companies in countries taking the side of the USA. They will be screwed instead if they go against Chinese AI generators, with all the open-source apps for them to choose.
Trump is just setting a trap for entities taking the side of the USA to be slaughtered like sacrificial lambs and benefitting USA AI giants and their survival. They need the revenue from the slaughtering to cover the massive investments made.
