Marine insurers are now avoiding insuring cargo vessels now entering the Straits of Hormuz or are now raising insurance fees to the sky. Even with an escort, does it really make the journey safer? What about the cost of such an escort plus the escalating insurance premium, provided there are insurers willing to underwrite the risk. Just one sinking will put paid to Trump's castle in the air. Further, if the shit hits the fan and Iran decides to release the mines across the Straits of Hormuz, what can such military escort ships do? Do mine sweeping as well?
Remember that Iran is just on one side of the Persian Gulf, so what problem will it face lobbing drones and missiles at ships that will just be sitting ducks inside the Persian Gulf. Even the USA's own aircraft carrier and support ships are moving away from the danger. Shipowners have more brain-material than motor-mouth Trump that spout nonsense without using his brain.

Trump orders oil tanker's insurers to undertake the risk underwriting those vessels entering the Persian Gulf. What a great plan! Anything that comes out of his motormouth is either 'demand' or 'orders'.
By the way, he is demanding that Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney, resign because Carney does not obey him. What a greater plan! My god, Canada is going to be the 51st state after all, lol. Or the 52nd after Venezuela. Watch out Greenlanders, you are next.
Oh, Trump also wants someone he chooses to run Iran when the war ends. Counting the eggs does not mean all will hatch into chickens. That 24-hour boast about a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine takes the cake.
Now there are voices calling on the Military to send Trump's son, Baron Trump, to the war front. I hope bone spurs is not inherited, but then wealth is inherited that may change the position again.
